Late delivery, missing items, item hold for 1 week for no reason and no notice. You can google cdc senawang 312 and you read the google review, not a single good review posted there. Close the jnt.
Order is stuck in the warehouse and customer support also not reverting
I feel this company fake as they don't understand the professionalism and customer emotions.
I have placed the order in Dec and supposed to get it on 7th Jan. But since 7th my order status is stuck on Warehouse Out.
Initially I thought it will be deliver in a day or so incase of delay but since then it's on the same status.
I have called them and told them about my urgency but I think they don't care because I am the one dilligently following up but seems like they don't have the internal collaboration within their departments.
I am not sure what to do I have told if they have my order in possession let me know I can do the self tickets.

Just let the customer find their own parcels if staff are not willing to help the customer for self collection. The package that I had ordered in shoppe
My parcel had been ship by the seller from Kuala Lumpur on 5 of January 2022. The parcel took almost a week or more to reach Perak. I had check that my parcel had been stuck in KUL_Gateway for 3 days which is on 6th to 8th of January. Then it had been transit to PRK_Getway and now it had been stuck there for 2 days. There written that my parcel is on hold when the service was available for the whole day. I would like to ask for briefly explanation why does J&T Express took so long to send a parcel which is only 2 hours journey and not 20 hours journey.

I wanna complain about a certain delivery rider named (Samuel Barrera) for sexual harrassment he directly and clearly stared at the chest of my girlfriend for the whole meet up of the delivery of parcel, my girlfriend was uncomfortable with his unwanted sight, I hope for this complain to reach the company to dismiss this rider as he may victimized another girl in the future deliveries he will make thank you.

Sebenarnya tak nak complain tapi bila teringat jadi sakit hati pulak. Pada hari khamis 06/01/2022 saya pergi ke courier jnt cawangan tapang kota bharu kelantan. Saya membawa 1 kotak besar dan berat untuk masuk ke dalam office jnt. Terdapat 3 wanita yang sedang duduk di kaunter melihat tanpa membantu saya.. Yer saya tahu walaupun saya tidak meminta bantuan dari mereka sepatutnya mereka tahu yang mereka perlu menolong customer bukannya tengok je. Lepas pada itu, sampai di tempat nak timbang saya sendiri yang mengangkat kotak tu seberat [protected]@38 kg lebih (lebih kurang) sedangkan betul-betul sebelah timbang itu terdapat seorang kerani wanita tanpa membantu saya! Lepas pada duduk di kerusi, kerani itu bangun dan pergi ke dalam office nya. Pertanyaan saya, adakah seorang kerani jnt hanya duduk di kerusi tanpa membantu customernya yang bersusah payah! Saya bukan lelaki yang kuat untuk mengangkat barangan berat! Saya cuma sedikit kesal dengan tindakan jnt cawangan tapang kota bharu!

I complain for the delay of Delivery of my parcel with Way Bill Number 930258979190 due the Taguig Warehouse said they lost it on the process. I follow it up but they have no response yet and not updating me if there's some improvement of the investigation they are doing right now.

Christmas Fruit was sent to Mdm KAVERY at 19 Jln Beringin Templer Vilas Templer Country Golf Club Rawang on 22/12/21. RM12 was pd for next day delivery. Delivery was done only on 30/12/21. We had continuously called customer service but was not given a proper reason for the delay. Fruit cake box was damaged and cake was soaked in water. We write to seek a reimbursement of rm142 (rm130 product cost & rm12 delivery charges) for the delay in delivering and mishandling of our item.

I would like to complain this rider that you have naming Emmanuel Francisco, i think his route is Doña Josefa Village and Pilar Village in Las Piñas.
this person has the audacity to come inside our apartment complex and knocked on our door when it was a strict policy that he is prohibited to be inside their. i've already informed him about this because the one time i took the package from him he said to me in an angsty and full of himself voice that he would knock on my landlord's house bother them or even go inside our complex if someone will open the gate up and forget to close it. this person has unbearable character, he even stated that he called multiple times and texted multiple times when we just received one text from him and he just rang our number that's it. he rang it for 5 seconds and then hung up.
but what he did today really crossed the line for us. the first time knocked on our door was this week also, he stated that our neighbor has let him in. my brother was the one who open up and got the package from him. my brother was awaken by his knock it was 9 o'clock in the morning, he didnt say anything about it cause he was shock and with his situation just woke up so he was still processing the situation. so he wasnt able to say anything or address it, but mind you this person already know that he cannot come inside the complex. the second was today he knocked again on our door, my brother was already awake and my brother addressed the fact that he cannot be there and cannot come inside our complex he is only allowed outside the gate but this person has the audacity to reason out that he called him multiple times. this person, didnt even called him. he only sent a text message and that text message, he sent it the moment he got to our door. you cannot say it might've been the signal, the signal here is pretty incredible and whatever text or call it is we can received real time.
my brother explained that he cannot come inside our complex no matter what, the reason why it has a gate is for our safety and the safety of our neighbor. anyway, this person keep reasoning out that he called multiple times my brother asked him if he can see his call logs if he really did call him cause we only received a text from him which i said he only sent when he is already at our door. this person couldn't provide any proof that he called us, which mean he was lying the first place and could only provide the text message. my brother asked him who let him in he said our neighbor, my brother explained that even that's the case he still cannot be inside our complex and he stated that now the owner allowed him. which is a complete bluff cause the owner reiterated that no one, no delivery personnel, no one can come inside the premises except our guests. i already informed my landlord about it and they are taking care of the situation with our neighbors, but mind you this person was already informed he cannot be inside but he still let's himself. he was even condescending when my brother was speaking to him, he keeps reasoning out but his reason was all bull crap and lies.
i dont know why you keep hiring this type of people this is ridiculous and unacceptable. did you guys even trained them? and do they know the word limitations? also they know the situation with covid the heck they entering our premises are they trying to compromise everyone? this should be resolved

What's the point of becoming the largest postal service company in Malaysia when you're not even trying? My parcel has been stuck at one of their points since Dec 31 when it should have arrived on Jan 2. Up until now, no one has bothered to deliver; no truck showed up and they had the audacity to mark it as "delivery attempt unsuccessful" on the due date.

I have 2 parcels that has been on hold for a few days and everytime i checked the app for tracking, it kept saying on hold because out of office hour. I kept reminding them and filed a complain on their app but nothing happened. Parcels from China that i ordered way after that has already arrived but not from J&T. So annoying. Not just that but their courier sometimes send the parcels to wrong area and then it will take another 2 days at least to arrive at the right distribution centre.i know that recently the weather is bad but if i can get other stuff delivered on time why not them?
Desired outcome: I needed them to be delivered asap since they're very important stuff that i need.
