Item arrived and were said to be dishwasher safe. After removing from the dishwasher the glasses were then foggy and no longer clear. This is after one dishwasher use. The dishwasher is brand new Bosch. I can no longer use the with any company. Totally disappointed in the product. I believe that on the air it was said they were dishwasher safe.

Sharper image uv light order
I ordered the sharper image UV TRAVEL LIGHT. and when I received the 79.00 dollar product it was not a Sharper Image product. It was not as described. It was suppose to be 10 inches long and was only 5 inches. It was from a China company with no brand name on the box. I wanted and expected the product I ordered and am not at all satisfied with this product. Unless this is resolved I will choose not to place orders with Jills Deals again .

ordered product# LOSAD46288 weeks ago haven't heard anything I tried to call Steals & deals several times but I was on hold almost 20 minutes each time with no one picking up. Then tried to email several times and no response. No other way to get in touch with company feels like they are just allowed to take my money. Earlier this morning I thought I purchased a pair of sunglasses on steals and deals. The item was added to my shopping cart. The site walked me thru the check out process. Asked for credit card information and 3 digit security code. Once jill got my personal information it pops up that item sold out. Now I have to be alert to jill shopping on other sites. Lessons learned the hard way.
Coach purse - what I received is nothing like what I purchased.
On April 28, 2020, I purchased three Coach purses online from Jill's Steals & Deals as a Mother's day present for my wife. Two of the purses arrived on Friday, May 8, 2020. They were Consistent with what i purchased. The third purse arrived on Monday, May 11, 2020. It was nothing like what was purchased. My wife was very disappointed, as was I.

blow dryer
I purchased a costly blow dryer from the Today Show's Jill's Steals and Deals segment of the show. I paid $60 for this item and it does not work. The blow dryer shuts off all the time for no reason while I'm blow drying my hair. This was a lot of money for me. In addition, I worry that it is a fire hazard as the item shouId not be operating in this manner. This item was purchased from Jill's Steals and Deals on the Today Show in Feb.2020. I would like a full refund.

I purchased these as Christmas presents for my grandchildren on 11/18/19 (order #655026-1). Though we did not celebrate our Christmas till (01/06/2020). When they tried to use them, they were defective. The Dino headphones were too quiet, while the unicorn headphones had a short in the cord. It was very disappointing as my family gathers from other states. Since then, my daughter has purchased other headphones for them as these Gabba Goods products were not the quality I expected.
I reached out to Gabba Goods to the support department, three times. Their response was that they were warrantied for 1 year and they stand behind their products. I asked if I could return them, but they said they couldn't because they were not purchased directly from Gabba Goods. They offered to exchange them for the same thing but the quality is questionable (as both were defective).
I have had no problem with the competitive network ABC Deals & Steals whenever I had a return or problem. Though with NBC Jill's Steals & Deals, they do not stand by their products and deals, by telling me I need to reach out to the manufacturer and the manufacturer does NOTHING but want me to exchange it for the same garbage product.
As someone who watches both networks, I have to say I will not only NOT watch or purchase from Jill's Steals & Deals, but will also not watch the Today Show any longer. You should stand by what you do.
I feel my money was TAKEN from me. I am disabled and did a lot of my Christmas shopping from TV. This was a big purchase for me and I am more than disappointed.

Ordered a Via Spega Winter coat from the Steals and Deals show in early November (I believe it was 11/7/19). When I arrived it was the wrong size. I contacted the company and was informed that the sale was Final! No returns and exchanges. This was not made clear to me at all when the purchase was made, only AFTER it was processed.
I am out $90 with a coat I cannot use. I am requesting a FULL refund of my purchase at this time

The deals you post aren't actually deals at all. All you have to do is search the product online and it is the same price or sometimes even less than it is on your TV Show. It's false advertising saying something goes for $800 and you are selling it for $79 when every other website that carries that product is also selling for $79...or less. Your show is fake and should be removed from the Today show. I love the Today show but Jills Steals and Deals is a scam.
Gabba Goods TruPro ear buds offered on December 2, 2019 was a bad investment. Can't get satisfaction from Gabba Goods because they say we did not purchase it through them and according to Today Shoe Jill's Steals and Deals they are not responsible (can't even reach them). BAD PRODUCT, BAD JILLS STEALS and DEAL - stuff does not work.
@ readivac handheld vacuum stick
I placed an order for 2 ReadiVacs ordered on July 25, 2019, order # 538233. I received an email from Today's Jill's Steals and Deals on saying that the Readi VAcs had been delivered but they had not been delivered. When I contacted Today they gave me the website of ReadiVac and told me to contact ReadiVac to handle the problem. I did contact ReadiVac and they sent me a FedEx proof of delivery on August 8, 2019. I did have a delivery from FedEx on August 8, 2019 but Readi Vacs were not part of that delivery. I have now contacted ReadiVac and FedEx 2 times again to say that no ReadiVacs have been received on August 8, 2019 or at any other time. ReadiVac responds every time that FedEx has proof of delivery and then Fed Ex emails me proof that they have tracked the items and they have been delivered --but they have not. I either want delivery of ReadiVacs or have the payment returned but I am getting no where with my request. HELP PLEASE.

