My husband bought cash for me a Sansui fridge and a defy freezer. In December 2019 the Sansui fridge started giving problem and stopped cooling, I then went to report the matter to Mrs. Magwa the sales lady who sold the stuff to my husband and in turn she took the query to the office manager. The manager wanted to know if I still got the slips and I told her that we don't have them as it's been a year since we bought the goods. They checked for the records on their system but there were none. The manager requested my husband's cellphone numbers and mine and I gave them all the cellphone numbers we're using at home. They only find the records of the Lenovo laptop worth 6999.99 and I bought it for my daughter which came out with a Lenovo tablet and was even wrongly recorded as if I bought a computer worth 6000.00
They kept on checking on the records of the fridge and freezer my husband bought with no luck as we sold stolen goods from the shop, the only records they saw on my husbands name is a kitchen unit and some other furnishers with a seliveey address of Cookhouse of which we dont know about. I even asked the manager how come there are some records of other people's goods on my husband's name but there's nothing on what my husband bought for our home but the manager couldn't answer that. The sales lady then told me to come in January 2020 as the companies has already closed so there's nothing they can do and she asked me what my new plans are since it is December and my fridge is not working, and I told her that I dont have any plans I just need my fridge to be fixed and she said I must come back in January and given me her word that by January she will find the records of the sales.
My husband went baxk to the shop on the 26 January 2020 and the manager again demanded those slips, my husband told her that we dont have them anymore and they told my husband that there's nothing they can do.
I then went back to the shop yesterday (28/1/2020) and went straight to the office manager as I saw that Mrs. Magwa the sales lady's face didn't look well when I entered the shop. I told the manager that I came for my fridge and again she demanded the slips with an attitude telling me that my husband did come to her and she told him that they cannot help us without the slip as they cannot find our records on the computer, I also lost all my respect for her asking her if she keeps old slips in her house a d she responded "NO" SO I asked her how does she expect me to keep old slips in my house if she doesn't keep them in her house, telling her that the computers are made to keep records of all purchases so how come there's no records on the computer reminding her that some of my food stuff got rotten due to this fridge and she spoke softly saying that I must give her some time till tomorrow (29/1/2020), so that they can check thoroughly.
Today (29/1/2020) I went back to the manager at Rusells again to hear on the progress of this matter she asked me the very same question of whether I still got the slips of the purchase and then I really became very angry telling her that I'm realky tired of repeating one thing over and over again. She didn't take me seriously and kept on movingbaround the shop and I went after her asjing what she is saying about my fridge or does she wabt me to take them to my lawyers, with a bad attitude she told me that I can go to my lawyers saying that they cannot find my records and now that she cannot do anything because their system was off, and asked me if there is another number that we used when mybhusband did the purchase abd I told her that I have already given her all 2 numbers my husband is using bt she didn't find our records on the system .
Can you please assist me with this regards before I take Russeslls to my lawyer and to the NEWS PAPER.
I hope my complaint will be taken into consideration.
Yours try,
