Hi,

ICICI Bank Mayur Vihar Phase- 1 , New Delhi 110091 branch offers a facility of cash deposit in packet to facilitate its customers not being in queue BUT the account is credited after 4 hours. Surprsingly, the facility rather proves pathetic since they have NO coordination with their clearing department. If any inward cheque hits your account, it will be bounced unpaid inspite of the fact that you have desposited suffficient amount there. Be careful in using this facility. They talk about reletionship and customer service but before returning the cheque , they do not even call you though they ask customers to write quote their contact numbers everywhere !

I also suffered once when I deposited a high value cheque at 8 30 AM for same day clearing and the same day a inward cheque of almost 1 /10th value of the high value BANKERS CHEQUE deposited, was returned unpaid by the BRANCH MANAGER who said , he cannot do anything until such the bankers cheque is cleared in the evening.

I have a vehicle loan from ICICI Bank and recently I missed paying an installment as I did not make the transfer from one a/c to another in time. I have paid every previous 8-10 installment/EMI.

A ICICI Bank staffer calls up a few days later on my home phone number not my mobile, speaks to my mother and informs she has called as a loan amount was not paid - this is discussing my account to a 3rd person with no care in the world.

No privacy, no data protection and no sensitivity, she then calls me on the mobile and informs me she told my mother, I asked for the final settlement figure which she refused and said sorry, I told her I would be taking action as she has contravened the Data Protection, she says sorry you are becoming angry, please forget it - we are trying to help you!

I requested for a ICICI credit card on Aug'06. They have put the ICICI lombard insurance against my name and adding the amounts in the credit card. Though I have canceled it in November'06... its going on being accumulated.

Can anybody suggest how to tackle this issue... so that I don't have to pay anything.

I wanted to open an a/c with Icici which i will be using for online trading purpose from the last 17 days my a/c has not been activated, this is the worst service provided by any bank to me. The customer service is worst. One representative will tell me something and other will tell some other thing i m just round and round no one is listening to my complaints, i m moving to Customer Court against ICICI, if anyone planning to open an bank a/c never open with ICICI worst service.

I have two active accounts with ICICI Bank, Andheri, Mumbai branch for last 4-5 years. Then I was pushed into opening another acct. with same branch by a sales team on promotion. I never used this acct. except made intial deposit from my other acct. I verbally, by e.mail, by phone and personally visiting the branch tried to close this acct but they keep bilding a debit amount which now amounts to Rs.11,000 plus. I contacted customer care dept and the branch manager with no success. I think the bank sucks and I will close all my accts. there and transfer the biz to other bank

I have given my request for new cheque book on 22-11-2007and 22-11-2017 but till date I dosnt get delivery of the same. From icici bank I get contact no. Of delivery agency, sigma. I thrisly call the sigmas executive to give the delivery of my document to me personnaly in ur office if u dosnt...

I was having a icici cradit card,which I cancelled few (4-5)month back.and till now date after cancelation of the card Iam still receiving the credit card statement for late payment.I did called "{online custmer care (ICICI)"lots of time to I clear all this things as I paid due amount before cancelation,there executive came to our place to take the due amount he took the total amount,and I received the confermation from the bank also...now the thing is everymonth Iam getting new statement with late payment free and service tax etc...Iam so bugged up with this as I cancelled my card about 4 month back,that time bank didnt ask for any payment...can sombody advise me what to do?

Hi Sir ,
This is Praveen Kanoujia , very frustrated with of ICICI direct .com services.
I raised password request through web site on 22 nov , again on 13 dec , then so many times through phone banking
but still not able to get my password. I called customer care guys so many times but problem is still unresolved and nobody is there to listen .

even i followed too courier company (first flight consignment no also but all are returned ).
they were saying address is insufficient .

then i went to ICICI office to change my address .
they took my request a week ago .

now when i enquired then what happen to that address change
they told me u didn't submitted empty cheque .
but nobody told me to submitt this cheque .

i am fed up calling customer care guys ,
no proper answers from there side.

I am loosing my money every day because not able to buy/sell.
Please help me out .

I am delibrately harrassed by phone banking officer with false promises & fraudulant attempt for unauthorised charges on my credit card.

