I'm complaining about one of your host she is on now Father's day June 19 ,2022 all she does is rambling on an on never let Sharon get a word in edgewise by the way the time is eastern 3.35 pm you may think this is OK for her but she seems to want to still the show I really think it is tacky for her to not let Sharon speak hope you can see my point
Problem with billing
I ordered a pair of earring and they were supposed to take payments but didn't. I cancelled them and they said I wo0uld have the money back in24 to 48 hrs. I nebver got the earrings or the money 9in my account. The number is [protected]. Hoop earrings. I want my money in my account. This is not right! I have been dealing with JTV for many years and never had a problem.

Hosts
It is very upsetting that JTV hosts order whatever they want while presenting the jewelry. They even announce it in television and you can see them on their phones. Most of the hosts are "okay", but there are those few that irritate me and I have to stop watching. Jennifer rambles on about nothing and is constantly name dropping. She has to say the male presenters name at the beginning and sometimes at the end of her sentences. Kristen has an irritating high pitch voice that is difficult to listen to. Dawn can't complete a full sentence, Nikki is always "under the weather" or off. Melissa giggles like a hyena constantly and lies on the desk. I have no idea where Sharon is as she is always staring at the camera. I know that their jobs are difficult and I certainly would not want their job.

I adore pearls. Could not wait for the PWP show to air but after 8 years or so of listening to the same stories and the same "stuttering" for lack of a better word, I had to stop. If there was one show that the mention of Mikimoto, probably misspelled, was left out I didn't see it. I still love pearls but can't tolerate the repetitiveness or the constant fitting his story to match the mood. Maybe he could get new stories?
Champagne and diamond ring
The most I myself have ever paid for a ring. It's a champagne and diamond ring that I bought in Oct 2020. Two diamonds fell out, I have the extra coverage. Anyway I called a month ago to get an envelope and label to send it back to get it repaired. The lady in customer service was very nice and said it would be sent would take 5-7 days. Never received the envelope and it took almost 2wks. Now I'm skeptical to send it back. She told me to get it repaired would take like 5 days. This ring cost me almost 1000.00 that might not be a big thing but to me it is. This not the first time I've had problems with your jewelry. Even tho I love my ring I'm wondering if I should have my money back. I'm very disappointed with JTV the workmanship isn't that great. What do I do if the diamonds fall out again. Seriously thinking about not buying from JTV again .

Return on a product
Returned a ring to JTV using the enclosed return label provided. After a month I called to inquire as to why it had not been credited and was told it had not been received but since Covid hit it could be in the return warehouse. So far it is 6 month later and I am now receiving threatening letters that my credit will be affected if I do not pay 600 for a ring I returned. Spoke with several people and no resolution.

A couple od days ago I watched jtv and saw one those fake hosts. Peddle a clack stone.. With tiny bittsy pieces of different colors,. She said this black opal from the honduras.. Ops hold it right there. There is no such thing. As black opal from hunduras. That country is so poor the never never have anything to mine. No gemstones or anything ever is mined from the hoduras. And here jtv comes up with a fake stone lie that? I know gemstones I can say. Better then the ones who claim the know about gemstones. Anyhow. I got in contact with jtv. About that fake clack opal from the hoduras. At once it was taken of. If anyone had purchased that fake stone. Can sue jtv. And here the trues about the diamonds, jtv peddles. At times those swindling hosts man and woman on jtv. Will peddle them as brilliant diamonds... Here is the trues about those diamonds jyv is hiding the trues about.. // scap.. Tiny bits and pieces. Dust. Left over from diamond cutters, throw away trash. What has been used.. Only to put on nail files.. There is no value.. No worth... That scrap is just for throw away... So what the did... The took the scrap. And mixed it with resin. A plastic. For the scrap to hold together.. And then can be cut in to small carar sizes and small baugets.. And set in jewelry. And peddled at the jewelry shows. Set in sterling and gold and sold... As give away prizes. The stones are wothless. And have no value. The can not even be appraised.. The only can that that scrap as estimated retail. When you take a loop and see through it. It is gray as night. With flaws over flaws. Throuought.. No flashing of color. Nothing.. The light bounces of the top. The are dull and dead scrap piecs mixed with resin. And plastic.. And have to be glued in. The customers will not be told about these fake stones. Do not.. Do not. Purchase s those scrap diamonds mixed with plasic the are throw away trash, the are not diamonds anymore. Those scraps are where the plastic is holding these diamond scraps together.. The customer gets scammed and ripped of. For thousandsc of dollars with these fake stones. Not knowing what the just threw there monew out for.. Beware of other shopping channels who peddle jewelry. The peddle the same trash... Stay away from those fake diamonds. There is noone who will tell the trues about that stone. The customers are buying blind and getting ripped of.. And scammed. With worthless trash... Trusting those crooks. I have stopped jtv before.. For some stones. The where fake. Jtv those hosts and the peddler sold for real gemstones. One crook ronny molloy from england about 2 years ago. Tried to peddle a green stone. For a new found rare gemstone. The host swindled right along side with him. Whe I saw that stone. I knew at once what kind of stone it was. And got in contact with jtv. That crook tried to peddle an emerald with the worst color of dull green.. As a real newly found gemstone.. He never showed up again.. There is a lot more.. Stay away from those fake diamonds.. You will get ripped of 100% guaranteed,

