Jill's Steals and Deals Multitasker master of all Bluetooth keyboard

Order # 1376738. November 20, 2020. Order received on December 22, 2020.
I have an iPad Air. When the iPad is placed in its' designated area on the keyboard, it topples over. The keyboard does not support the I pad. This makes it impossible to use as intended.
I am very disappointed that i spent thirty five dollars on a product and will not be able to use it.
I did not know that it was non returnable until I received a confirmation of the order.
Thank you.

Desired outcome: An option to return this product would be great . A refund would also be nice.

Jill's Steals and Deals 35 eye shadow pallete

I ordered 2 of the Bella Pierre 35 eye shadow palettes and have yet to receive my order. They took my money from Pay Pal and it has posted to my account that the money is gone but still no eye shadow on December 23rd. I contacted the company and they gave me a phone number and an email to contact. The phone number doesn't work and I have sent two emails but have gotten no response. I feel ripped off and unsatisfied with how this handled. NEVER AGAIN! Beware of this scam.

Desired outcome: I want the eye shadow palettes because they were gifts!

Jill's Steals and Deals Jennifer Miller Jewlery

I received the Yellow Gold Star and Moon charm Necklace. I went to put it on for the first time and clasp broke. Unable to secure the necklace.
I live in NYC and I am aware of the quality of Jennifer Miller Jewelry and what I received is not that! I took a chance and ordered from the TODAY show for the first and last time. I knew something was wrong when it arrived - as it was in these cheap white boxes. The jewelry is nothing like you would sell at your store on Lexington Avenue.
I am requesting a refund. You should be ashamed of the merchandise you are pushing as it is cheap and poor quality. I would not associate my name or brand with the what I received and could buy the same if not better at local shop.

Very disappointing.

Jill's Steals and Deals Plush bathrobe

The robes that were described on the TV is not what arrived! Advertised a plush spa robes, but the outside of robe is a winter coat fabric and the inside is cheap terrycloth. Apparently there is a no return policy, which they don't say on TV and now I'm out $150 for purchasing 2 robes.

These deals are a scam and should be removed from the TV programs.

Jill's Steals and Deals Cutter and buck jacket

It is a complete scam! I ordered a jacket from steals and deals was charged the day I ordered it which was Dec 2, with a Thank you for your order. I never received another email with order status or with shipping details. I haven't received the merchandise or any word back from the company as to when it would be arriving. NBC should be embarrassed. It is so disappointing that a major network would promote this fraud on their morning show. They immediately charged my account but never delivered the product.

Jill's Steals and Deals Gabba goods earbuds

I ordered 8 sets as Christmas Gifts on November 30th. I received a confirmation of my order but no tracking number. My order number is Order #1474309 and I paid $183.58 via PayPal.

On December 14th I contacted Gabba Goods and Sara wrote back that her team was working "tirelessly" but that COVID-19 had put a kink in the shipping and I should receive my goods in 2-3 weeks (from today) and she kindly reminded me there are no refunds of ANY kind. Like a lot of the people lodging complaints here you do not know there are no refunds until after you have paid and there should be some recourse if greedy vendors advertise but do not have the stock and / or infrastructure to handle the orders. But they do collect their dough. I am a bit disgusted. Thank you for your help.

I ordered two sets of ear buds with the same promotion. The company immediately charged my credit card. But I've never gotten any order confirmation from the company. I've checked my spam folder, and there is nothing. As far as I'm concerned, it's theft. I'm disputing the charge through my credit card company. The Today Show disavows any responsibility, but I think they should do a better job vetting vendors. This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth about Jill's Steals and Deals. Steals is more like it.

Jill's Steals and Deals Alicia Adams alpaca blanket

My order shows as delivered and it was not delivered to me! I've contacted the customer support information for the supplier listed on the Today Show website and the phone number provided is out of order. I've contacted FedEx and they said that the shipper had to file a claim for the missing item. When I sent an email to the supplier (email on the Steals & Deals website), they first said that their procedure was to file a claim. When I asked for the claim number (per their procedure), they responded and said that they would not be filing a claim and "thanks for my understanding". I paid over $100 and I've received nothing. Total rip off!

Jill's Steals and Deals Xtreme time wireless earbuds

I ordered 2 sets of these for my husband and I, ref Order #1340884. These don't work well at all. We are using an iphone 6 and iphone 11, latest software, fully charged. With the phone in my pocket or on my desk in front of me, the earbuds constantly cut out. The left bud constantly falls out of my ear and when I touch it to push it back in, it turns them off. The packaging says they are anti slip rubberized, they are not anti slip. I would like to return both pairs for a refund please

Jill's Steals and Deals Coffee maker

On November 25th I placed an order for the coffee makerand the order number is #LOSAD162229 was supposed to ship by November 30th I still have not received any information on it nor has it been shipped or delivered I searched Steals and Deals to find my order and it says no order is found they took the money out of my bank account I paid with it with my debit card I have records of it can you please help

Jill's Steals and Deals Stuhrling watches

I should know better by now. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I get it, but I was sucked in again. This time was by a watch from Stuhrling Watches. The site shows the watch retail to be $695 to $895. This is a lie. The watch I selected and bought is sold on Amazon for only $79. I paid $89. To top it off you can return it will at Amazon. This should be illegal. Also, once I checked for validity these watches are made in China they are not expensive watches that are selling for up to 90% off. This single item is only one example. Do your research before you click buy on a Steal and Deal offer. You cannot return it or cancel the order. Most items can be purchased cheaper somewhere else. I am trying to dispute the charge with my credit card, so we will see what happens. It has not yet shipped.

