non pick up of phone
I have domestic gas connection no.T 3777 with JJ Gas, Wazirpur, New Delhi. Yesterday I had to go personally to the Company to book my gas refill as none of the telephone was available. In the last 8 months this is perhaps the 3rd or fourth time consecutive that their phones are e busy & I have to go personally. During all my visits I found the receivers were intentionally not kept properly so that the gas users necessarily had to line up outside an inconvenient window to book their gas. To top it all, the booking clerk, a young lady, lamented the 450 to 500 bookings done by her everyday.
Does that justify keeping the receiver down and making people travel several kilometers just to give her te consumer no. for booking gas?
lpg cylinder not filled correctly
Few weeks back I booked a LPG cylinder from Rajan Gas Service, Noida. The old cylinder exhausted on the 6th of June. On the same day we started using the new one. Unfortunately, on 8th June, i.e within 2 days the new cylinder exhausted. On Sunday, we have no other alternative as the agency is closed and there is no way we can get another one. This shouldn't have happened at the first place. How can the authorities be so careless? More over, the agency is stealing gas and then sealing the cylinders in such a way that no one can catch hold of them.

I am having a Consumer No. S 25199 with the SUDHEENDRA INDANE Gas Agency, 2nd main 80ft Hennur road, HBR LayoutBangalore 560043. I booked for Gas cylinder on 25.5.2008 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.
I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively.
We had a gas connection in my mother's name T.A.Jayalakshmi, who had expired in 1994. e have been getting the refills from Bhashyam gas Agency, Arcot Road, Kodambkkkam, Chennai - 600 024. Now suddenly for supplying a refill they are asking the following.
and to transfer it to a surviving member, me being the eldest son, they are asking for the following.
1) death certificate of the deceased
2) Legalheir certificate.
3) No-objection certificate from the other sons
I have produced the certificate issued by the Ghat authorities, proof of my residence, and that i am her son.
they say it is not sufficient and they want the above certificates only.
This seems to be ridiculous and height of arrogance on the part of IOC, because they subsidize the cost.
I want to have justice done to me. Because getting the above certificates will take heavy time and energy on my part.
i had deposited my all the document on dated 2/02/2013 for new gas connection. the owner of the agency suggested me to wait for 5-7 days. When i contacting after 7 days they said that they don't have cylinder and told me to wait for another one week that is after 15 fab. today again i visited the agency but they refused me by saying that they don't have regulator. but i came to know that they have given connection to some people without any information to us. please take care of this matter and do the needful.

Yesterday i went to agency to book my second cylinder. The person there told me that the cost of second cylinder is Rs. 1200/- and you have to buy an Aperon of cost Rs. 350/- with this.
But i refused to buy the Aperon as i need only second gas cylinder, So that person said OK they will give me Cylinder only but i have to pay them Rs. 200/- extra as a "SEVA SHULK" (a type of BRIBE)
So this is to request you to take action against the person or Agency for this crime.

I am customer of Indane Gas. My consumer No, is 987. My distributer M/S Lord Balaji Gas Agency, Gangu Reddy Road, Egmore Chennai 600 008 is not supplying LPG Gas cylonder regularly. I have booked on 11-08-2008 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. Daily on an enquired they said your refilled cylinder on the way. I have called them more than 20 times . My both cylinder are empty.
Today also I contacted distributer they simply replied that we could not supply refill cylinder hence you can change the distributer.. due to this I am facing a lot of problem what can I do. Hence I request you that the IOCl may kindly be directed to supply the gas immediately without any delay and also kindly permit me allow changing the distributer neary by area urgently. Kindly do needful.

I am getting Gas Supply from "Saieesh Enterprises", 23-226, RK Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad - 500047. From the last 5-6 months whenever I am trying to book through Phone, getting message that Number is busy, by luck if it connects, then they were not attend the call. After booking also I am getting gas after 12-15 days only. Previously I made a complaint through ur official website. But there is no response. Really iam feeling VERY BAD about ur INDANE Gas Agency Service. If it continues like this... I will give excellent free publicity to the Public who is known or unknown about INDANE GAS. It may not effect ur business, but i do as well as i can... through Media(being a Media Person).
Recently i booked Gas on 23-04-2008, they said "within 10 days u will get it" and gave me a Ref.No.12133. I have waited until 02-05-2008, the 10th day and made a call by 11 AM. Again they said "it will take 2 more days". I have asked "then why did u say 10 days", replied... It will take 2 more days sir... and put off the phone. Tell me, if u r in the same place "How do you feel"? Please think in that way... if u r unable to solve the problem, give me the permission to take a "Spare Cylinder(Double-2nd Cylinder) on my existing connection".
I am really disappointed due to this consumer service of "Saieesh Enterprises" Gas Agency of Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. You are requested to kindly look into this & do the needful at the earliest.

