Cant verify my account I am waird user and I buy some game item on playstore through jazz carrier billing and I also purchase one time on march but I need to purchase again then I enable jazz billing carrier 1st processing message appear on my screen send acount information to jazz then reach some second the error appear on my screen (cant varify your account please try again later), I m facing this issue 3 days ago I visit jaaz headoffice and franchise and I also call on jazz customer service send but no any action taken on my complaint, please feed back on my number and email address thankx

My 4g is not working
I've called helpline twice today that my 4g services is'nt working and all they do that send me mb settings and tell me restart my mb after applying the settings I am so [censored]ed up right now can you guys please help me with this i've already reset all my network settings please for god sake sort out whatever the issue is 🙏 nd let enjoy my 4g in peace

I am complaint about my internet service

Postpaid number not issued as per best practices and corporate policies
On 12th march, 2019 I visited a franchise of pakistan mobile communications limited which is doing business in pakistan with the trading name/ brand name jazz. I had to purchase a post paid sim card. Since the franchise outlets are authorized to issue the sim card to general consumers if the pay the fair value of the sim card according to each category.
The sim although was available in the system but due to an error created intentionally in the system so that the consumer cannot purchase the sim no of that category the sim card no could not be issued to me by the franchisee. I lodged a complaint and I was advised to visit another franchise outlet at rex centre saddar karachi. I once again wasted my precious time to visit the outlet but on my visit once again on to my disappointment the franchisee where I was advised to visit again on 15th march could not issue me the sim card no [protected].
On further investigation and information I came to know that it was purely the fault of the company called pakistan mobile communications limited. But at their helpline and call center no 111-300-300 the company refused to accept their glitch their intentional mistake as a complaint.in pakistan there is no proper check and balance by their regulatory authority called pakistan telecommunication authority. So. I really condemn this [censored] practices by the company heads who after their merger with the warid group are doing nonsense. Three years have passed since mobilink and warid have merged but the warid customers still have to face inconvenience when they are using some specific services related to mobilink like wi - fi devices if they are only warid prepaid or post paid consumers. This is a non sense merger in my view
Internet service
I have received unexpected internet bill, last night I use internet and warid charged Rs 5000... I am using double sim mobile, mistakenly I used data from warid but its unbelievable that warid charges are too much higher. I am postpaid user and continously using warid since very long time but now I will never use warid anymore.

I want to say that i am using 2 jazz warid number.
That was a time i use 3warid number from my cnic.
I went to Distric Gwadar in warid pranchase i toled him that i want to block my warid number. He say to me give your cini i gave to him.
A message arrive on my 2nd number that you have succsefuly blocked your number.
A year ago i message my cnic number to 668 a message arrive that your are using mobilink 0 ufone 2 zong 0 warid 3 i also shocked what is this i blocked a warid number it showig 3 warid.
Second time i went to District Gwadar warid pranchase i askedto him that i blocked a number why it re open he told to me in this way we cant help you.
Call to coustmer care center.
The problme is this i forget that warid number so Kindly help me to block my number.
Signal issue
Kindly make some adjustments to ensure proper networking facility in area of Indus Hospital Muzaffargarh. It is effecting my daily professional activities. I am unable to make and recive important calls. Even sms are not delivered at proper time in that particular area. If suchbcondition prevails it will force me to change my network to ufone or zong. I hope you will pay heed to my request.
Not activating message package
I have message three times in a row for activating a weekly message package but there is no confitmation message that weekly message package has been activated or not. They replied with on saturday 24th of november "Dear Customer! Your request to subscribe to Glow Weekly SMS Bundle cannot be processed at the moment." What after a moment? Its been 4 days after that message uptil now no confirmation message has been received. Really disappointed it happen first time that your network taking to much time to activate a package. Hope so that this matter resolve soon. !

International roaming in oman

I'm warid user and can't activate my sim here in oman. I checked on your website i've read it will automatically activate once you are in the country. local service providers are oman tell or nawaras. but now i'm facing too much issue. I don't have any service here.
Last option i'm thinking is I'll change my network. ufone is working here. is it the final option for me? if there is any and you can clear it online then please let me know.

