I left my goods at Hotel Santika Bukit Tinggi and they delivered it via J&T Express to my address in Jakarta on 26th December 2023. It usually took 3 - 4 days for delivery of the package so when the tracking didn't move i contacted the call center on 29th December and they asked me to wait until 30th December 2023 since it might be on delivery. I contacted again on 31st December and filed a complain but customer service every day but no response or deliberately disconnect the line. Only on 7th January 2024 after i got angry the customer service told the package missing and told that someone from J&T would contact me. a day after they asked the delivery point in Bukit Tinggi to get info and asked me to provide original Invoice with signed, stamp of the Seller company over a stamp duty for the missing goods which was bought few months ago . They made it difficult for every one to get a refund when they were the one that made my package gone missing. Such irresponsibility company and never going to use this comp[any anymore!

Desired outcome: Give a a refund accordingly and do not make it difficult for people who already have a loss of time and money.
