21 minutes later, we got our order! Cold fries, cold dried burgers! Omg, we waited with young kids this long for this! No staff member apologised for the delay! How disgusting was this food! Is this yesterday's burgers?
I was in such a state of shock to even address a staff member. Also having 3 staff members smoking outside next to the entrance is pretty disgusting. Customer service was also bad at this restaurant. A bad experience.
At home we tried to improve 'the mess' by putting the food in the sandwich press and the fries in the air fryer. I just cooked myself, it was suppose to be takeaway. No cooking involved?! Starving by now, we had a few bites and binned the rest. And then made a sandwich!
What a waste of money and time. I demand a refund or a voucher to give Hungey Jack's another try.
If I don't get a refund my family and I won't be going to Hungry Jack's anymore nor will our soccer team have their weekly burgers at Hungry Jack's. That's another 14 families or about 35 people. This is not a threat, just a fact.