When ever I am calling the above mentioned agency numbers, it alwats busy. if some one will pick the phone by luck, they will say gadi is not available.
Today on sep-17, 2010 I was able to call the agency, they told your cylender is with delivery man and they gave me his name(Bhagwan) and number([protected]). when I called that fellow, he told me aaj gadi nahee aayi. you will get your cylender tomorrow.
Please advise how to tackle these kind of tourchers.

Always making the people to suffer like anything and beg with them. No reply was given to me for years and they finallytransfer my connection to Kamala Indane Services, Cinema parampu, Sasathamcttah due to area reallocation with new customer no 8896 vide thier letter dated 20.03.2006.
I again booked for the second cylinder with the new distributer on 25.10.2006 (waiting list no.667) and waiting for the additional cylinder

Hello. I am a customer of Indane Gas and I have recently taken a connection. My consumer # is RK9926. I have requested for an address change and a cylinder to be delivered to my old address. However, none of the requests have materialized. Everytime I visit the agency, I am told that "it would happen tomorrow". I am now shifted 20 kms away from the agency and it is not possible for me to travel 40 kms everyday to hear a no to my request.

I am an indane customer and my customer no.31824 with m/s. vikran enterprises, plot no.2, west kidwai nagar, new delhi. the staff of the above dealer seldom attends the telephone calls of consumers for booking of lpg refill. they have four telephone nos. i.e. 011-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. since today morning i.e. from 10.00 am onwards, I was trying the above telephone nos., but they never pick up and mostly the telephones are in a busy mode or out of order. some times the ring goes and they do not pick up. it is becoming very difficult to book an lpg refill with the above gas agency. I have experienced this in the past also and I have lodged so many complaints with i. o. c. they also do not pick up the telephones of complaint cell. please look into the matter.

I am a consumer with Golder Gas Agency in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. The consumer number is 9972. The problem is its impossible to book gas cyclinders by calling these people. I was a lpg consumer with m/s maha laxmi gas service, subhanpura road, vadodara. now I am shifted form vadodara to roorkee (uttarakhand). here in roorkee I submitted all the transfer related papers to ekta gas agency & completed all the required formalities on dated 23 jan 2008. almost 2 month has alreay been over but still they have not provided me the connection. now the concern person is saying, he is not able to provide the connection, so withdraw the papers after two month of submission of the papers. let me clear the company policy regarding the transfer case. before this transfer I faced 4 transfer in last five years but I have not faced such type of problem even a single time.
This dealer is not maintaining any system, so kindly take strict action against him & ask him to provide the connection to me immediately.

The service provided by Alka gas egency, Bhubaneswar is horrible.No body picks the phone.It will be always in busy mode.During lunch time the phone will ring but no body will pick the phone.Today I tried from morning 10am to 1pm.The phone was busy but from 1pm to 2pm both numbers were ringing but no body picked the phone.Again from 2pm onwards the phone is busy... Do not know what to do.I cannot go the office also as my office timings are 9 to 5.30.Govt should take proper action against them.
I was a LPG Gas connection with Agroha Indane harpalpur Extantion at Nowgong MP as per con.no.AI4668, SV.NO & date3259986/4/10/02 now in have shifted at Tikamgarh from Nowgong and submitted all papers of gas connection for transfer(TB voucher no 1652991 dt 5-2-2008)to MAA VINDHVASHINI GAS Agency Baldevgarh at Tikamgarh.then by gas agency has provided to me cylender and accessories after some days. on dated 12-9-08 on telephonic conversation at gas agency refused to transfer and say no any type of document for transfer submitted by you. so i request kindly take necessary action in this regards. thanks,
availability and mass level black marketing here
I have only one gas cylinder and here gas availability is very poor thats why i get problem .i have to wait for 21days after taking cylinder and aftergetting number i have to wait for 15-20 days.and huge level black marketing of indane gas cylinder is going on in pakari mohalla near gas distributor office by the help of their staffs and after anycomplaits he manages even indane oil corporation officer.too manyconsumer cases pending against him but in no way public get relief.it is mockery.
I booked new indane gas cylender on [protected] but no connection has been given by Hanumangarh Gas Agency, Hanumangarh Juction. Nine month has been completed yet connection is awaited. Please do need full before winter.

Sona Gas Agency is providing cylinders which have water filled in it...normally a cylinder lasts around 20-22 days for me...but this time my cylinder lasted only 12 days and i found that my cylinder has water in it...this is cheating and the agency and the supplier boys should be punished for this...i plan to take this up with the consumer court too.

we have one cylinder connection, in delhi we are comfortable for this cylinder, because for order the cylinder we received with in 24 hours. now we are in bangalore here atleast they are taking 5 to 6 days. pls give the preority to single cylinder holders.

