Rough Delivery
I posted out the postcard with hard carboard backing and yet buyer received it in bend condition.. I even leave a sticky note telling not to bend the parcel and also got fragile sticker on the parcel! At this rate I'm just wasting money to buy cardboard and fragile stickers if courier didn't even bother delivering it nicely. I don't even mind if I can repurchase the item for buyer but the item is LIMITED 🤦🏻♀️

I pay your service to deliver my parcel on time, not to keep mine for a long time! what if the parcel is an important one? I have once collected my parcel myself and I think as a customer, I should not be doing that because I paid you to deliver my parcel safely to my house. CDC 303 Bintulu Service very bad. Slow delibery
On 3 Feb I went to CDC 303 to pickup parcel. Based on status my item have arrived at CDC seen 3 day ago. I had to wait 3 hour at CDC but no gave the answer. I saw the staff just walking back and forth. Laugh and talk.
The staff stated that my item had just arrived and had not been arranged. So they cannot found. I came back feeling frustrated. Now after 6 day have passed I still not received that good.
Desired outcome: Add staff and teach staff work athic. Management systems need to be changed and should be more effective.
JnT management at CDC 303 Bintulu is very bad. Always hold items for long time and day. Do not ship / deliver immediately.

Missing Parcel
My parcel has been on hold since 15 December 2021. I tried called drop point KUL GATEWAY SETIAWANGSA but no answer. Already file complaint to J&T center, but they mention late Parcel Delay. Todate, I am still not receive back my parcel and based on tracking search my parcel is still on hold at KUL GATEWAY SETIAWANGSA. I already refunded to my customer as J&T fail to deliver the parcel. What a bad service.

Parcel was put on hold at drop point CDC TSI KEPONG 302, Kepong
my parcel has been on hold since 29 January 2022. I tried called drop point CDC TSI Kepong but no answer. Went to drop point CDC TSI Kepong on 31 January 2022 to find out and pick up the parcel and was informed that the parcel has been put in the track for delivery. Todate, I am still not receive my parcel and based on tracking search my parcel is still on hold at CDC TSI Kepong. I need my parcel urgently as I have to deliver it to my customers. I have been charged penalty for late delivery now. Please take note, if I have not heard any update by 4 February 2022, I will file complaint and claim for any losses and penalty charged to J&T

Called customer service for self collect but self collect not available for one week, ask when to deliver but apologise for high parcel volume. Then you should allow for self collect! If your side unable to cope up for delivery on estimated date!

I bought a item in shoppe and from a selling nearby my area . Seller send out quickly however j&t hold my parcel in their hub. I keep calling to j&t and they dun pick up . Complaint i.n FB they disable the comments, complaint in website and keep pop out the error. This make me concern about my parcel.. their service is totally worst .

Kpop Album
I just recieved my kpop album today and I was really shocked and disappointed because there are A LOT of damages on both versions that I bought especially the gold version. It wasn't like this when the seller recieved and sent the album to me. Jeez y'all need to be careful, refrain from throwing the parcels. There are a lot of fragile things in your hands.