First their courrier service deliver the statement very lates, say 20 days after the statement date (payment due date is 23 days). secondly, not to show their fault, the courrier boy signs on his own on POD. Then bank charges late fee.

When called to customer service, telling them detailed situation, we are assured that charges will be reveresed, that means they agree fault on their part. But when statement comes, they levy another late fee for non payment of previose late fee.

I had called bank many times & talked to alomst 5 banking officers, all assured me that fees will be revered, but everytime, new late fee has been levied over tha past non payment of late fee, eventhough all the payment for purchases & expenses are done.

At some instance, when given reference of last call, we are told that no such calls are registered by phone banking officer.

This is going on for more than 3 months now.

In non of their branches, they have a counter to submit the complain for credit card issues, we have to drop in cheque drop box, that means staff can easily destroy those complains, since we dont have ackonwledgement on our complain. That's what i call fool proof method to loot customers.

What to say, No words for their Efficiency.

Lastly, i had sked to cancel my card, but again they informed me to cut it & drop it in drop box, so you dont have any confirmation of cancellation, again their staff can misuse your card details to do online transection & you might get payment statement for generations.

I am totally fed up with worlds most pathatic & inefficient bank.

I strongly recommand people to look for alternative bank, who are much efficient & honest in dealing, before signing up with this bank.

I, Sumit Chatterjee, holder of ICICI Bank Savings Bank A/c No: [protected] before 18 Years of age with my mother Mrs. Mala Chatterjee. On attaining adulthood, I had applied & became joint A/c doing all the formalities. Printed Cheque Book & Debit Card was issuied in my name, later Credit Card also been issued.

I, had issued one cheque, to M/s Sahara India Ltd, which was dishonored and penalty was charged apart from harassment. I reapplied for updating 1.1/2 Month Back. Still Undone.

Name printed in Cheque Book & Debit Card, without signature updating, thereafter paying Penalty, reapplying & not updated in months time, reflecting adverse picture on their services.

Pl. Advice what to do.

I am having serious problems with ICICI bank regarding my loan repayment. i opted for ECS since 2 years and only recently noticed that the ECS is being debited from my account even before the due date. For instance my due date is the 7th of every month and the amount has been debited by the 5th of the month. When i checked with ICICI, i was informed that it's not their problem at all and as per their records it comes in only on the 7th. i have taken copies of my passbook entries and have sent it across to ICICI with their own representative. Inspite of numerous letters being sent to them with copies to the banking ombudsman, i repeatedly get the warning calls and notes from ICICI to pay the amount as well as the cheque return charges and the service fees etc.

The battle with them is going on from May 2017, when i noticed this discrepancy. Inspite of running from pillar to post with both banks, this matter is not not resolved. I would like to know if anyone else has faced such a similar situation and what is the solution. Can i take legal action against ICICI. Please advise smb.

I agree ICICI Bank are total and complete decoits, extract non-due amounts against threats, and muscle power. I suggest that you provide e-mail addresses of complainants, so that people can inter act with each other, and let the service be a little more useful.

In 03/2017, I was compiled to open a saving ac. in ICIC bank against my case of home loan, even though i was not going to repay the same from that saving account. It was a saving ac. with minimum Rs 5000 balance. Eventually in winter 2017 i withdrawn certain amount from the ac. leaving around 3000 Rs and their after i failed to maintain the min. balance.This remaining sum was debited in total and a sum of Rs 12000 is now being charged on me as negative balance and as per banks manager, now, if i want to close the account i need to pay them that fine. This is nothing but simple case of robbery.

It's my kind request to all going through this message that any body having similar experience in the past, what exactly can be done to settle the matter.

ICICI Credit Card Division has fraudulently blocked my salary Account No. [protected] with ICICI Bank. The bills raised by the credit card division are under dispute. On one hand I have received a settlement letter by the ICICI bank lawyer (Singh Associates, New Delhi) who told me to wait till July 7, 2017, while on the other hand the credit card division has in-between gone ahead and blocked Rs. 58, 000/- from my salary account on July 3, 2017, which they claim is theirs.

