J&T Express Hold on parcel

Parcel telah dihantar pada 23/2 akan tetapi parcel still on hold di cdc ampang jaya, no tracking [protected]. Right now dah 2/3 tau. Ini dah overdate . System dalam jadual tidak diupdate. Last update 27/3. Please handle this issues ASAP. Penerima tidak menerima sebarang parcel.

J&T Express [protected] on hold too long

i ordered a spray gun from shopee. the seller using JNT services and start collect the item on 21st February 2022. Until now my item is still on hold in JNT SHAH ALAM GATEAWAY? people are paying for your service but yet this is what your customer get? Late delivery? I will make a complaint to special authority about this matter.

J&T Express Late delivery

[protected] this tracking number item is taking 1 week for jnt pjs 603 to deluver.. i already lodge report many times but no action been taken. Why are you guys taking ur sweet time to deliver my item? Urgent item also u guys cant deliver even after complaint.. jnt broke my trust. Really terrible and worst pjs 603 jnt.. called no one answer my call..called cs they are nt there to help..why cnt CS instruct them to deliver my item on the same day i complaint since it is delay.. reason for item on hold is bad weather.. The weather here is pretty good..

J&T Express Parcel on Hold and Undelivered

10 Feb 2022 - We had shipped out the parcel from Kepong

13 Feb 2022 - The parcel had arrived at CDC Kuching (1) 312 and On Hold on the same day

15 Feb 2022 - The parcel still on hold

16 Feb 2022 - The parcel still on hold

18 Feb 2022 - The parcel still on hold

21 Feb 2022 - The parcel still on hold

22 Feb 2022 - The parcel still on hold

23 Feb 2022 - The parcel still on hold (We had also call customer service, but they said will help us urge the parcel)

24 Feb 2022 - We called the customer service few times, but they didn't answer our line and direct connect to rating service part

When we reached them, they said they can help us settle within 48 hours

25 Feb 2022 - The parcel still on hold

26 Feb 2022 - The parcel still on hold

28 Feb 2022 - The parcel status still haven't update, so we had called J&T Hotline service but Sarawak cut off our line. After that, we had tried to use different office number but we also cannot reach them already

Desired outcome: The parcel can be deliver to our customer by this week.Or please return the parcel and refund to us. But we might request J&T to make a compensation, it had caused a big loss because of this parcel undelivered.

J&T Express Parcel delayed 3 days in the same branch

It was delayed 3days and still hold the parcel in the same lukut 602 branch. The reason of delay is high value parcel but no further action after complaint and even mentioned we saying is very urgent.

Desired outcome: Please plan to delivery my urgent parcel to my customer, otherwise they will cancel my order causes my losses on this business.

J&T Express No commitment in delivering a parcel

This is my tracking no - [protected]

Why does it take almost a month to deliver 1 item from KL to PJ? There is no change on the status since 12/2. Attempt to follow-up to your customer service is a waste of time as there is no urgency to solve this problem

Can someone update back to me whether the parcel is now deem as lost in transit. How long must I wait? Another month for the item to arrive.

Worse service I have ever encountered.

J&T Express Delivery

J&T Express is taking too long to deliver the items i ordered. It was assigned to pick up on the 21/02/2022. Still have not received my item on the 25/02/2022.

Singapore is small how long can it take to deliver one pathetic parcel? Items collected on the 21/02/2022 enroute and arrive only on 23/02/2022 and still haven't leave warehouse until today. Seriously? Why do u leave my items in the warehouse so long ?

Desired outcome: Please response and make sure the item is being sent out at reasonable timing. Parcel within Singapore area shouldn't take longer than 2 or 3 days

parcel [protected] the parcel was on hold at drop point CDC S. Kembangan 305-Petaling from 13 FEB 2022 until today 23 FEB, why the parcel is still stuck there? Is there have any workers that working there ? How long will it take to receive it? I send the parcel on 12 FEB today is 23 FEB when the parcel will arrive at the receiver?

Barang daripada semenanjung dah sampai di sarawak suda tapi punya lama dia stay di jnt tu tau tau ja dapat notification daripada shopee kata barang hilang. Nasib baik ada refund tapi saya pelik juga mcm mana bole hilang barang saya ada dua and dua dua tu hilang. Parent saya di semenanjung ada hantar barang ke sini, tapi belum sampai harap harap tidak hilang juga la tu. Kasi stress org jak

J&T Express Incorrect reporting on shopee delivery

This is about J&T Express # [protected]

The parcel was recorded to be returned to sender because the delivery attempts were unsuccessful 02/18/2022 23:18. However, the customer had already received and paid for the parcel on 02/16/2022.

The customer took pictures of the parcel item and even took a picture of the J&T driver text message upon the day of delivery, The driver assigned was Dodjie Macalala.

The parcel is under Shopee COD [Cash On Delivery]. Please take note that the customer cannot receive the parcel item unless paid. However, there is screen shot proofs of the Chat between Seller and Buyer that the Buyer has already the item. Thus, the item was already fully paid. My question is - where is the payment of the item? I am the Shopee Seller.

I have escalated this concern to Shopee with Case ID: [protected].

I hope that this will be resolved.

Desired outcome: Please report to Shopee that J&T Express # [protected] was already received and paid by the customer.

My parcel sent to my customer went missing after 1week parcel hold at J&T Sungai Buluh Jeram. I want the parcel deliver to my customer because the parcel is very important item. Please find and deliver ASAP. I really appreciate that.