4g lte and 4g/3g signal issue
Salam, i am using warid since long time, but not using for mobile data, around 3 month ago i start using mobile data for my office hours. In start few days it was ok...but after this i found that my mob not browsing even the signal br shows warid LTE4g, it actually not my issue my other office staff and my customer also facing the same issue, its look like that there is some blocker or some jammer there, because some time it works but very next min. It again start loading but no browsing. And this happen only in my office, area is muslim town mor, ferozpur road lahore. I am working in BAHL. And also i got informed from some other people that this is the issue in all area sorrounding me.
Extra cutting of charges
I have top up my balance with rs 600 adding to my previous balance of rs 26. Which makes rs 626. I have got weekly offer by dialling *700# whose cost is rs 130. While my account has been debuted by rs 260. I have been using this package since last one year. I have come to know your fraud/ system fault today. please investigate and respond otherwise I have the right to knock the door of court.
Monthly package
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have set a monthly package through Own Package selection code*303# .
On total use of off net minutes. I called to 321 for again activating off net minutes only.
Miss Irum asked me to put nothing in on net, data amd SMS options and put value in off net option to avail previous and current minutes.
I did but the process was not proceeded.
I called again. Some one lady on 0321 asked me to put zero in on net and other options that i do not want and punch value in offnet minutes catagory that i required, on asuring that prevoius package minutes of on net and data will remain in account.
I did. As a result my previous on net 850 minutes and 1 GB data has vanished.
I called again on 0321 Miss Neelum asked me that minutes and data that was lost will be provided shortly.

Free minutes
AoA.
I got new samsung galaxy note 8 and with that gpt the offer of free GB internet. I changed my sim from warid to Jazz 4g. and by dialing *551# I got free minutes and sms.
But now since a week I am unable to call on any interwork including jazz/warid. and The operator keep saying that I got have enough balance despite of fhe fact that I daily get sms from ur service that I have recieved free minutes.
I registerd complaint earlier as well as no one is recieving call on 100. Kindly do take a notice on it.
Insufficient balance

I am using your network more than 8 years approx. now a days i am subscribing to Monthly Super Duper offer i have warid & jazz 3257 minutes, 2622 sms and 5949MB 94 other Network expire date 23.10.2018. recording is showing that i have insufficient balance when i call at any JAZ / Warid number, but it is working fine at other network.

Highly pathetic customer service.
Called around 10 times at 111 and logged my complaint. Every time the customer service agent gave different direction for the resolution of complaint. After 4th or 5th call, I insisted on talking to customer care supervisor. I was told that the supervisor will call back in 30 minutes. However, I was not called at all. After 3 hours, I called again at 111 and requested them to get me thru to supervisor. Again the same script was relayed to me that the supervisor will call me back. But again no one called me back after the passage of 5 hours. I was also committed that for the resolution of my technical issue, some one from the technical team will call me with in 2 hours. Despite passage of 5 hours, no one from the technical team also called me. The most worst thing is that when I tried again calling 111, the IVR told me that i can call only 5 times in a day at 111 and 10 times in a week. This restriction is despite the fact that for every 111 call, I am paying 0.60PKR and 1.80 PKR for talking to customer service agent. This might be the first company in world who has restricted its customer to reach out to customer care for problem resolutions.

I complained at your help line and a lady replied we can't do anything you just block his number.This is not the way to handle your customers. called several times to MOAZZAM, ALI SARFARAZ, FAHAD just for the complain of emergency load but no cooperative response. disconnected my call everytime intentionally from their end and i got no call back. several complaints have been forwarded about these [censored]s but all in vain. i need a call back from AM or Manager. otherwise Im gonna [censored] you all. Package issue

I am using your network more than 10 years approx. now a days i am subscribing to Karachi offer which offer 2000 minutes, sms and mbs. my i subscribe this offer afterwards when i call any jazz/warid number ammount is deducted from my account now my balance is zero . my package is still showing 1900 minutes available but i am unable to make any call on jazz/warid number. I lost my alot of balance due to this ridicolous package . I am facing this issue for the third time .Can you help me in this regard?
