allegro
On Tuesday, April 18, 2017 I discovered 2 amounts disbursed from my checking account. One for $3.96 and the other $103.00. When I called customer service (I spoke to James Parker) explaining that I did not order this product nor had I heard of this product. He explained that he could not refund my money unless I returned the product. How can I return a product I never received. Mr. Parker then cancelled any further shipments. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, which Mr. Parker said was Jeff Adams, but he was unavailable and would call me back. As of 3:58 PM on April 19th, I still have not heard from anyone. I would like a refund of my money in the entirity. I have contacted my bank and my attorney to help resolve this issue.
sending products which I did not want. I only wanted a sample.
Client number, I had not been given when I asked for a sample; no email
to verify. Unknown to me, once they had my credit card no. they were going to charge me full size skin products I had never asked for.
I do not want extra skin cream in the future, and called my credit card representive to stop payment for any future merchandize from the Hydra Skin Sciences.
I gave credit card no. to cover shipping ONLY, not full size products.
I called my citi card business to STOP PAYMENT for any future
skin products.

Same thing happened to me, ordered sample, only shipping charge of 4.96 was the cost. they send two packages, I only ordered the allegro sample. Called them and they said that if I don't returned the package with in 14 days, I will be charged $103, & $109, which is regular price, then they changed the price to $59.00 each, told them I was not interested, they provided a returned #, and then confirmed with an email that there will be a $20.00 restocking charge per item.
Called my credit card to check charges, they charged $3.96, .and 99 cents twice. Explained problem and advised this is a scam, I made sure that they will not be able to charge anything else to my card.
Thank you for listening
unethical behaviour, unauthorized credit card charge
I received 2 products (Alegro, brio) both the tracking #927489999830804513009125940 and# 92748999983084513009136113 no other papers or acct. # was sent with these products.. I called the company for instructions to return and cancel this acct. On 3/16/17 they told me to place # 39654 and
#39657 on the boxes for return. The postal service provided a tracking # 9500116193227075077392 and #9500116193227075077408 these boxes where placed at the company reception on 3/18/17 at that time the acct. Would be canceled. 30 days later I have a credit card charge of $ 109. For products I no longer have, or even wanted for an acct. That was to be canceled, unethical, and unauthorized credit card charge.. Thank you c. Mcquestion
allegro
Ok, so I received my supposedly free sample of Allegro, which is not what they called it on your ad and received Brio with it, which I did not order. Now I hear that I will be charged an absorbent amount of money for this order. I do not want this product now, as it was supposed to be a trial sample. I want to return this product and make sure you do not bill me any future charges as I will have them reversed if you do. I would rather return it and be done with it. This whole thing is a total scam. Every time you offer it on FB it is called a different name. I'm not sure what I received. How do I stop this process of future billing? This buck is stopping here! Now!
beauty products
I ordered a free sample of this cream and was told I would pay shipping.
My card was charged 3.95 and two charges of .99. On those changes the word reoccurring appeared twice. I called to canceled said they would not close the account. They use off shore India gentlemen to answer their phone.
All you could hear in the back ground was lots of India men's raised voices.
This is not free they charge you a 20 restocking fee and you are to send the product back with a special number or your card will be charged. I am going to report them to the Utah BBB.
brio serum and allegro
I too was taken in by a Facebook ad offering the anti aging serum free trial offer for $4.95 shipping and handling. Nowhere did I see where I would be charged $212.00 for the serum and Allegro cream ( which I did not order).
Then to add to this scam, I used the products for 1 day and now have burn marks all over my face! I don't know what their "all natural" products have in them but beware!
Still they won't refund the full price, even though I am returning the products. Burned my face and they want to charge total of $60.00 restocking fee! Total rip-off!
allegro and brio
What a major scam, i to only ordered the allegro but recieved both allegro and brio, no where in the description did i see that this was an ongoing process and they would be taking over 200.00 every month from me. When i called to cancel they said i would have to pay half the cost in order to cancel, which came out to over 100.00, stay as far away from this company as you can
allegro and brio anti aging serum
I ordered both of these products thinking they were samples. One I thought I would only pay shipping of $4.95, and then I was offered another product to just pay shipping of $3.95. I didn't even order the second product, but I received both of them in the mail. I was going out of town for a few days, and when I got back, I checked my credit card bill. There were charges of $109 and $103 for these products.
