general manager
I work for ihop 1460 in midland Texas. The General Manager over works her employees and under pays them she has done nothing but run her mouth and talk bad about employees to other employees. She should not a Manager or even with the company any longer. She shows up 30 minutes to a hour late and leaves when ever she wants. She makes everyone else do her job for her and she takes all the credit. All she cares about is her bonus and that is it. Mean while the assistant manager works so hard she cooks, severs, washes dishes and run the store. As for the general manager she should be removed from the company for good. Her turn over rate is so high I do not see how she has a job or can even line up people for interviews. the people there work so hard and for what just to get treated like crap. She starts her cooks at 9.50 or 10.50 an hour. When every other food service company out here starts at 14 an hour and up.

I visited the IHOP in Lake Jackson. It was the worst thing I have ever encountered in a restaurant! I was left speechless. To start off, once we were seated by the Manager, she said the waiter would come shortly. But, 10-15 minutes pass by and no one had taken our drinks until the manager came back and she took the order. We received our drinks then we had to wait around 20-30min or more to even place our food order. after that time the server came! Asked us for our order and that's it. He never even mentioned his name. We then waited maybe 45 min or more to completely receive our order. When we recieved our food 2 of them were wrong. Then our food was supposed to come with ranch and marinara sauce but it didn't. One order took so long to come out that most of the table had finished their food! We were never offered a single refill.we had to ask the manager and other servers for things we needed! Out of a table of 7 we only received about 2 refills at that and because we had to ask! We were never asked how we were doing. The waiter simply never really came back unless we tried and tried to get his attention. When we asked another server for assistance he said no because he was about to leave. The manager at one point was so unprofessional talking about the waiter in front of him. I mean she was apologetic but that's unprofessional. She only took 2 drinks of the tabs.
Many other tables walked out! People who hadnt been helped walked out... Should I keep going? It's just unacceptable. Please get back to me over this matter!

The worst ihop service ive ever had. My waiter didnt come for 15 min. And when a server did come it was from a different section, he noticed we were just sitting looking PISSED off and came over to see if we were ok. Then remained our server for the remainder of the time. This location i will never visit again. The worst service. The worst service. The worst service. The worst service.

The owners of this I-Hop are total Fn [censor]. I am a current employee at the Athens Al store. A crew chief (Lindsay)was recently supposed to be terminated but instead was demoted to serverfor stealing. Of course the manager (Lesa Greene) never said anything to Lindsay about stealing. Today this thief was caught stealing tips from other servers, and again the manager (Lesa Greene) acts dumb, deaf, and blind. Maybe shes not acting. This store has the most incompetent manager I have ever worked under. When somebody quits or gets fired Lesa puts off giving that employee their last check. Most of the time she puts them in her car (privacy information law violation )and claims she forgot about them. We currently have a cook that left three weeks ago and still hasn't received his last check. This store is owned and managed by a bunch of damn [censor]. Good employees leave and the crooks get to stay. Way to go I-Hop, no wonder your ratings for this location are terrible.

I am complaining about the food I received at ihop through uber eats
I ordered a big steak omlette with no tomatoes and no green peppers and when i received my order it had both tomatoes and peppers after i put not to have none of those then after contacting the manger at ihop she said that the receipt said that it didn't say that when my receipt said no tomatoes and no green peppers but the manager said she couldn't anything about it that it was all to uber bit why is it that it that on the app you have a side note and why does my receipt say no tomatoes and no green peppers

We went to ihop after my prenatal appointment. I ordered the chicken and hash thinking it was a lot of food and I was starving. When they brought the food it was maybe enough to feed a little kid. The waitress asked me how everything was. I told her you might mention to people that this a very small portion. She said oh let me get the manager. The manager came and asked. I told her it's just a very small portion for $12 when my husband got the all you can eat pancakes for $9 something and his first plate alone was way more food then mine. She said oh well that's what you got. I said ok so you don't care about customer feedback she basically said no, nothing I can do. Enjoy your lunch. I told her we'd never be back. She said ok. The waitress was surprised she was so rude and unhelpful. We will never be back, your prices are horrible, portions tiny and service awful

March 2, 2018 - I placed a call to order breakfast for pick-up. The initial call was answered and the employee was rude, call was put on hold and person didn't return to phone - was on hold for 5 minutes. I called back (5) times and no one answered the phone! The call went to a recording to leave a message.
I placed the order on-line and when I arrived to pick up, no one was at the front and the phone was ringing, ringing, ringing! My order wasn't ready so I had to wait longer.

I am looking on the internet for a place to work and I see a connection of one of IHOPS employees on Facebook. I clicked on the gentleman profile "Walter Harper III" and was quickly afraid and disgusted that IHOP would hire someone one who was flashing gang signs and flashing his gun around telling people that he would shoot whoever. I know for a fact that he is a current employee with IHOP and feel the for everyones safety that he be terminated. In America Gun and Gang Violence are a heavy issue and needs to be limited. Please look into this young mans location in Lubbock Texas and help provide safety.

