Parcel telah dihantar pada 23/2 akan tetapi parcel still on hold di cdc ampang jaya, no tracking [protected]. Right now dah 2/3 tau. Ini dah overdate . System dalam jadual tidak diupdate. Last update 27/3. Please handle this issues ASAP. Penerima tidak menerima sebarang parcel.

Until now my item is still on hold in JNT SHAH ALAM GATEAWAY? people are paying for your service but yet this is what your customer get? Late delivery? 23 Feb 2022 - The parcel still on hold (We had also call customer service, but they said will help us urge the parcel)
24 Feb 2022 - We called the customer service few times, but they didn't answer our line and direct connect to rating service part
When we reached them, they said they can help us settle within 48 hours

28 Feb 2022 - The parcel status still haven't update, so we had called J&T Hotline service but Sarawak cut off our line. After that, we had tried to use different office number but we also cannot reach them already
Desired outcome: The parcel can be deliver to our customer by this week.Or please return the parcel and refund to us. But we might request J&T to make a compensation, it had caused a big loss because of this parcel undelivered.

It was delayed 3days and still hold the parcel in the same lukut 602 branch. The reason of delay is high value parcel but no further action after complaint and even mentioned we saying is very urgent.

J&T Express is taking too long to deliver the items i ordered. It was assigned to pick up on the 21/02/2022. Still have not received my item on the 25/02/2022.
Singapore is small how long can it take to deliver one pathetic parcel? Items collected on the 21/02/2022 enroute and arrive only on 23/02/2022 and still haven't leave warehouse until today. Seriously? Why do u leave my items in the warehouse so long ?

Incorrect reporting on shopee delivery

The parcel was recorded to be returned to sender because the delivery attempts were unsuccessful 02/18/2022 23:18. However, the customer had already received and paid for the parcel on 02/16/2022.
The customer took pictures of the parcel item and even took a picture of the J&T driver text message upon the day of delivery, The driver assigned was Dodjie Macalala.
The parcel is under Shopee COD [Cash On Delivery]. Please take note that the customer cannot receive the parcel item unless paid. However, there is screen shot proofs of the Chat between Seller and Buyer that the Buyer has already the item. Thus, the item was already fully paid. My question is - where is the payment of the item? I am the Shopee Seller.
I have escalated this concern to Shopee with Case ID: [protected].
I hope that this will be resolved.
Desired outcome: Please report to Shopee that J&T Express # [protected] was already received and paid by the customer.