Jill's Steals and Deals Not receive product that was paid for!

I have a tracking number paid 85.00$ for kalorik air fryer. Cannot reach anyone. October 27th charge. Bank now looking into it.
Label made on Nov 5th according to FedEx, Fedex says usps needs to release info. Usps knows nothing of this transaction tracking number 9261292700812957533036
Spent all day researching online, trying to reach Today.com, JIll's Steals and Deals, calling FedEX and running around to post office and Fedex store and I will not recommend this site to my friends anymore

Jill's Steals and Deals Orders placed on 11/20/2020 - charged to our paypal, but we did not receive an email confirmation from steals & deals.

I cannot find a way to go back into today.com/deals and find my order. There should be a way to do that! My huband and I ordered multiple products on nov 20, 2020 and charged to paypal - account name ronnie norvell. We have the paypal invoice id and transaction id and can provide all that if needed. Can I please get another copy of the today.com/deals confirmation email sent to me at [protected]@yahoo.com? What else can we do?

Jill's Steals and Deals All products

I have been a decades long viewer of the today show and steals and deals since it started. As a resident of Hawaii we have been continually excluded from the deals, but your advertisers are happy to be beamed into our homes. I have submitted complaints to many of the hosts of the today show and to jill but with no response. I used to just chalk it up to the network and the vendors not wanting to spend a couple extra dollars on the shipping. But this decade, and particularly since covid there is no difference in shipping and most companies have offered free or very reduced shipping to Hawaii.

Now i'm tired of the discrimination, and having my complaints ignored. I watch today every day as I get ready for work or now enjoy my coffee from my home office. We are not all here in Hawaii on vacation. Our unemployment is the highest in the nation, and still we hope for a "deal".

Please let me know that you read this. I even tried FB and never received a reply.

Hello, when an item is not received it is near impossible to locate the supplier to get a refund/replacement. The order details do not include any contact information and to try and find again on the NBC web site you have to know the show date from which you ordered. This was over 2 months ago so no way to remember what show it was on.

Jill's Steals and Deals Xtreme time earbuds sold today's deals 10/22/2020

You don't find out there are no refunds, exchanges or returns until you pay for the item. I bought these earbuds for my teenage daughter. Not only will they not fit your your ears, they are horribly loud even on the phone's lowest volume setting. Useless and now we have to throw them away. What a waste of money. I will never buy from Steals and Deals again because they just steal your money.

I made the same mistake, bought two pair for my husband and I - they are terrible! They don't fit in my ears properly either, fall out constantly, cut off constantly, if you touch them at all they turn off - terrible. Did you ever hear anything back from them about a refund?

I like my ear buds, but, my husbands charging holder doesn't work.
thought another of my friends who got these just had too small ears, guess not!
Having a problem with a new order, charged in october, still no merchandise!

Jill's Steals and Deals Instyler 7x smart dryer (order #1210288)

I Purchased the Instyler on 10/15/2020 after seeing it on NBC Jill's steal and Deals. I received it last week and start having problems from te first day.
When I try to turn it on some times it takes 3 or 4 times before it comes on.
And starting yesterday while I was drying my hair it stopped working, even though all the lights were on. I had to shake it so it will come back on. It happened three times. I believe this product is damaged and would like my money back or at least get a new undamaged one.
I have emailed the company directly twice and have not heard back from them.
I am really upset about their lack of response and would like someone to get back to me.

Jill's Steals and Deals Smart watch & camera lenses

In August I ordered the 2 items. A smart watch and a set of camera lenses for an IPhone. The smart watch showed up and it was anything but smart. I don't know how you can represent it as such. The camera lenses never shipped. Actually, an email said it did but the tracking number when tracked said a label was created but it was never picked up. When I checked on it I had to go to the vendor directly as Steals and Deals passes the buck. The vendor said they had to check with the post office. A month later when I checked again they said it was delivered. Lesson don't buy from steals and deals. They take no responsibility, they sell crap, and don't care if you ever get items that you were charged for.

Jill's Steals and Deals Fitness watch sold in august 2020

I purchased a Fitness Watch in August 2020 from Jill's Steals & Deals recommendations. Watch didn't work, was the wrong color and shoddy material. I packaged it up and sent it back the day I received it asking for my money back and have heard nothing since. There is no place on the Deals web site to even complain or get any help in a situation. They want you to directly deal with the company that you can't get in touch with. Wasn't my first purchase from Deals but it will be my last.

Jill's Steals and Deals Smart watch with blood pressure and heart rate monitor

I ordered two of the smart watch with blood pressure and heart rate monitor, for my husband and i. I truly thought because I was ordering a product that was been promoted by the today show, that I was safe with the product that I was ordering. Boy was I wrong! I am very disappointed in the today show and the products that they are promoting to their viewers. I received the items and they are terrible! You can just tell by holding the product that it is very cheaply made! It has no instructions on how to use the product. I can't figure out how to change the time on the watch. The time doesn't even show unless I keep tapping the face of the watch. I cant get any of the functions that the watch offers to work. Here I was trying to buy a product that offered features that would help me and my husband that would help us improve our health... But it has done nothing but added to my stress level! A total waste of money! Then when I contacted the vendor regarding these issues, I was told that all sales are final! Basically my money was stolen! Very frustrated and very disappointed!