I bought these from the Today Show thinking it would be fun to try. I know they are not top of the line but wanted to see if I would like them. I received the package from the show without any name or invoice to look at. When I opened it up I noticed that some of lens are missing. I wanted to call the company but had nothing to go on.
It is pretty sad that the Today show can't even make sure that the product comes how it was advertised. I basically can't use any lens. I normally have good results in the past but the quality of the products in the past year have been quite lacking and I feel this is a ripoff. I would like my money back and I will gladly send you back everything if you would include a return label.

everlast watch and fitness tracker
I purchased the Everlast watch and fitness tracker from Jill's "deals" on the Today Shoe. I was sent a USED watch and tracker. Both items have scratches on the face ... the packaging was already opened, the company didn't even try to conceal that it was used. What a scam. Shame on you Jill and Today Show. In your promotion speech you should be honest that you have no idea what the company will send... Jill and Today Show get money profit from all the deals sold and then they just walk away not caring about the quality of the product. They make us the consumer contact a third party (Everlast) to deal w the bad product.
Come on, a USED product was sent to me. That's just embarrassing for everyone involved.

Received shavers. Had ordered two. Opened one and had both teens use the so called fabulous shaving system. It was no better than the ones we have. Never saw "the sale is final". Had I have known, I would not have ordered anything. The other shaver box has not been touched. And I am stuck with it. Deceptive tactics: have to search website FAQ section to figure out. And this detail is included in all the fine print in some checkbox at end of purchase. Sneaky. Surprised Today show would be so deceptive. Disgusted! Dispute wit credit card is next.
smart phone lenses and selfie stick from vista shops not received
On May 1st I ordered the above item. Web site said it would ship in 1 to 2 weeks. I ordered this for a vacation we are taking, leaving tomorrow. I incorrectly assumed if it shipped in 1 to 2 weeks it would be here by now. On 5/9 it was sent to a DHL distribution center in Texas, arriving there 5/19. Arrived in the Sumner Wa distribution center on 5/24 and on 5/25 was tendered to the delivery service provider, I assume that means the USPS. Now I am getting a message saying my package experienced a delay while in transit and to allow 24-48 hours for delivery. This is the third item I have ordered and the third time it has taken much longer than it should to receive the product. It does me no good to receive this after I leave for vacation. I will never again order anything and will recommend to everyone I know that they do not either. I am fully aware that I cannot return this item so for me it was a waste of money, plus the fact that they charged my credit card on the day I ordered so they have had my money for 4 weeks and I still do not have my product.

Looks like a lot of people end up purchasing things from Jills Steals and Deals, are very dissatisfied and can do nothing about it. I am one of them. I ordered a Smart Wristband for $19.99 + shipping and handling, said it is normally $99 and since found the same thing at Walmart for $14.99. The directions make no sense, think it is from a foreign country but rewritten in English, the wording makes no sense. I can't get it to work and have had numerous people try as well to no avail. I feel if the Today Show backs Jills Steals and Deals someone should pay attention to all of these unhappy consumers and somehow give refunds! I basically threw away $25 for something I have no use for.
I ordered two of the smart watch with blood pressure and heart rate monitor, for my husband and i. I truly thought because I was ordering a product that was been promoted by the today show, that I was safe with the product that I was ordering. boy was I wrong! I am very disappointed in the today show and the products that they are promoting to their viewers. I received the items and they are terrible! you can just tell by holding the product that it is very cheaply made! it has no instructions on how to use the product. I can't figure out how to change the time on the watch. the time doesn't even show unless I keep tapping the face of the watch. I cant get any of the functions that the watch offers to work. here I was trying to buy a product that offered features that would help me and my husband that would help us improve our health... but it has done nothing but added to my stress level! a total waste of money! then when I contacted the vendor regarding these issues, I was told that all sales are final! basically my money was stolen! very frustrated and very disappointed!

The email they list is for tech support and they sent me an email address but it keeps coming back undeliverable. What's a person suppose to do?

Lefun Watch ordered after promo on NBC Today Jill's Steals and Deals does not work. Lefun watch website no longer active. App keeps stopping. Watch does not keep time or do anything as advertised. alpaca blankets and milla handbag
I ordered 3 of the alpaca blankets in Dec. and a milla handbag, nothing came quickly, but when it arrived nothing was really what it was as advertised. The wonderful 300 or 400 $ blankets as a deal were $80 and supposed to be alpaca. They were 52% alpaca and wool. That is not a 3 or 400 $ blanket. that's an $80 blanket. Certainly not a steal.