I would like to return all for a full refund. I never even opened the products when I saw the charge, so you can send them to another customer.
My name is Cynthia or Cindy Franklin, 8188 Brushy Creek Road, Crystal Springs, MS 39059. I can't find anything that tells me the date of the incident, but I'm pretty sure it was in March. I can't find a confirmation email or a customer number.
hydra skin
Total scam! When I ordered this product, it stated that one only needs to pay shopping for a free sample. Like the other complaints against this company, they kept charging my credit card for over $109. I called to cancel and complain that I never authorized the charges. The man went on a dizzying tirade trying to get me to keep the product and they will refund 50% and cancel. I wanted to get off the phone so badly at that point I agreed!
Fast forward to yet another month when the
Allegro arrived yet again. I called irate. The customer service person proceeded to tell me that the. Serum and the are two different companies and that I never cancelled the allegro portion!
After some choice words from me, he tried to get me to keep the product for 50% off. When I finally lost my temper and said i. Dont. Want. It. - cancel it or i'm calling the better business bureau because this is illegal he proceeded to tell me I could keep the product for 70% off! Omg.
This is supposed to be a shark tank product. Let me tell you, the shark tank team has lost credibility with me 100%. This is a scam all the way!
3 phone calls, a sub-par product and 45 minutes of # later - they stilll ended up marking about $30o off of me.
Total scam. The products they showed that you thought were the samples for 4.95 are not samples!. They are the actual product. They came without any explanation or email that stated what you needed to do it you don't want to be charged for the products. If you want to cancel and send them back, you have a short time frame to do that at your expense. If you don't send them back, they will charge you 103.00 and 109.00 for the two products. It is very difficult to get these people to cancel the order for any further shipments. I am able to send back the Brio at my expense and they said any further shipments will be cancelled once they get the product back. They said the information was on the order form but I didn't see anything that stated their policy. Once I filled out that form, I then changed my min., I clicked off without submitting anything. To my surprise it submitted and I received two products. They charged 4.95 a piece for shipment. Do not fall for this scam. Once they have your account number, it is hard to get them to cancel.
brio day/night serum and allegro anti aging cream
BEWARE! Like ever other person I fell victim to the what I thought was a trial sample of allegro and only pay shipping. When I looked st my account the next day I saw where I was charged 4.95. Two days ago I was charged 103.00 and 109.00 for full products. I called the company to cancel everything and send back the products but they would not do it. The worst part is my bank will only file a dispute for the 109.00 and wouldn't even talked to me about the 103.00. With NSF charges and these products I am out over 300.00.
allegro skin cream & brio day/night serum
I agreed to order a sample of Allegro face cream for $4.95. Then I was
I charged that amount twice but was sent 2 samples - one of the Allegro and one of the Bri day/night serum. So I let it go. Now you have charged my card for $109.00 and $103.00. I did not authorize these charges. If this was something that was in fine print somewhere on the website I did not see it. And putting something that costs this much should not be in fine print. It should be very very clear to the consumer. I will try to dispute the charges to my card if needed. Hoping you can offer me a refund instead of having to go through the bank.
allegro
Ordered it and thought I was getting it free, just pay shipping charges. Looked on my bank account they charged me $103 without me knowing. My bank tried to warn me it was fraud, but I didn't listen. I guess I should have! I've read other complaints that are very similar to mine, I don't know how they get away with charging your account without your consent, seems illegal to me. Now I have topay a $20 restock fee, so I guess they get over on you no matter what.
allegro and derma skin
To Whom It May Concern:
In early February, 2017, I ordered a "FREE trial order" of Derma Skin and Allegro, and paid a $4.95 and $$3.96 shipping charges. I received the trial products shortly thereafter no problem. However, I began receiving duplicate product shipments that I had NOT ordered. These unexpected shipments' charges showed up on my credit card statements in February and March 2017. I now understand that even if I didn't order more products, more products would be sent to me automatically on a monthly basis. Since I hadn't ordered these additional products, I consider your "Free" Offer false advertising, and these charges on my credit card fraudulent. I called your customer service number at [protected] on April 3, 2017, and requested that these charges be credited back to my card and that subsequent shipments be cancelled. I also offered to return the products I hadn't ordered. "Enzo" agreed to credit my Master Card with three charges--one for $64.50, one for $109.93 and one $4.95 shipping charge. However, that still left one charge for $103.00 that is fraudulent, and should be credited back to me.