My card was stolen on January 14, 2017 and I had immediately called the customer care and got the card blocked. Later I received a message stating someone has used the card and made a transaction of Rs 7, 800/-. I have been communicating to ICICI since January 4, 2017 to send me the bills, which I have the right to receive in order to make payments and requested for a new card. I have repeatedly got my address and contact number change but to no vain.

This has resulted in an outstanding of Rs 58, 000/- due to finance, late payment charges, service tax etc. which had been accumulating over the last 6 months due to ICICI’s negligence. I intend to lodge a FIR with Bangalore Police, the copy of the FIR will be sent to RBI/ Consumer Research Services in Ahmedabad, if the amount blocked is not reversed immediately.

Ever since my card was stolen at a store in Bangalore and used by the thief, I have been communicating with ICICI's customer services for 6 months, who have taken no interest in resolving the issue. I have written numerous mails to ICICI credit card division (copies attached). But they have been procrastinating and sending me bills in hap hazard manner with no break-up and not timely.

I have got my address and contact number changed more than 6 times, but its ironic that the recovery calls come on my Bangalore number while the notice/ letters are sent to my old address which is no more valid. I refuse to acknowledge or pay Rs. 18, 000/- being claimed forcefully.

Although I have communicated numerous times that I am extremely unhappy with the ICICI services and intend pay the total amount spent by me and settle my account, I also I feel threatened by the recovery process and being a woman will ask for police protection from ICICI sponsored goondas.

I had applied for a loan of Rs. 50000 at the Personal Loans department, Begumpet, Hyderabad to a loan officer named Sai Prasad. I submitted 3 months salary slip, address proof and ID proof for the same. I have a steady job with a leading software company and earn a good monthly income. As I am not a resident of Hyderabad, I asked my father's family friend to submit his papers as co-applicant. At his old age, he went to the nearest ICICI bank and deposited all his papers, because the bank refused to send anybody to collect the papers.

Sai Prasad was highly inefficient in processing the loan. He would answer one out of fifteen calls and gave misleading information every time I made a call to find out about the loan status. He promised me that the amount would be credited in my account last Sunday. Whenever I called, he would ignore my calls and traumatize me. I finally asked him to cancel my loan if he cannot give me appropriate updates. So he went ahead and canceled the loan.

I got a mail from the bank stating that I have failed the internal screening requirements and therefore my loan has been rejected. They cannot prove to me in what way I am ineligible for the loan. I will shortly be closing my account with ICICI and I also advise all of you to stay away from the bank.

As for Mr. Sai Prasad, I am sure the bank is proud of having such an exceptional person who will retain more customers by his great client-servicing skills and friendly attitude.

I have applied for ICICI Dmat account. Past 5months and I am yet to receive the service. Almost every weekend I visit the icici center only to get false promises by their employees.

The hights: They kept my form with them for four months and my cheque validity expired and I have to re-sign my cheque with the current date.

Basically I found that the Employees's are not educated to know the proceedings and are themselves confused. Even I found that the Center Manager "Narayana Rao" was highly confused with the proceedings. They even don't know where to take the customer's signature in the D-mat account opening form.

This is a disgusting and most impudent customer services I have ever experienced in the corporate world.

ICICI can't even open an account of a customer whose all the documents are correct.

I made ICICI Credit Card in the month of December 2017, icici bank called me within few days regarding verification and asked are you interested for icici lumbard insurance, i rejected same time. I got first bill in the month of january 2017, in that bill they deducted the premium amount same time i called and request him and discussed i did not accept your any insurance facility so why should i pay. They said ok i am cancelling your policy but they did agian in next month again i called and same discussed, next month again they charged and again i called they said i am cancelling same time i said please give me my request no and to cancel this policy from 1st day they said yes this will be cancelled from 1st day and you are not liable to pay any amount.
Bank this mistake is doing in same month till date now they are harashing me by icici credit card department, settlement department, insurance department and recovery department. What will i do. I am just requesting you please settle as soon as possible if any thing is wrong with me the icici is responsible.

I Made Transaction with TATA AIG Insurance (for 3900/-)on last Year 2017 with ICICI Credit CARD. AS Per Norms, If i was not interested they will revert back all the money, which i paid to TATA AIG, It Was not Happen, So i canceled My ICICI Credit Card Immediately. on Sep 2017. On the same day where i applied for the Cancellation 23, 374 rs is credited into my ICICI Credit CARD.