I took new connection but I found that Gas cylinder weight is not proper, 3.25 kg gas was less.
I am trying last 12 days but all phones are not working, I am unable to booking my gas cylinder.
And other side supplier boys are doing black marketing openly in Mahipalpur, Rajokari, & Nathpura area with help of these type of agencies.
The legal action should be taken against Sona Enterprises.

That gas dealer did not deliver gas on our residence, because they said uwill not check our gas clyender, if u check the clynder we will not deliver to your residence, and they are using abusing language, and they threatnedus to fredge our consumer connection no.They says you can do what ever you want.kindly look into the matter and help us.

I have booked my Gas calender on 07-10-2008 personally.
customer care executive of M/S Desh Bhagat Gas Agency Islamabad, Amritsar
told me that it will take 4-5 days to dilevary the calendar .
When i remind on 14-10-2008 by phone No. [protected] then executive replied me that it will take more 2-3 days. but after passing 2-3 days nothing has received.
and after passed more than 20 days i don't have get dilevary of gas and I am facing .
hardship without gas .I am taking my food from Hotel along with my kids.please look into the matter seriously . My DBD No is 16685. for any diffeculty and diseases the Desh Bhagat gas will be responsible.

I have transform my connection to Raghu gas service khandsa road gurgaon one month ago, but still after my 5 time complaint i have not received any cyclinder yet, also the landline no. of the deeler is busy & usually he did not pick any phone as i have dialed several times from different no.

delay in booking/delivery
I am having a consumer no. 1659 with the vikram enterprises, sector -1, indane gas agency, bokaro steel city, jharkhand - 827001.
They are booking for re-filling cylinder after 21 days of delivery and agian saying that it will delivered after 21 days. I booked for gas cylinder on 16.02.2008 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 7 working days. but the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.
I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. they also harass me and ask to come time and again. they also do not respond positively.

My consumer no. is NB 9896, i booked cylinder on 12-02-08, but till on 28-02-08 cylinder has not been delivered, whereas the same is sufficiently available in black market @ Rs.450/-..we are being compelled to buy in black due to such abnormal delay in delivery. may please check and correct the system adopted by our distributer.

to day I rang to SunGas, Selvapuram from 11Am, none picked up phone as mentioned by customers. I was fighting with IOCL for more occassions and registered with ministry. From my experience, I can assume, IOCL like petroleum companies intentionally create shortage, delay delivery, train the dealers for ill treating the customers, black marketing cylinders, malpractices for some reasons.
Entire Petroleum companies business transactions must be audited by non governmental experts their motive behind it.

This is Rakesh Kumar Sinha from Ghaziabad and we have your (Indane)gas connection since 2007.When we start use your connection, that time to till date not reach gas cylender at my home by your distributor, i am providing you distributor agency name "M/s Ghaziabad Gas Agency, Kavinagar Industrial Area, Ghaziabad. When i asked to distributor why not reach my sylinder at home, already i have booked, then they reply due to nobody was at home then he come back, his same execuse again & again from 2007 to till date . But this reason was not true, i am job person & my family is every time available at home .
Therefore, i request you please take necessary action on priority basis.

This P.Thirumurugan from Coimbatore- Tamilnadu and we have your gas connection since 2003.When we start use your connection that time we were in P N Pudur so we get a connetion from Annai aravind gas agency -Vadavalli coimbatore and customer number is 1366118 and in 2006 in the name of S.Ponnaiah Bose. We shifted to Thudiayalur that is 12 km away from vadavalli.But that time we asked to Annai aravind agency for change of service to thudiyalur but that time they were refuse to gave bcos they are also doing the service in Thudiyalur also.I dont think they are doing legaly or not
Suddenly last month they stopped the service and asked me go to Sri Ram agency Thudiyalur without checking my accessory's(like regulator) and they cancelled my account also.After that I went to Sri ram agency for register my name but I shocked bcos they are telling my regulatornumber was was changed as per deposit slip.Then I went to Annai aravind agency for clarification but they given very bad reply with using rubbish words and finaly they said myself only changed the regulator and it really hearted.I am ensuring to you we didn't touch our regulator also.So kinly look in this matter and help us to get register our name in Sri ram agency to start our service.We have single connection only and this also going to empty with in few days.So please...

I am not a customer of Indane yet.I am contemplating taking a gas connection from Indane.This complaint from MrVij is making me rethink my decision.
Is there an alternative and better company with a more customer friendly attitude? Even if the cost is more I will go for it.Good service has a price which I am ready to pay