If you are not willing to credit this $103.00 back to my credit card, I will contact my legal services company, and they will contact you soon.

brito anti-aging serum and allegro anti aging cream
I saw this produce on face book, I ordered the free sample and only had to pay for shipping n handling. All of a sudden without my approval My bill is charged over $400 dollars. I NEVER APPROVED THIS. I SPOKE TO Someone and they told me it's not on FB and their was never a free triple offer, REALLY all he comments I read are saying the same thing that they all got screwed from FB add. I will fight this, how could they just charge so much money to my credit card without my approval! This is outrageous I am a person that cannot afford THIS! I want this taking Care of Immediately
Or I will go to the better business bureau
allegro
Saw a Facebook add to receive a free sample and only pay shipping and handling of 5.95. (3/23/17) I did so, the shipping and handling came out of my checking and now I see a charge to my account of 103.00 4/6/2017 from you! Not authorized!. I have put in a complaint to my bank and told them to not pay this amount. I have had to cancel my debit card and have another reissued. From seeing all the complaints below. Perhaps I should hire a lawyer and have this company sued for fraud. I want to see a reversal of this charge to my account asap. They are located in Salt Lake City, UT
unauthorized charges
I first saw the ad on facebook for this and for 4.95 you could try it .Fine I tried it and did not reorder or sign up for auto ship so this month I find that my acct had been charged $200.So I call the company and they told me because I signed up I had to pay that is it that is all .I have since placed a call to the better business bureau and am waiting for a call back .I refuse to let someone STEAL my $$ .Looks like they do this quite a bit .It is nothing but thievery .I am so upset .
skin serum and cream
Ordered from an ad — supposedly a product that the 5 sharks bought in to. If they did, and it's being run like a scam, out the window goes my respect for the sharks. I was to be charged for $4.95 — shipping and handling, with a 30 day trial. I got it, started using it then checked my bank account. Yes I was charged twice for the shipping and handling, then a few days later there were two charges — the first was for $103.00 and the second for $109.00. I immediately called my bank and they gave me the phone number to call the company (?). I got a run around and they said they would cancel the account, and refund my money to the bank minus 40% per charge. I said no, I did not agree to the charges other than the shipping/handling. After long conversations with people speaking sort-of english, and demanding that I speak to their manager (I never was able to talk to the manager) they said if I would send the product back and they would refund all but $10.00. They called it a "restocking" fee? From used product? I have my bank going after them. Do not buy this stuff.
brio day/night serum and allegro anti aging cream
What a SCAM! After seeing an advertisement on Facebook, I request a, what I thought was, for a 'sample'. I received two boxes, was charged for 4 shipping charges, and I wasn't given any time to use the product since the 14 day trial period begins the day that it is shipped out!
I was told I didn't call in time in order to cancel the subscription, but after much arguing, I was finally transferred to a 'supervisor' named "Jason", who had a VERY strong Indian accent. I was told to ship the product back, but they would charge for a $20 'restocking' fee.
I called back today (4/4/2017) since they received the box with both orders returned, but a new person named "Frank" said that "Jason" wasn't available and since I had only 1 return number, they would only give me back $[protected] restocking fee) for the one order. I told Frank that I wasn't responsible for Jason's failure to provide me with 2 return numbers. After 20 minutes of more arguing with Frank, it was determined they would refund 40% of my second order. I said that was unacceptable. So they Frank said he would take off another $20 restocking fee and refund me $83 for the second order which I NEVER EVEN PLACED!
I sent in for a 'sample'. What I got was a full blown accounting nightmare that I cannot afford!
Luckily, I checked my debit account the day after I supposedly ordered their products. I went to their web page from Facebook too, and their page just continues to take you to another page. And there is no way to decline purchasing further products! So I just closed the page. That didn't stop them from posting FOUR charges on my account. After reading the above comments, I called my bank immediately and closed the debit card. They also told me how to initiate a claim for them to go after them for the charges they already made. How do we let Shark Tank know their name is being mis-used? Facebook?

THIS IS WHAT I MEANT TO POST -- YOURS TO KEEP FREE
Same thing happening to me-- what a bunch of crap-- im glad my CC has been declined and I am now cancelling that card-- nasty people, horrible "customer service and the product is crap ---Ryan is AWFUL;

Full of bologna-- I told this guy I was posting here--- head the warning people--- also posting to Better business
Almost the exact same thing happened to me. Strong Indian accent, talking cirles, said they would send 2nd order free, told them I didn't want any order, that I would pay for shipping to have anything they send, returned for my money.
