Tulis delivered tapi tak sampai kepada penerima
Pada 24/4 sepatutnya barang saya dah sampai dan status penghantaran dah tulis delivered...tetapi tidak sampai ke tangan saya. Kenapa pihak J&T tidak menghubungi saya sebelum menyatakan barang tersebut sudah dihantar? Walaupun saya dah share location tetapi tetap barang tak dapat. Selalunya pihak J&T akan call saya sebelum membuat penghantaran tetapi kali ni tidak. Barang tersebut barang yang penting bukan perkara yang main! Tolong buat sesuatu!

From Iloilo to Kalibo and going back to Iloilo why can't I go straight to Roxas instead of going past Roxas to go to Kalibo and return to Iloilo?
Why would the transit go to such a length of going to a further place instead of going straight to the location where it's supposed to be delivered?

Did not deliver the item I ordered from shopee
The item arrived in Cebu April 16 2022. It is clearly niot my fault na holiday. MR. BAGUIO, MICHAEL tried to deliver my item Monday, April 18,2022. I asked him to rechedule the delivery due to the long holiday and the bad weather I was not able to open my store that cause me to be out of funds. I recievd the a text message from him that there is a 3-day hold before the item will be sent back to the seller. I was expecting he will give at least one day interval but no her tried to deliver it again the next day. When I asked him to deliver it the next day He replied he will tell the admin. On the 3rd day, I recieved a system generate message that the item will be out for delivery. I message him again to deliver it after lunch for I was waiting for out money from my earnings to come up to the amount of 2800. No reply from him and no attempt to deliver the item. This item is so important for my business! If he doesnt understand because he is selfish enough then I think he doesnt deserve to be part of you company. I also remember to ask him if I can pick up the item from your Banilad branch because it was a walking distant from my grand mothers house, but he wont reply! I need a clear and fair explaination from your company and from MR. MICHAEL BAGUIO!
Desired outcome: TO DELIVER THE ITEM WITH NO DELIVERY FEE! IF POSSIBLE, NO PAYMENT OF THE WHOLE AMOUNT!!!!!!!

Items received was not the one I ordered
I ordered a Bluetooth headset, pair of doll shoes and trousers at laplace depot shop last april 5,2022 but I received a plastic watch today april 19,2022. It's not even functioning. I was so shocked because it was my first time to encounter such thing. I didn't expect this to happen. I fully trusted the seller as well as the shop. They even informed me through call that they will be giving me a coupon but what I received is not what I expected. I hope you can help me with this. I paid 798 pesos for this and its just like I'm wasting a money because I did not receive what I ordered. I'm wondering how this parcel passed from the courier where in fact the name of the seller is incomplete in the package. The item indicated is not the one inside.
Desired outcome: I want a refund and I do hope that you will respond to this matter. I understand that I have a mistake too since I did not check the legitimacy of the shop since I gave my full trust to it. But please help me with this problem.
Reckless driving by jnt staff
On 18 April. A friend of mine finished her work around 8:30 PM and saw her car got hit by someone untill it breaks her side mirror. I will attach the pictures below and I strongly believe my friend park her car right in the parking lot. She was told by a gentleman that he saw her car was hit by JNT lorry which I believe the staff is a male who currently working at JNT Taman Bukit Tiram. When my friend go and meet him there he denied and refuse to give proper cooperation. There was also a girl who with him and being so rude to my friend and blame it all on her. It was so dissappointing as my friend decide to met him just to ask if he really did it and did not want to get him pay for anything. But got that kind of treatment in return.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate if JNT can apologise to my friend and take action towards his mistake. I would also appreciate if you can give response towards my complaint.

April 18-20 po binigay ang date na deliver yong parcel po. So ayon April 18 around 9 or 10 am may tumawag po, yong rider pala NASA workplace na para mag deliver. Nakikiusap Naman Ako ng maayos na baka pwede pa bukas Kunin Kasi d Ako nakapasok sa trabaho Kasi may emergency sa Bahay at yon tumaas na agad noses niya Marami ng sinasabi kung ano2 nakakahiya nga eh Kasi andon yong mga Guardia at mga katrabaho ko. Sabi niya d pwede. sabi ko naman Sir baka pwedeng pahatid Dito sa apartment ko eh ayaw niya Rin. Basta ang Dami na niyang sinasabi na hi do maganda.
