Hi,
I am resident of Karachi, Muhammad Ali Cooperative Housing Society, we are facing a sever issue of voice breaking and it may be due to signal coverage.
Can someone please visit as there are no signal blocker near our area, we might need to get a signal booster in our area, for which you can send some of your technical person to pay a visit and resolve the issue.

Today i have call thee time on 321 help line and every representative tell me a new story about how to convert postpaid sim int prepaid.
I would like to ask that whether every person has it on knowledge and is company allow them to miss guide the customer. further i talk to supervisor MR Ahmed he also hung up the phone without telling any information.
My concern is that i want to adjust my security deposit which is 3000/- with my postpaid bill and request to convert my number in to prepaid. my details are as follow

We are very pleased with the Jazz signal in our area.
The use of continuous jazz service for a period of 5 months is facing a lot of difficulty
Jazz tower closes completely when the WAPDA light is closed and the single supply is completely disconnected.
Therefore the situation of the area should be corrected.

lte service is not working
My number is [protected] I activate the package of Lte worth Rs:500/= . But unfortunately it is not working only 3g is working in it . As i input the other warid sim in my mobile and as well in my device it gives me the Lte service very properly which meant that Lte is in my coverage area . So why it is not working in my this number : [protected] . I was hoping to continue this package in the next month too but i am really facing a bad experience !
warid information message and deduction of balance
Dear Warid/Jazz team,
As you know i am your regular customer, i am using warid network since 2014 and there was no problem but after the merger with jazz, i am facing issues in information messages on packages and balance deductions, i have activated 7 day package i received a message that i have used 95% data yesterday but i thought there will be a message on completion of 100% data usage and charges on further data usage but i received no message from you on completion of 100% data and i used it as regular package, in my account Rs. 550 but within a single day it reduced to Rs. 4 on using whatsapp, i received no deduction message.
I have called customer services but there is no response from your side, now i am going to change my network, very disappointed, you have to facilitates you regular customers but disappointed.
Kindly tell us how can you facilitates your customers like this.

Dear Sir,
1. I landed in Dubai on November 20. Received welcome message from DU. Found deduction of huge amount within hours. As a result removed my WARID sim.
2. I received only two calls in Dubai. First from a Warid number from Lahore [protected] at 13:38 (call duration two minutes twenty nine seconds). Second from an Etisalat number in UAE ([protected]) (call duration one minute two seconds). No call made by me. I was charged an amount of Pakistani Rupees. 1128.25=(616.38+428.17+84) for call from Pakistan and Pakistani Rupees 752.27=(410.92+285.35+56) for call from UAE. Extra charges per minute from roaming rate of DU.
3. I registered complaint with my service provider in Pakistan (Warid Telecoms) who informed me that extra deduction is from DU. Hence I am complaining you. You are requested to reimburse extra deduction as credit to my prepaid balance.

I am a warid customer, i've lost my sim card and called warid customer service to block it as a security measure so that nobody else can use it. But i was shocked to know that warid has transferred my SIM card ownership to someone else! and they were denying to block the sim saying "it's not in your name". It was really frustrating to know! Mobilink service is disgusting! I have lost my mobile somewhere and sim of jazz now i m going for the duplicate sim they said me in a rude that this sim is not on ur name his owner is another person>>i have also put information and cancelled all the sims related to my number last year and they said everything is ok! fake billing
I am sorry for bothering you because there is no one in the complete Warid company who could reply and solve my grievance, I know you don’t have much time to read complete details I will tabulate following few points to your kind notice:-
(Proof of emails attached)
a. I am Warid customer for the last about 7 years
b. My bill has never exceeded Rs. 2000/-
c. I have subscribed to Zoom unlimited and GPRS unlimited
d. I am being continuously charged for these services as a normal number (Who has not subscribed these services).
e. I am being over charged since February 2013, details of online bill screen shots appended below.
f. I have not received any bill after Jan 2013.
g. I have deposited approx Rs 9300/- in just 20-25 days i.e. 14 Feb to 1 March 2013 on the request of your customer service.
h. As per Floor Supervisor Nida my bill for last two months was Rs. 1800/- and 2800/- (exaggerated) & I have deposited Rs 9300/- still I am receiving messages of over limit and my phone is blocked.
i. Mr. Siddiq called me and acknowledged excess billing due to software update and promise to relapse soon with elucidation, but never called back its over 6 days now.
j. Mr. Farhan aziz floor supervisor was approached day before yesterday let’s see what happens.
k. NO one replied for my emails instead deleted the mails without reading proofs appended below with names of individuals.
l. I have deposited security of Rs 2500/- whereas system showing sometimes Rs 500/- sometimes Rs 1500/- which is wrong.
m. Latest ebill appended below again shows charges of SMS.
n. FOR GOD SAKE can you help me out or should I change my carrier as other people are doing?
o. No wattage is given to the customer, no response just botheration
p. I have even written to CEO of warid a no of times even the CEO is not bothered to reply
I will be personally grateful if can help me out, as accepted by all the staff of Warid that this problem is due to software up gradation then why are you penalizing the customers for it, every day after going to office I have to call help line and have to narrate complete problem and then beg for the restoration of my number.

Hi, I am one of Chartered management accountancy student in Lahore. I am user of Jazz since 1997 and have golden number which is [protected]. Since this year july 2010 my number was transfered without my permission to another person on the mobilink system and my sim was blocked. Due to this i was very upset, and went to mobilink office lahore in gulberg. Their customer service manager said it is nomal routine case for us. I was surprised it was corruption case it was the matter of security of my data. But he said we shall activate your number with your name and issued me new sim. I am still having original simcard. He said they will send complain to their executives about who did this on system. But after 4 months it happens again. My new simcard again blocked and i am assuming it is same story.
Some one could help me where should i go and what should i do. Their customer service team in Lahore is not offering good service in this regard. I am very upset please help me.