ICICI Bank canceled the Existing CARD & issued a New CREDIT CARD. I was started using New ICICI Credit CARD. In Mar 2017 the amount 23, 374 got debited without my permission. I made a compliant against it. they had taken more than 4 months to resolve and making interest charges on the amount.

At last now they are saying that I have to pay all the money, my Question is, With out my permission How they debited the such huge amount on favor of TATA AIG. even after canceling the Old Card

What are the Steps i can take against this fraud!

i am totally agree with this person becouse i am also become the same kind of party from this bank and i am high bp and diabetic and since their cheating i am feeling very much upset in my mind and i thing gouverment should look in to these kind of metters becouse some day this kind of anger can prove to be a big disaster. from my words i want to tell icici bank is a terrorist bank who terrorise the pcoustomers thru their bad dealing and i don.t have words for their faults i predict that this bank will creat a world record of complains and definetly this bank is going to be insolvent sooner or later.(i want to do the same thing with the bank which should be done with the murderers becouse they r the killer of coustemer's faith.

I have been a credit card user over a decade
Inspite of regular and intime payment of the dues on purchases the reward points are unrewised.
Moreover without purchases the late fee /interest charges / service taxes etc are levied .My umpteen representations are unaddressed
Please cancel my card

My saving account is debited with Rs 7658.82 without intimation or my authorization from credit card Div.
I hold a credit card with ICICI bank I requested this credit card to be cancelled last year some time in may/june. Even after that I kept on getting the statement and late payment and service tax was kept on incurring on it.Despite multiple complaints there was no action taken. The details of my card was given to collection agency and they started calling me. In 26th Aug 08 the collection agent Priya called me and asked me to pay the stable amount of Rs. 60 to close the account which I did immediately on 27th Aug08. Soon after that the credit card dept increased the payment amount to Rs 6499.74. I complained about it with the SR no. [protected] on 31-08-08 about the same. It was told to me that every thing will be reversed and your card in cancelled. But to my sheer surprise without my authorization an amount of Rs.7658.82 is deducted from my savings account.
Im a resident of Mulund and went to Mulund Branch for the resolution.No one resolved the issue but I was asked to go to either Vashi or Andheri Branch for the complaint.I called the credit card dept. at the mentioend call center the customer care rep. Megha refused lodge the complaint.
When I complained on ICICI website I receieved the mail from the bank justifying its deeds.
Can any one help me on this regard..

the minimum qualification of advisor is +2 but Mr k.Rajesh kannan emp no:(523440)manager. made malpractises for joining a new advisor by name lava kumar advisor code(733239) who completed only 8th standard.Mr k. rajesh kannan prepared a duplicate certificate for Mr.kava kumar advisor code(733239)and made him join him as an advisor so kindly consider this matter as a serious and take necessary action on him

I would like to told you that I have received my credit card-[protected]
(ICICI Bank) month of Feb-2017, First week of March-2017 my card was lost and used by somebody I have already inform to ICICI Mumbai & delhi Customer Care when I asked them what process should i do ? they said that your card has now blocked and all the process bank will do and within 45 days bank give solution, at the same time I have also submit application of my lost card in the police satation(Adarsh Nagar, Delhi-33). after 45 days bank says that the decision goes to in favour of bank and you have to pay all the amount, after some days i have recievd a call from ICICI bank they says you may pay Rs.1500/- as a security money and all the mater will solved and ICICI bank also give u a new card and this amount is also refund by ICICI bank to you, I give them chque for the amount of 1500/-in favour of ICICI bank, after few days I have received another call from the bank they again ask me to deposit 3000/ Rs. as a secuirty money when I ask them in the earlier i have already deposited Rs.1500/ as security they said that was wrong commitment now you have to pay Rs.3000/- as security than this matter will solved, I have again give them Rs. 3000/- as a security chque but the problem is same till now. Now the bank blocked my saving A/c # [protected] also have in ICICI bank and the credit card balance amount Rs-35339.46/- balance shows in saving account, this all happen without my permission and i have not receive any call regarding this, when i asked about this to customer care they said write your problem and mail to us. I have mail them but till date they don't give any solution and I have also visited three times In ICICI's Rohini Branch but ICICI Banks executives are busy in meetings and no one wants to meet with me and also not picking my phone I am facing this problem from last 8 months but bank not give me any solution and cheatd me two times and now again demanding Rs.1400/- when I asked them about this they are not picking my phones.