jtv is a rip off
I have bought several pieces from JTV. I've been happy with everything, except the jewelry doesn't really last, but it's relatively inexpensive. Recently, I wanted to replace a beautiful ring as the stones had fallen out. I had to buy a larger size, but when I received it, it was far too big. I immediately wrapped it all up, put in the package and sent it off. Later I got the ring back and a letter saying that they had received only part of the ring, which wasn't true. They obviously in receiving the ring back misplaced part of the ring. I sent the ring back a second time with a letter asking them to not charge me and keep this ring. Today, I received a letter saying that if I didn't pay the balance on the ring that they were going to send the amount due to a collection agency. I called and tried to explain that they didn't even send the ring back. They were wanting me to pay for a ring I no longer had. They didn't care one bit. I paid for a ring I don't even have because I don't want it to show up on my credit report. They are thieves and heartless with no customer service. I will never, ever buy anything from JTV again.
I recently took a stash of my blue sapphire AND London blue topaz
rings both mens and ladies. They brought nothing at a fine auction house here. Also sterling flat necklaces that sell high on JTV. Memo at the bottom stated. NOT PROVEN TO BE REAL SAPPHIRE OR LONDON BLUE TOPAZ.
1.90ct moissanite fire platineve ring
This Platineve setting to hold a 1.90ct Moissanite is not durable. The stone fell
out after only wearing the ring about 4 times. It is defective! I wanted my money back but this happened after the 30 day return policy. They only would replace the stone at no charge once. Very dissatisfied with this defective ring and will never order from them again!

i ordered a neckless which was sent to me 06/02/18 then i made a payment that was credited to my then acct number [protected]. it was credited for63.98 as well they credited the acct for119.99 which was on original invoice for pacage subtotal then jtv switched accts to synchroney with a new account nuimber of5046622103347066 thats when they zeroed the acct not giving me any cash back i never got credit or any cash back i contacted both comenity and synchroney banks about this several times they just keep me in a calling loop. well finally they are suppose to be checking all this out and im still not getting any feed back except yesterdaay in the mail dated 08/29/18 but yesterday was september the 15th at any rate they said from synchrony that they are reviewing this acct out bare in mind the two accts mentioned are for the same product that was returned here are two referances they had on 8/24/18 wasf951900j8000cb184 for a credit bal refund timonium md i never got any check or credit the last referance is for customer id 4837755 for a refund and i did not get a refund and i called both banks and one guy or gal would say check was sent and then canciled and new issued but none was recieved by me so all this is what im contacting you about i have all this and would rather you handle but i dont want to turn over to my lawyer but i need your cooperation . im trying to do this right but i need my money back jtv has the neckless i need my money back not in credit but for the 63.98 i payed way back that was posted 6/11/18
poor quality and terrible customer service
I purchased a ring for my wife she didn't have it a month before the Stones started falling out. I sent it in to be repaired and now a couple of months later the Stones are falling out again. jtv wants me to pay one third of what I paid for the ring to repair again. I should not be penalized for jewelers piss poor craftsmanship. I am going to make jtv my personal cause because I have spent a lot of money with jtv and I deserve to be treated with respect. What ever happened to the customer is always right

it thought this was a good deal; wish I never purchased. All I wanted was a set of earrings for my grand daughter. I am currently paying for something I never received. jtv is blaming post office but post office claims they never received item despite tracking. Regardless I am stuck in limbo paying. I have completed the complaint form the requested both with post office and jtv. Funny despite delay in receiving they were prompt in debting my credit card
late shipping
Ordered an item on 4/9 that I needed to wear to a funeral service on 4/21. Didn't receive a shipping notification until 4/17, and it wasn't shipped until 4/18. Why did it take so long to stick a label on the damn thing and mail it?! Bad customer service!
Please explain to me why it took so long, and what I should have done to make the shipping process more efficient.
The item will not arrive by the time I need it, even though it was ordered way in advance. Shows me that you really don't care about customer service, the only thing you care about is THE MONEY! Sad.

My valentines present was lost in the mail. According to UPS you often post electronic shipping notifications that are not attached to a physical package. UPS also said JTV also often claims to mail packages and never does. We either want the item or the money back, but you refuse to produce either one. My family orders several times a year and it's always a headache. This is going to be the last straw. Jtv contracts with UPS to be the exclusive provider with exchange that UPS carry the insurance on all the packages. this way JTV isn't paying the insurance premium or having to be responsible for lost packages. UPS will be paying us back not JTV and they may have never even sent the package. so it sounds like JTV got paid for the necklace from us. kept the necklace and blamed it on the shipping so UPS takes the insurance and never get investigated because its less than $100 bucks. You suck!

