Brought my Omega in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it up and get it running again. The lady that worked there told me she would have to send it to Switzerland to have them look at it. I said OK go ahead and do that. She told me it was free of charge. She then called me back weeks later with an estimate and I told her no thank you I don't need to get it fixed at this time and to just send it back to the store and I will come and pick it up. I arrive at the store weeks later to pick it up to take home and she informs me that they went ahead and fixed everything and that now I owe them a little over three grand. I told them no and to send it back to Switzerland to have the original parts put back on and informed them that i was not ready to pay that to have my watch redone. She then calls me back weeks later after i called numerous times asking where my watch is and informs me that she spoke to her manager and agreed i should get a discount. I said OK and agreed on the proposed dollar amount only because i was so pissed they fixed it after specifically told not to and still expected me to pay for it. Now it's been over a year, and they cannot seem to give me the correct person or the correct number to call to make a payment on it at all. Every time i call they direct me to a different person or tell me to call a different number because its currently in some vault. I just want to pay for my watch and be on my way. This is the first and last time i have ever been a Jared's customer.
