Delivery reschedule
The courier staff refused to reschedule the delivery to me - even when it was offered as an option. Been calling the office but no one picked up, emailed them as well, live chat with no one replying. What's worse is that they confirmed the status of the delivery as "delivered" when it clearly hasn't been delivered. The worst service that seems like a child's play.
Desired outcome: Resend the package on Saturday (18/09/2021)
Bad services and slow delivery
Here's my problem regarding to Malaysia J&T Drop Point LDC SG PINANG 606 It's been 4 days, the item still on hold? And 11am should be business hour, but the tracking updates shows out of office's hour? My parcel been on hold in a same drop point for almost 5 days but still no update. And the runner attitude was bad, service center instead of solving my problem, they ask me to contact the runner by myself. They told me they can't do any help and ask me to call this number [protected]. I've made the call on 15th Sep and the person who answer the call told me to sent my tracking number to WhatsApp and I did what he asked, but then for 3 days I didn't receive any reply from him. No reply at all! And never pick up my call! I still didn't get my parcel until now and I hope you'll look into it. Thank you.
Desired outcome: I just want my parcel to be arrived safely in time.
Parcel is on hold too long at the J&T courier Jalan Aiport 601
Aduan ini berkaitan kurier Jnt Jalan Aiport 601 Kuantan, Pahang yang tidak memuaskan..Barang yang sepatutnya dihantar sudah lama tidak dihantar pada penerima pada tempoh yang agak lama nk dekat seminggu..Saya call pihak kurier J&T Jalan Aiport 601 tetapi call tidak diangkat..Oleh itu, saya mengambil keputusan untuk call pihak kurier J&T Pahang, panggilan berjawab dan pihak tersebut berkata akan cuba untuk menghantar parcel tersebut semalam tetapi barang tetap juga tidak sampai2..Saya agak kecewa dengan servis Jnt Pahang terutamanya J&T di Jalan Aiport 601..Pihak J&T Pahang mengatakan bahawa kurier di Jalan Aiport 601 mempunyai masalah kekurangan staff tetapi sepatutnya mereka perlu inform pada penerima agar mereka tahu apa masalah yang dihadapi bukan dengan cara berdiam diri kerana perkara tersebut mendatangkan ketidakpuasan kepada penerima/customer.. Sebelum ni masalah seperti ini tidak berlaku, saya amat pelik kerana kebiasaannya dalam tempoh 3 hari barang akan sampai kerana seller post out parcel tersebut awl tetapi parcel on hold terlalu lama di J&T Jalan Aiport 601 lebih kurang nk dekat seminggu..Harap perkara ini dapat diselesaikan oleh pihak tuan/puan dan tidak berlaku perkara yang sama selepas ini..Sekian Terima Kasih

Barang saya hari ini out for delivery 10hb dalam sistem. Kes ini berlaku di jnt Cawangan Sandakan. Barang telah dipos pada 1hb. Saya mendapat panggilan dari penghtr jnt bhwanya dia telah dekat untuk hantar barang saya dan meminta saya ambik dibawah. Saya tinggal rumah apartment dan ada lift. Penghantar tersebut tidak menghantar barang saya sampai depan rumah. Melahan membuat aduan alamat dan no tel tidak dapat dihubungi. Sedangkan alamat sy tu telah banyak kali saya guna membuat pembelian dari shopee. Tidak pernah mempunyai masalah kena turun bawah ambik percal. Perkerja seperti ini kalau tidak mahu hantar barang sampai rumah sila lah berhenti dan kerja jadi bos la senang. Sudah menyusahkan orang dan servis yang sangat lembab dari jnt yang mengambil masa agak lama nak sampai. Tu pun belum saya, sebab saya tidak terima barang saya lg. mohon tindakan segara.