My name is Gladys Meler customer id 1778920. I called to order a ring and the man that took my information said the card was denied. So I said good by and checked my bank and I had money to cover the ring so I called back and ordered the ring and it went through. My complaint is I was not told they would run it through again so now I have 2 rings. I also was told I would get a full refund, Now you are going to charge me 6.99 out of my refund. This is very misleading I was never told about any charges the host said free shipping and handling and I could return the item for a Full refund and I could use the return label for free shipping. I am returning both rings one was sent to me without my consent and the other I did not like it was too top heavy and would move to the side on my finger. I should not be charged anything for my return and this was never mentioned by the customer service or said by the host on tv. Do not charge me the 6.99 on any of my refunds. I am concern now about ordering anything more for JTV. I will be sending back both rings Monday Nove. 20, 2017.

I purchased a Bella Luce ring in March 2023. Two of the stones have already fallen out!
I called customer service and because I did not purchase insurance they did nothing!
I am 69 years old and did nothing to cause the stones to fall out! I didn't even wear it every day! The quality of their jewelry is evidently not what they claim it to be or they would not EXPECT every customer to purchase insurance! Why would we need to?
I do not recommend purchasing jewelry from them if this is how they respond to customers!
I am saddened by this and feel it was just a waist of my money

I am a loyal customer. I’ve bought 5 or 6 rings and paid every one of them off. I attempted to order two rings on clearance early this week. I didn’t receive an email or phone call. I did see the charge pending on my credit card. I thought maybe there was an email issue. I logged onto my account. It did not show my order. I waited a day or so and I called. I spoke to a rather rude woman who attempted to “bill dog” her way through the conversation by interrupting me. My house mates son had placed an order well over a year ago and did not pay his bill. The ONLY thing we have in common is the address. He has his own JTV account and used his own means of payment. I placed my last accepted order after this young man “skipped out” on his bill. Even though my name is not the same. I am not married or related to this young man or his father and I have had my account before either of them had one .. my account is LOCKED until this person pays their bill. This cannot be legal. They’re simply saying that until his $600/700 bill is paid that I cannot order anything. The things I’ve ordered were for women. Myself and my daughter. There’s no financial or familial link with this young man. Guilty by association? It cannot be legal. Not when I paid my things properly. I’m not done fighting and I’m sure as hell not paying someone else’s bill. Would they like to pay for me to move?

I bought a sterling sliver rope chain from jtv. It turned black and stained my skin green. The rhodium rubbed right off. I called customer service and i was told if you wear it while in water or with perfume the rhodium wears off. Well I take my jewelry off before showering and I do not wear perfume. Because i bought a set of three chains customer service said I should be fine because i have 2 extra chains. I sent back the chains anyway and never got my refund or payment stop on stretch pay. After a month of fighting with customer service I got a package in the mail. They sent back exactly what I sent them with an invoice stating that my items were checked and no defects were found! I am now working with my credit card company for fraud. I had 3 purchases made with that credit card during that month i did not authorize. It totalled over 400 dollars. It was a new credit card and the only time I used it was with jtv on that chain purchase. I finally got all my money back after my credit card company went and filed a police report.
Never trust jtv. I have read stories much worse than mine on the BBB website. Putting complaints here won't help if tour looking for resolution. The Better Business Bureau will actually help you work against it to resolve tour problem. ☺

I placed this order (Order # [protected]) with the knowledge that the item was IN STOCK... I paid the extra money to have the item OVERNIGHTED so that I would not have to worry all week about it being on time. A couple days later when I checked the order status I was FURIOUS, the estimated delivery was 05/19/17... I placed the order 05/08/17 & PAID OVERNIGHT FEES how the hell does overnight = 10/11 days? So when I FINALLY got a hold of someone in customer service (through chat because apparently the phone lines are experiencing issues) they told me that "just because it says IN STOCK online online doesn’t mean we have it here, we sometimes have to get it from another warehouse & then we ship it out to you" WHAT? No where did it say that when I was placing my order that it was gonna take almost 2 weeks to get an OVERNIGHT order! Needless to say I was NOT happy about this, it is now the 2nd time JTV has screwed me over on an order & after the first time I told myself I would NOT do it again, but this was for a Mother's Day gift, something my mother really wanted so I gave it one more shot & you STILL BLEW IT! I will NEVER EVER order from this worthless company again & will tell anyone & everyone I know to NEVER order from here.

I had ordered a ring from JTV and when I received it, it was the wrong size.
Even though I waited too long to return it, the customer service people were so rude to me, I got transferred numerous times and they tried to make me look stupid as if to say I must have ordered it from some other place. I still had the ticket number which had some letters in it, I read the number so many times to different customer service agents and they still insisted that it wasn't their ring. So I went on my JTV account online and looked it up, sure enough the ring was there. I called again, got the same run around until finally a female customer service agent found when I had ordered it and it was past the 30 day return policy. I was a little disappointed about that but I don't like the way they treated me. Please be careful when dealing with this company.
