I took my car for service this morning, (25th October 2023) and as usual I was asked if a wanted to be taken home. The lady that was assisting is forever amazing. Top notch customer service however my experience with the driver was horrible, we used a 8 seater car for deliveries and everyone in a car was delivered in their correct destination however when it comes to me being the last one in a car to be delivered, he told me that he's taking me 10km away from my house, no explanation! He did not care how I get home but I just left me there, of which my first experience was different. If he was afraid that he would get hijacked in my destination, why does the company continue to sell cars to the people living in the area?
Why are customers not treated equally?
Or maybe the driver did not see a reason to explain because I'm a woman?
What if I'm the one to be marged after I was left in the middle of no where, I don't even know the area well.
I hope this issue will be resolved accordingly because if not... I'm escalating the matter. My safety is more important than ensured cars! He could have told told me when we were still in the company that he can't take me home. I would have requested an ubber or find an alternative.