On 15/09/2021 @ 12: 58 pm, I were informed by whatsapp message and photo from J&T Express Malaysia dispatcher to inform me that there is a parcel which has arrived and put on my apartment's guard house. I am working at office and not at my apartment.
On 15/09/2021 @ 18:30 pm, after work and I back to my apartment's guard house and I unable to locate my parcel. I tried to request my parcel from the guard on duty but their answer is no idea and not their duty to take care my parcel.
On 15/09/2021 @ 19:06 pm, I have sent a whatsapp message to the said dispatcher and he replied and informed will back to my apartment's guard house to check on next day.
On 16/09/2021, I have sent a few whatsapp message to the said dispatcher but was not reply from him.
On 17/09/2021 @ 10:21 am, I have sent a whatsapp message to the said dispatcher and he has replied me that my parcel was lost.
My I know how come my parcel was delivered to me without my acknowledgement receipt and this is not 1st time on the same delivery without my acknowledgement receipt but unlucky this time my parcel is lost.
Kindly let me know who to be responsible on the above matter.

I have problems with this Jacky Atinen, JNT delivery driver of Cagayan de Oro when he refused to make the delivery personally. Not only that he don't even have a single peso for change. So I have to give the rest of my change to him. Ako na ang nag effort pumunta sa location niya, ako pa nalugi Please let him learn some courtesy and respect at least

Did not received parcel but shown “parcel received” in shopee
I had been waiting for my parcel since morning today, and the parcel is out for delivery at 11am, but until midnight still didn't recieve but in my Shopee apps, it shows that my parcel has been received at 12pm, the weird part is the latest info updated is at night and no one send the parcel today. The most important thing is, there is no picture to prove that they had sent to me. Every time I will be notify if my parcel is sent and in the Shopee apps, it will show the picture of that he/she sent the parcel. All the incident above happened on 16/9/21, I hope that their way of not being honest should be given a warning to prevent these incident in the future.

This is to report your Delivery Rider:Joerry Soto TN:782610656289. He declined to deliver the parcel in my delivery address and instead he initiated to meet up somewhere around 300 meters from my house. My coleague went to rush in the meet up place since I cannot go personnaly to pick up since I have work and only to find out that he is not there, my colleague patiently waited for so long and then decided to go home since Rider is not there. When my colleague reached our home, Rider called and in arrogant voice yealed that person to pick up is not there! I told the Rider that colleague has been waiting to pick up the parcel. Rider is being rude saying that he wasn't there because he has a lot of errands to deliver and been arguing with me. Why can't your delivery personnel deliver in my house while he can deliver anywhere? This is not the first time I have encountered from this delivery Rider.
I believe that you can improve your service if you hire personnel with a good working attitude.
I hope that you take action regarding this concern.

Your staff not delivery my parcel to my house. Their just left at store at my village their excuse is they have a lot of parcel to delivery.. And customers have to pick up by their self.. i'm complainint about your staff attitude
Yesterday, when I was going to send the goods, the employee in the store sighed and gave me an unhappy expression. Then the employee told his companion not to accept my order, and his companion agreed with him.
The reason is that he is leaving work. The problem is that when I arrived, it was only 7.30PM. Didn't it mean that it was open to 8.00PM?
Why did I refuse to accept my order when I was going to send the goods at 7.30PM? If you only receive the goods at 7.30PM, why dont't close the door directly, then the customer will not be able to go in and send the goods.
The point is that the staff's attitude is very bad, which makes me very unhappy.
Desired outcome: pls reconfirm that your branch of "kota tinggi" service until 7.30pm or 8.00pm? Improve employees' work attitude

It should be my parcel arrive yesterday, by 14 Sept. However, I did not receive the parcel yet. Your staff just missed call me for ONE TIME only, at 16:52pm. Then, just give up and updated on Shoppe application at 16:53pm that the parcel cannot be send due to the reason that my address and phone number is not complete. I did completed my address and phone number. Plus, I use the same address for my other parcel before this. So this should not be a problem for your staff to find my address. This is ridiculous.
Desired outcome: I want to receive my parcel by today, 15 September 2021. As soon as possible. Thank you.
Slow delivery
Branch Bandar Teknologi Kajang make a very slow delivery by car or lorry. They took more than 4 days send parcel to recipient. The reason that I will always get is
1. Out of drop points business hours
2. Bad weather even the weather not raining for the all days.
3. Cannot call recipients.
What if people need urgent things with items that they buy. If the items was broken or damaged your branch will not take responsibility on the item.
Please make an improvement on you delivering services and look forward your branch and take action on your staff.
