J&T Express review: Scam parcel

Received a scam parcel last nov 2023. Rider called me that he was about to deliver a parcel but im not home so I ask him to come back tomorrow so that I can check if the item was legit. To my surprise, our neighbor receive it and apparently the rider ask her to receive it. The item costs 799 but when I open it, its just a no brand face cream which costs only 100 pesos. That same day I called j&t on their hotline to file a complaint. Kept on calling every week to ask for an update but all the agents kept telling me the same thing. No improvement. Until now its already march 2024. Some of the agents that I talked to even sarcastically answered me telling me that it was my fault. Dont know why this company still operates even though theres a lot of complaint about delays, improper parcel handling, rude customer service and scam parcels. I searched kn fb the shop which delivered the fake item. No shop with that name but what I saw was several complainta about receiving that item from the same shop name. I even told the agents that people already file a complaint about that shop but still they got to deliver fake items. The agent even told me that they cant ban that ahop from delivering items.
