I have submitted my order thru Temu for a 18kPa 600W Portable Handheld vacuum cleaner last Dec. 12, 2024. The package arrived at destination port on December 27, 2024. It has been pick-up by courier last Jan. 10, 2025 and was out for delivery last Jan. 11. The rider was Judy Ann Esbieto and was calling on a Sunday for delivery. As per attached photo of conversation, i requested to be delivered on a weekday because the receiving address is an office address. I have requested to deliver on Tuesday, Jan. 14 because Monday, Jan 13 was holiday in Pasay. The rider REFUSED to deliver on my request.

Reach out to J&T Express’s customer service and provide them with your tracking number, the rider’s conversation proof, and particulars of the delivery. Express the need for them to redeliver the package on a date and to a place of your choosing, making a note of the instructions that they had failed to follow during the first attempt. If the rider is uncooperative, let their management know. In the same breath, let Temu as well know so that they can assist in resolving the issue. Keep all correspondence as proof of the case.
