I have had enough of your college... What a bad experience. Your staff and your system is horrible. I have been struggling to get my proof of cancelation letter out of you for almost a year now. You have been ignoring my 30 plus emails... When I call no one answers when im lucky enough someone answers and as i'm explaining the situation my call randomly gets cut off! More... To say however I will then be typing the whole diary... You are listing me as a bad payer however no one not even the student advisor assisted me when I needed help with the portal again no repsong that when I cancelled and was told it should be sorted by the 15th of aug and now im getting listed as a bad payer which is not true! I want my name cleared and cancelation letter. I have all proof I need and phone call records
I have also lodged a complaint by NCR, EXPERIAN, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION umalusi and the list goes on and i will not leave this here! defamation of character which is actually so important that people know what your college is doing

Sorry for the long email. But the end result is this intec college is not getting back to me what so ever with any emails calls nothing even if I email them call them no answer what so ever...this is now not months but a year already... This has been going on.. No feedback This Moring when i tried phoning they say their numbers does not exist anymore.
Intec college is busy messing up my name so bad with the credit bureau
I have so many emails and calls I made to them... Calls is not working always the one time it did there was this lady that tried to assist me but they are not even responding to her.. so she also stopped responding too me
There are so so many emails from my side and explaining to them I'm going to take matters further they don't care... I have registered 2023 end year to start studies with them... I then made a to pay deposit... However the few months ahead which I paid monthly they have started not responding not even the student advisor didn't bother to assist me.. As I didn't know how the portal works etc.
Anyway when I had enough of wasting alot of money I then called in numerous times where they don't bother to pick up. But I didn't stop phoning I tried numerous times there after when one day a lady answered... I told her I want to cancel and then she told me I need to fill in a cancelation letter... Which I immediately did. Then one lady responded sorry to here that you want to cancel etc and explain what will happen... They told me this should be sorted by the 15th if August 2024 as it takes 8 weeks. After that no one ever responds.. Calls or emails...even if im the one emailing and calling and emailing
I then started phoning again and the same lady tried to follow up but also told me the 15th of Aug it should be canceled but also did a follow up and cc me in the email... However since then no one is responding to her or to me...calls emails nothing..
I have been emailing her non stop I even emailed the student advisor he also forwarded my mail to the cancelation department...
They are messing me credit report up and no answers to what's happening with the cancelation... This has been going on for a year now
I even have a email from nedbank stating the college is busy ruining my reputation
I need assistance please I'm begging I don't know what to do anymore...
I also haven't even received any confirmation to say it's canceled or nothing...not even a cancelation letter
I'm to my end and this is mentally and physically affecting me and my name..
Please I would email you all the proof of mails etc...if needed
This is intec college that I'm having issues with...they are doing me wrong which is defamation of character as well
