Hungry Jack's Australia review: Poor customer service, rude act

I was at hungry jacks Dubbo drivethrough, on the 20/08/2023 at 3:01 pm, order no 564! ordering the family deal.so one person took my order while I asked to change cheeseburgers to different burger and then there was a silence for a 5 seconds and another person spoke and said yes what’s the matter ! Like hello I’m just trying to order my food nothings the matter is exactly what I felt like saying but I didn’t . So anyways , I started my order with this person now , minute into taking orders he goes can u just drive to the window and we will take your order there. So I go ok cool. Went there had simple order and just change the two cheese burgers, chillie sauce with nuggets and no ice in drinks , 3 coke and 1 lemonade .that was it. So this guy comes to serve at the window after this girl. Then comes the rude girl Amber! What’s the matter? That’s the first thing she said . So very calmly my husbands telling her I just asked them for no ice in my drink pliz and 3 coke and 1 lemonade. Oh boy she goes next time can u make sure you tell us this at the box coz your drinks are already made ! Excuse me , your staff told us to drive through and order at the window do this is where I will tell you about my drinks too tight ?there were four crews that had no experience whatsoever I believe but I have to say the first 3 didn’t sound rude at all but this Amber was pathetic! So so rude that even my 7 year old said mummy why is she speaking like that ! It’s a shame on hungry jacks to have ppl like this representing them !they told us to wait at the bay. Ofcourse ice in the drinks came , no sauce came with the nuggets , no napkins! The burgers were wrapped pretty poorly in wrap half wraps torn lettuce out of burgers just shoved in bag .
