It was supposed to be same day delivery, not delivered for 3 days.
No reason was given, customer support folks on phone do not have any details, and [protected]@igp.com is also not responding.
This is the first ever worst experience that I have in the last 10+ years of online booking.
Lilium flowers
I ordered a bunch of 6 pink oriental lilies for a special occasion and it does take IGP to mess it up. One would expect that for the amount they charge they would deliver quality flowers.
The bunch had lilium buds separated from the stems, stuck to the stem with a tape and inserted in a tiny plastic capsule with water.
And to top it all - IGP Customer service has the audacity to say that since it is beyond 48 hours from delivery they will not send a replacement, in spite of the fact that clearly the photos show how they messed up.
So please be warned that IGP takes no guarantee that their flower buds may be attached to the stems.
Desired outcome: To send a replacement bunch of lilium flowers.

I can't believe IGP do this to their customers and still running their business. I had ordered 7 items for Rakhi including few rakhis, sweets, chocolates and a custom gift. Only gift was delivered and everything else was marked as delivered. I asked for the delivery confirmation/proof and followed up with the customer service via email for 15 days. There was always a template email response and then nothing. They would auto close the tickets. Please don't waste your money or rely on this site for any deliveries.