Bottom lineI had to get rid of my old debit card and get a new one, because instead of getting discounts or charges removed, they charged my debit card again. So I am out $109 for the first order that I didn't order and then $115 the next day for another order I never ordered.
IT IS A SCAM! And I'm sure they've made millions at over $200 a pop. And I'm sure they are paying the phone people in India, peanuts for all the abuse they must take over the phone.
Be warned, IT IS A SCAM!

I saw an advertisement for a Free Trial order of the Anti Aging and the Serum from Hydra Skin Sciences in February 2017. All I needed to do was to pay for the shipping.
I read the website carefully and purposefully did NOT check the box for automatic future deliveries. There was No mention of canceling with in 14 days. Today April 3, 2017, I receive an email telling me my order was on its' way. I immediately called to tell them I did not agree to future orders or deliveries and would not accept the delivery. The noisy call center customer service "Gabriel Owens" said he was located in California but it sounded more like India. Nevertheless, he offered me a 40% discount, then a 75% discount. I have no idea how much I'm being charged because the amount was not on the website and Gabriel was not forthright in providing true information. I kept saying I will not accept this delivery or any charges and will only accept 100% credit. I received an email saying my refund request has been submitted for approval for $109.93 for the Allegro anti-aging cream. NO MENTION of the credit for the Serum. So I called back. Another, Indian customer service "James" told gave me the 40% off pitch, I refused and told him to go to his supervisor. Finally, James told me I had to pay $20.00 restocking fee! Again I refused. James said I would be then charged a $10.00 restocking fee! I told him to go back to his supervisor and tell him I refused. Now I'm waiting for the supervisor to call me back which I'm confident will never happen.
I did check the UPS tracking number I was given for the product. UPS has no record of the shipment.
IN NO WAY DID I APPROVE THIS AUTOMATIC DELIVERY OR CHARGE. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF A 14 DAY WINDOW TO CANCEL OR BE CHARGED OR ANY MENTION OF A RESTOCKING FEE. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I WOULD LIKE 100% REFUND ON ANYTHING CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT AFTER FEBRUARY 2017.
total unfair practice regarding allegro and brio
I have been on the phone with my credit card company for the last several weeks attempting to get charges removed from my account that were made by HydraSkin Sciences. It stems from "sample" products that I requested after seeing an ad on Facebook. I got the samples and the products did not work for me. Then...I got my credit card bill and was charged $103 and $109 for the products! I called HydraSkin and cancelled the future orders and received cancellation confirmation numbers for both products. I also received a cancellation email. I called my credit card company and cancelled the card and had a new one re-issued. They agreed to dispute the charges and took it from there. Then...I got an email today saying my shipment was sent out today! I called and was told I never actually cancelled future shipments. The customer service guy (Brian) was very rude and did not seem to care about my problem. He said I could send back the "samples" and I would only be charges 40% for each plus a restocking fee for each of $25. My credit card company said that MasterCard has an agreement with some companies that even though you have a new card and number, they can push the charges through to the new one! What a total mess! I am retired and live on a fixed income! Now...I am waiting for my credit card company to hear back from HydraSkin and who knows what that outcome will be. There has to be something that can be done to stop this kind of practice by this company. My customer # with Hydra Skin is 152491 and the first charges appeared on my credit card on 3/4 and 3/5. I will not pay those charges and was this resolved as soon as possible. Feel free to contact me at [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you.

Same as above. I was under impression this was free sample. I would like this charge and membership canceled. I am a 77 year old woman living on social security. I have been scammed and cannot afford this.
same thing. It said free sample on facebook. Never saw anything in writing about a trial with monthly shipments/charges thereafter...nor did their email confirmation or literature mailed with the "samples" mention anything. initial charge on the credit card was $107.17! I disputed with my credit card company as I had no idea what it was for at the time. Yesterday I received another jar of cream. Called them to ask why, and that is when they said I had a monthly subscription. I said I never asked for, did not want, and want to return this jar. The representative said I could not return it but he cancelled my monthly shipments. Very dishonorable company. Stay away!
I was also under the impression that it was a free sample. I would like this charge and membership canceled.