So please help me .

Threatning Call from ICICI Bank Credit Card Department, Rohini.

I have received a call from Mr. Suresh Gupta, Rohini, New Delhi (011-[protected]) who is working in ICICI Bank Ltd, Credit Card Collection Dept., Rohini main branch. He called me yesterday (24th Feb 2017) morning and told me to return the payment slip (C [protected]), RBI has rejected the payment. If I will not return the payment slip then Mr. Suresh Gupta will bounce my cheque with any xyz reason and a case of Section 138 will be apply on me. He clearly mentioned over the phone that he will not take any responsibility of this case.

from last 2 months, I am wasting my expensive time to get the transaction password..

from last one month, I am hearing that my transaction password sent to new address, but not received yet..
from last 2 weeks, I am hearing from escalation department that my transaction password with ICICI courier services, but did not get it..
from March 09th, I am hearing from Dwarkish Lal that my transaction password was sent again to my new address thru ICICI courier, but did not get yet.
from last 2 months, I have wasted around 10 hours of my time with ICICI bank customer service for nothing..
from last 3 months, I could not do any transaction with my money ~26 lacs as I am sitting aborad with no t-password
from last 2 months, I could not pay my ICICI mortgage as I could not transfer from my account to loan account.
from last 24 hrs, I am talking to Mervyn Davis/his manager abdul raqueeb.but the response is
ICICIcourier website is down...
what a customer service?
if I am not getting my transaction password in 24 hrs, I will fly to India and give a decent complaint.

I think is the worst bank of india, it has gone into the heads of persons working there seem to think they r running the country, and they think the customers to be idiot and their slaves, s if they have a crime in opening a account in this stupid bank.
the phones are always busy or not picked up, mobile phones given are not picked up or they are not reacghaeble.
I think the bank should be stayed away with and the employees should be beaten up in the mid of the road

hello sir
i jung bahadur from amritsar having a icici credit card from feb 2017. but i never use it untill today.but your bank shows amount of rs.14000 i withdrawl from my credit card. but this is wrong i never used my card. i complaint many times to your officcials. but they dont help me .several times i talk to your custmer care represntative but they also dont help me. now last time i will mailing my problem to you if this time you cant take action then i will take legal action on your bank.the desprection of card given below.

Hello Everyone

ICICI bank has become a cheater bank in this country. I was so much fade up of bank that i had ask my employer to change my salary account to some other bank account.
I was having my Current account in ICICI bank. I used to withdrew my from money from a ATM near by me that is of Andhra Bank. there was no duction of 20 Rs from that bank ATM. Deduction was not shown in my mini statement or on online banking account. Then on 1 April ICICI(Fraud) had deducted 2700 from my account as other ATM charges. How rediculous is this. This is scary things happen to my life. I hope the things that hapen with should not repeate with other so please all those who are having account in icici bank account shoul change it immediately as i had done after this.

Hi,

I am Md Ansarul haque working in a private company as SEO head, organization is IT based.

I have a problem with ICICI bank, I have taken a loan of 50k and regular I paid EMI amount but unfortunately because of my accident, I am not able to pay EMI, but after that I mailed for final amount which I have to pay so bank charges extra amount and told me that you have to pay this (21K) in two stalments for final settlement. After that from Rohni sector ICICI bank I got a call for payment and thaey told me two date you have to pay and I agree to pay person Anurag working in ICICI bank Rohni send his EXE to collect first cheque, and they said sir for second cheque I will infor you when I will collect, but unfortunately Anurag didt contact me for collecting payment than I try to contact him his no is [protected], and this person didt receive my call than I mail to icici bank and they again told me that you have to pay 500 more because you are late, but thing is that because of his negligence why I paid extra amount I already agree to pay the amount and he try to late for extra amount, now i paid the 21k but still I didt get final settlements letter, they mail me to pay extra 500 more. So Now what I do Pl. suggest me that. I always try to sort out but bank delay to increase delay charges.

