Parcel sy dah sangkut di JnT Larut Matang dari hari Rabu, 11/8 lagi. Kenapa perlu transit ke larut matang bukan ke dari kampar parcel ni terus transit ke Slim River ? Bila boleh agaknya parcel ni boleh sy dapat ? Pls assit

Sent a message on 9:57 am on Aug 13 2021, i also have a missed call ay 9:58 am..during the period until 1030 am, I was attending a ground breaking ceremony. I sent a text message at 1035 asking for the cost and that I would send somebody to.pick it up because I am still busy and engaged. I did not receive any reply. Not until 1716 with the rider asking me if I still want the delivery or not. I told him that i am interested to receive the delivery he did not even bother to reply to me until that time and until the very moment he has not relayed the cost that I need to pay. He denied that he received an SMS message and I told him.that there is a digital signature that he received it and he then blamed me that he should instead called him instead of sending SMS. At 1751 he messaged that he if I would prefer, he would leave it in the shop in front of the PMA gate. I replied at 1847 immediately after seeing the message and coming from a meeting . He replied "Bks kna lng ibgay s TGIS STORE sir late ksi kyo ngrply" you have a rider that would not bother to reply to a customer but would demand that the customer should be on their toes to immediately reply to him but he is nmot obliged to do so for the customer.
Desired outcome: I recommend to receive the competent service of your riders but not him.
Very bad delivery services
My parcel always late recently. Sometime 2 different person send my parcel in a same day. I wonder how j&t sorting all parcel?why not sort same address parcel & deliver by same person?its look like all the parcel are mixed up & not well organise, currier person need to select by their own & some parcel will miss out & caused long time reach the receiver.please improves your service asap…

I would like to know the reason why J&T Shah Alam on hold my parcel since 11th August 2021. It's written in the tracking system because of Out of shop / Office's business hour. The parcel should be delivered to my family's house. So, how come it is out of shop? My parents is not working and there is always have someone at the house. The parcel was sent from Kelantan since 10th August but till today (13/8/2021) it was still on hold at J&T Shah Alam? How come it took so long to deliver? While my other siblings in Kajang and Bangi already received the same parcel 2 days ago, the same day it was post out to me. The foods inside the parcel might already rotten by now. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME!

Hi I am elyn, i'm here today to complain about one of your rider, he make me panick and scared because when he come to my house to do delivery, he call me to get near to him and talk near my face to ask my number phone. Sent brand new iphone for urgent work use with insurance on 10/8/2021 vide [protected]. Next day ended up in Taiping warehouse and has been sitting there since 11/8/2021 until 13/8/2021 unmoved. Called numerous time Customer Service only say "Sorry for the inconvenience", "according to the system", "no guarantee will deliver the next day" are not solving my problem. I can see what the system reveals too. Customer Service name Baldi gave classic comment "you cannot make report until after 5 days of sending out parcel as now still within our delivery time frame". J & T website committed to 2-3 days delivery. People like this should be wipe out of customer service line.
They claim overloaded with parcel by shopee due to recent sale and yet they are greedy to keep receiving parcel from public. Hello, we pay full fare but shopee only pays peanuts. Who has priority? If overloaded, please close all drop point and not accept anymore parcel until undelivered parcel are settled and ready for commitment again.

Since 9th of August, my goods already stopped at LDC Klang Jaya 603 without delivery attempt and status updating at all. It's 13th of August today, the phone number they provided at their website totally couldn't reach out, it's always busying, there's not even a reply from their customer service when I tried to email them. Tracking number: [protected]. Either you make the delivery as soon as possible, either I will just request refund with the company and let the company deals with the courier. J&T is the worst courier service I have ever met.

Worst service ever! It has been 4 days destination tracking not updated, and the parcel haven't receive to the receiver yet, called their office number nobody picked up. Terrible service!

Keep causing a delay in delivery does not good to J&T hard-earned reputation.
Many people complain on J&T social media, but none of them get response.
Those item are urgently needed. I use J&T express because I experienced fast delivery service from them, but now the delivery is stuck, and do not get any contact form the J&T worker. This has destroyed my trust to J&T express.
As customer, we have the right should know what is happening to cause the delivery stuck and not moving.
Desired outcome: Speed up delivery status and let customer to know the real reason of causing slow delivery.

Received a message at 4:28am (12/08/21) 'out for delivery', then a SMS at 8:07am to say that my parcel will be delivered. Got home at 5:45pm. Waited for the delivery. Then received a message at 7:56pm to say that the delivery was unsuccessful because the recipient wasn't there to receive the parcel! Time wasters!
Second time from Simply Post/J&T Express. Last time the delivery person even said they knocked on my door and then called me, when they didn't. My front door is in the living room where I was sitting and I had no missed calls on my phone. In fact to get in, they needed to use the intercom which is connected to my phone, to allow people in. So unreliable!
