Poor courier service
Handing my parcel on 3rd of April. and then when i tracked the parcel, it was heading to the wrong location. I called J&T and they said the postcode was wrong and they will corrected it. But untill now my parcel still heading at the wrong location and going back and fourth to the same transit center and drop point for almost a month!
Their call center now is basically useless as none of my call can reach them. Can someone please assist me on this.
Desired outcome: I had enough. The easiest way is just return back my parcel. Thats it.

The parcel sent from Penang waybill [protected] has still not arrived since 18th April. They don't answer phone calls, their online complain gives the same answer every time, personal pickup is not allowed. Practically there are NO avenues to get clarifications.

Delayed Delivery
My parcel arrived Malaysia from China on 4th April 2022 and I am not receiving my parcel till to date (more than 3weeks). From tracking system, it has been stuck at transit centre SHAH ALAM GATEWAY about a week (from 21 April 2022).

Return parcel without inform!
I was very disappointed with the service provided. Very unethical when jnt return parcels without inform me as customer. We buy with money instead of saliva, at least tell customers when our parcel cannot be delivered or employees are lazy to send. We as customers will come to demand our own goods. I know when hari raya is near, all the courier services are full n lot of things to send, but it's not a reason to return our parcel without telling us. In my case, jnt sandakan reason was because I cannot be reached and the address was incomplete. Hello? Before this I used the same address and the same number okay. Each call must be able to be connected. I have called hq jnt and they only open a complaint for my case, I want my parcel not a complaint! Because no action was taken even though the complaint had been opened. Just look at the jnt website, thousands of complaints came in and only 3 settled. Seriously come on!.

Masalah betul LA jnt Semporna NIE.. dah terang-terang tulis IPD Semporna, dia hantar dekat alamat pga pulak.. dah la tinggalkan di luar pejabat je, xde gambar serah dengan anggota disitu.. KLU barang hilang, sape yg mahu bertanggungjawab.. next time jnt pilih la agent jnt yg bertanggungjawab. kecewa betul dengan jnt Semporna.. nk ambil sendiri di tempat dia, mahu dia BG agent hantar. dah jadi macam NIE, semua buat senyap. kecewa betul LA jnt NIE.

It has been 5 days since my item was on hold at J & T LDC Alor Setar. This is so frustrating. My parcel has been stuck since 20/04/2022 and until today the status is still not updated. My other items have arrived, even though I ordered them a little bit late from this one. No tracking [protected]. My address kampung hutan kandis, lepai. Seriously this is the third time I fill this form and that's nothing happened. I call the service and they said they will tell J&T LDC alor setar to make it fast. But really nothing happened. 😤😤

Bad delivery service
Out of business hours and hold! My parcel stucked from 21st until 25th April 2022. So i went to collect on Sunday but its closed. I went again on Monday, 25th April 2022 at 2.45pm its again closed! Shopee apps stated on 29th April 2022 only delivery attempt to be made but I am going to my hometown for Raya on 27th. So how?

Saya sepatutnya menerima bungkusan daripada Nurul Sahida telah dihantar pada 12 April 2022 dari Perak. Bungkusan telah sampai di Kelantan tapi telah berada di CDC Kok Lanas 308 dlm beberapa hari.
Secara tiba-tiba, saya dapat call dari pengirim menyatakan bungkusan telah dipulangkan kembali kepada beliau di Perak. Saya menyemak tracking. tapi tiada langsung cubaan menghantar ke alamat penerima.
Malah, saya juga tidak menerima sebarang panggilan masuk atau misscall di fon saya pada tarikh yang dinyatakan dan ini bercanggah dengan apa yang dinyatakan.
Sebelum ini, saya pernah menerima barang melalui J&T menggunakan alamat yang sama. Jadi, sepatutnya tiada masalah dengan penghantaran ini. Mohon penjelasan dan tindakan sewajarnya.

I bought item online from Kota Kinabalu on 11/4/2022 to be courier to Seri Kembangan. The parcel had arrived J&T Transit Center SHAHALAM GATEWAY on 17/4/2022. Till yesterday 25/4/2022, I've yet to received my parcel & no updates were found in J&T tracking system since 17/4/2022. This happened to me several times & when I raise complaint, the parcel has been lost by J&T.