During this Bank automatically deduct amount from my ICICI saving account, and showed balance is in minus, and today we get a mail from bank to pay more 14k earlier they told me to pay extra 500 and now they told me to pay 14 k. So pl help me how i mange and how i pay that much amount they harassed me and i am mentally harassed now, now what i do pL. Pl. Pl help me i am help less now i didt understand how i handle it, now i am totally depend on you, and i hope you must help me to out. I want to meet you people should i meet you.

Pl. help me out because try my level best to sort out honestly, I paid whatever they said now they ask for more money than he send me a final setelment letter.

Dear Sir,

Myself wife of Mr.Girishankar holding a credit card no. [[protected]] We received a letter form a lawyer in the month of Oct 08. We contacted him and he told us to pay 15000/- immi, and the settlement letter will receive us within 2-3 months & should pay balance amount of settlement amount[nearly 5 –7 thousand]. Instead of letter we were receiving bill adding interest to interest. We then mailed and posted letters to Hyderabad & Mumbai branch. One fine morning we received a call saying they will make us a settlement, after 3 days negosation they finalled for 15000/- in which I have to pay 4500/-][April 17th ] immi. I paid that and expected the letter. Mr.Ravi [[protected]] use to say excuse and 3 months went off. Next Mr.Ajay [[protected] / [protected]/[protected]][July 6th]promised the same [settlement for 15000/- confirmed with his senior Mr.Abhilas ]and took 4500/- [July 6th] till date we have not received the settlement letter. We are poor peoples, please help us. My husband is jobless now [nearly 6 months over] I am the only person earning at my home. And I am getting a salary of only 8000/-. even for my children’s education we have no money. I have already disposed my gold ornaments for Rs.20000/- hearing these 2 guys [ Ravi & Ajay]. Trustee people are taking care of them. Somehow we are moving our life. Please help us in this matter. Kindly settle the amount with a minimum amount [already paid ICICI Rs.24000/- [15000/- + 4500 + 4500/-] of Rs.10500/- [Which I was promised to pay . I kindly request you to give a punishment to these 3 guys [ Ravi, Ajay & Abhilash[senior of Mr.Ajay ], so that they will not fool any poor peoples.

I have already emailed these matters to all[ mentioned in the net [customer servive] Today I received a mail saying i should pay 45000/- for settlement. I am not that much affordable. Let these 2 guys bear balance amunt of mine [i will pay 10500/-] It is their fault that they said they will issue the settlement letter at 15000/- [Fifteen Thousand only in which I have already paid 4500/- 6th July]

Sir,

I have taken Two Wheeler loan from Anand branch of Gujarat for Scooter Regn. No.
GJ-7 AM 2728. Which is repaid. Last installment was paid on 30-12-2017, but bank has not issued me matured NOC till date. For which I sent one online complain on [protected] by
SR [protected]. On complaint I recieved phone from Bank and was asked to issue me within a week, regret to say that I have not recieved the NOC till date. I hope necessary action will be taken by you to get me NOC issued.

My name is Rabi Narayan Das. I am a combatant member of Indian Air Force. A person ( name Mr. sanjay) came stating himself an agent of icici personal loan branch. he provide his visiting card. he asked for some documents and 13 cheques (signed by me and filled with pay to as icici). After few days his mobile number found switched off. On 31 Aug 09 i found my account number (A/c-[protected]) has been debited with Rs. 34000/-. I rushed to the branch and enquired about the transaction. I found one of the cheque i have given to Mr. Sanjay has been passed by axis bank. An amount of Rs. 34000/- has been debited from my account to Mr. dilip kumar (a/c No. [protected]) through cheque no. 892262. I reported the matter to the branch manager and after his due efforts i can recover my debited amount. I lodged an FIR in sadar thana about that person. I had gone to the icici bank to complain against the person (agent and account holder). They refused saying we can do nothing and it is the work of police. They also denied to provide the details of the person who is holding an account in their branch.

I request my grievances may be redressed.
