I filed a complaint with a fraudulent transaction 1st week of january 2024, I think. Now.. I wrote a follow up letter since there is no communication coming from j&t dispite my verbal demand course thru the rider in charge in this area weeks ago. I told the rider since he was in charge and he was the one who gave me the scam parcel, I give him the letter for him to give to his supervisor, he said that he is not allowed to receive the letter and I will be the one who will do it so.. Much to my frustration because i'm a person w/ disability and to much piss off on my said as if he is not an employee of j&t and always tell me that it's not his fault because delivery personnel lng da siya.. What an arrogant comment. The j&t outlet is located at diversion road, naga city, camarines sur and delivery personnnel was the one in charge at regional trial court of naga city area by the name of "leo". Kindly act on my complaint because i'ts frustrating.. The action of your employes is walang malasakit sa buyer where in fact kung walang buyer wala din seller wala kayo gaanong makukuha transaksyon!