On 2/28/2018, I decided to go to I-HOP to eat and after careful review of the menu and my appetite, I decided to order a kids meal which filled me up, but gave me diarrhea, within a 30 min time frame. I told the lady who did nothave a name tag on I wanted the kids happy birthday meal with the sprinkles on the side and no cake batter on the pancakes, along with another bacon slice instead of the soakage. I will let this complaint board be fully aware that if I do not receive my order as I explain without confusion, as I feel that the waitress was a little [censored]y too, I will walk out and not pay for bad service, poor attention span with the intent to not write down my order and then repeat it back to me as conformation. Thus will be an ongoing occurrence as I-HOP is overall a decent place to eat, but still advertising about free Pancake Day after the day it expires draws a red flag of deceptive business practices with the intent to deceive and for that I certainly will go back, but have a manager take my order and provide me my order as a smart manager should and also speak with the customer instead of allowing a waitress who just made .27 cents off my whole visit, I wonder if she cared? I strive to be a positive person, but a negative and a positive equals a negative outcome such as this complaint.

I was too in sales for 90 days straight! I opened six days a week at 5 am (some days waiting on a manager to show up a 5:45 am). I never got disciplined because I never did anything to get disciplined over! On december 27 I took two days off because I pulled my sciatic nerve, worst pain ever... They were well informed of my situation... Returned to work on the 29th to be told I was terminated immediately due to a corporate complaint that went viral while I was out hurt! Was told I was accused of overcharged tips! I asked to see proof said no but I had to sign a termination paper or I wasn't getting my check! I need to know who to speak to because I loved my job there.. Best job ive ever had (except for the poor management)? Who do I talk to besides an attorney?

It was terrible service the waitress only came to the table one time and it took over an hour for my all you can eat pancakes to come and they were cold, without a drink and cold pancakes my family decided to leave and pay the bill. Very unpleased with service, waitress acted like she did not know what was going on or that she wanted to be there. I was very unhappy with the service overall and then as I was walking out the door I noticed that I did not recieve the correct change and when I went back to discuss it with the manager he acted like he had no time for my issue so I again left without instigating the situation. Ihop needs to fix these issues with its restaurant because it is ridiculous how bad the service was for my family. I will never return to this ihop again!
my girlfriend is being screwed over by the employees
There's not too much to go on about besides the fact that my girlfriend that works at IHOP in Kyle, Texas. Has been robbed from there and is now seeing less and less hours on her schedule basically trying to get her to quit as well as someone seems to hit on her all in one go and the fact that nothing has taken action yet really concerns my thoughts for your company. Please take action and help me and my girl put down however the mastermind behind all this and to top it off when she asked to see the security footage the people kept trying to not help or delay time and even avoid her of possible. To make it worse the camera was facing the one direction it should have been facing which would be on the employees items that they bring in and yet it was turned the other way. I need help.

I live in both New York and Florida go to your restaurant every single day there's never been a problem other than last year when Tori Spencer refused to make one egg over medium and one egg scrambled.
She said she had no way of ringing in in.
So we stopped going to that location and started to go Coconut Creek, the staff is wonderful but it's really a long distance from my house. I went back there today at 7:30 a.m to the Deerfield Beach location
for the first time in over a year and Tori Spencer was my waitress again and refused to give mr one egg scrambled one egg over medium.
I go to the restaurant every day for the past 26 years I even know that Massapequa on Sunrise Highway closed yesterday that location and there's another one in Copiague., unfortunately I will have to stop going to your restaurants because Coconut Creek is too far to go everyday although I've done it for the past year. Did not inform me that they were out of sirloin tips, until 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. Picked up order at 8:27pm, was supposed to be ready at 8:11pm. From what I saw there was two servers, two cooks, and I know only four tables. We won't recommend or choose ihop anymore.

I went in at 1045am and placed a to-go order. I had to ask status of order triple times. After watching other guest come in, be seated, served and leave; I again had to ask about order. Another guest came in after me order to go also. Was given her food and left. Still nothing. Finally at 1230pm u was given my order. Was told I could have a free drink for wait. (I had paid for order 1.5hrs ago) how could I get a free drink. Did not offer to discount anything. Mgs said best she coulddowas to give me a coupon for another visit. Javier - the cook was cursing from the kitchen & my family with young children could hear him from the booth we were sitting in. I requested the name of the cook and found out he was yelling at a female waitress belittling her. You need to handle your employees. Javier needs to find a new job. I will not be back nor recommend anyone to go there. I will share my story everywhere. Also, the food he cooked was all wrong. The waiter showed me what they entered and that was right. The food was over cooked. If he spent as much Time yelling at his coworkers as he did cooking then maybe we would be having a different conversation. It was 2/24/18 at Ihop in Mt. Pleasant Texas.

Last night on 2/24/2018 at 7:00 my family and I went to dinner at the beechmont ihop in anderson township. There were not many people eating however there were 6 or 7 tables that were full of plates and food that nobody had cleaned up. We sat down and ordered our food. When we received the food it was stone cold. I couldn't even eat my food because it was cold and undercooked. It was absolutely repulsive. We will never go back. Also, I want you to know that I never complain about anything.

We came in and only had 2 people waiting in front of us. The called 2 numbers and they were not there. We continued to wait. The parties with the 2 numbers called showed back up as the went shopping and wanted to be seated. They immediately sat them. We were seated and there were numerous tables empty. I called in an order to my local ihop for a turkey and fixings. When speaking with the server she was unaware of what Meal I was Talking about so I explained. After picking up my food and making it home I seen There was no stuffing with my turkey meal. I was highly disappointed to see that my stuffing was not there. Also, I asked For stuffing several times while on the phone.
