I have a complaint regarding the Hyundai Pinetown branch.
I purchased a new vehicle, and I gave the salesperson a date to collect the vehicle one week in advance. At the time, the car was parked outside the branch.
I arrived at the branch to take delivery of the vehicle. The car was not ready. I spend 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting for the car to be covered and wiped down (because there were liquid stains on the interior of the car, as well as the seats and the exterior of the doors).
Furthermore, the car was received with no fuel, which was contrary to what was discussed with the sales person and sales manager. The permit was not ready either. This is extremely unprofessional.
The sales person apparently put the smash and grab that very morning. I do not understand why, as I had provided ample notice and they themselves requested 25 hour notice.
As a customer, I was treated very poorly. To add to this, the screen protection plastic was peeled off from the screen of my Hyundai i20 Fluid. Who took the authority to remove the plastic from my vehicle? I will not be supporting Hyundai going forward as this was the worst experience.
