Kindly I need your support as IV bought bundle contain of two camera one of them outside camera with DVR system while the technician was installing them, he did noticed the outside camera doesn't working properly, I called the customer service many times, but the problem is still pending with no action, the delivery man already and left the attached invoice, the customer service told me the receipt is empty and it's my problem and IV to call the delivery man and fix it although I've no his number, what can I do, my item number is [protected]

I bought a Nexus 9.2kG semi semi Auto Twin tub around March and the machine stopped working In April all efforts to get in touch with jumia is to no avail. Each time I power the machine it gives sound of washing but the machine doesn't roll nor wash. The order number [protected].I believe it should have a warranty period and I would like to know how to about the process.
cancellation of shipping
I have a problem with the credibility and seriousness of Jomia Egypt. Please search and solve it. I asked 2products and the first request was met and delivered to the shipping company and an email was sent to me that the product will arrive on 18/5/2019 with the shipping representative and I tried to contact the shipping agent and always have a closed phone.. The next day the representative was changed and his phone is also closed and then I received an email that the shipment was canceled without reason. The same was repeated the same way in the second product on 21/5 was delivered to the shipment with a delegate and also a mobile closed and after hours of waiting was canceled the request without reasons also. When the complaint was made several times it was explained that the shipment was damaged... although each product was shipped on its own. I sent this e-mail to Jomia Egypt and read:Explanation that the shipment was damaged during the shipment, as mentioned in the follow-up department when they contact me today, the explanation is unacceptable because the shipment was shipped to me twice... The first product shipped on 18/5 with a delegate and the delegate was changed the next day 19/5 and then canceled. Then the same thing happened to the second product on 21/5, it was shipped with delegate and I tried to contact him more than once and the mobile is closed constantly and then the shipment was canceled without reasons. This is in a manner where manipulation and disregard for customers and not damage to all shipping because it was not shipped with each other and each product was shipped separately... If Jumia accepted this reasoning, I do not accept... and hold my right in the harvest on the products in any form and then come to apologize after that.. "Jumia is not a company that does not deserve the trust of its customers... I do not accept an apology and just send any mony as an apology and I hold my right to obtain producers.

I've bought a smart watch from Jumia Egypt and it came to me with different colors and with defects in the LED screen light (completely faded) and the camera is not working and totally Dim..
I've paid cash for the cost of the watch, and I submitted a return request and they took already but I've been 3 weeks and they are saying that the return has been rejected though all these defects !

I ordered this item and it was delivered to me on time. It looked OK and there was advice that it should be charged for six hours before first use. This dissuaded us from putting it on. After we charged it we switched it on and the screen was only showing on half the display. The other half was full of leaking LCD black stuff from the internal screen. There is no way of knowing this until you switch it on. We therefore asked for a return so we can get another one or a refund. Jumia said that since we did not report on the spot while the rider was present or in 24 hrs after receipt they will not take it back. They are stubbornly refusing to take it back.
1. Either them or their rider broke it and like children they are screaming it wasn't me!
2. They are using unfair means to enforce the responsibility of breaking the tablet on the time we took to report.
3 . They have a 7 day return policy and we reported well within that time.
4, The only thing in their T&C for on the spot reporting is if there is something missing on the delivered items. Not something defective.

I changed my address on Jumia but unfortunately it didn't save as the default address. So when my order arrived it was taken to my old address, I didn't argue much and decided to meet the delivery man there, we agreed on meeting by 11am last Saturday and this man (Maximus) wasted my time and transport fare, I got there by 11am sharp and I was standing at the junction for 3hours and the so called delivery man wasn't picking my call. Mind you i came all the way from Ogunstate to pick my package from Sabo Yaba Lagos only for your delivery man to disappoint me.
The main person who was supposed to deliver it is "Amosu Kolapo"([protected]) but he transferred me to Maximus. I'm so so disappointed in your delivery services. I'm not going to cancel this order because I've been shopping with Jumia for about 5 years now. I had previously bought a vitamin c serum and used it from jumia, after it got complete I placed an order for another bottle. Now this new one seems to be different from the other onein terms of the content. It has a really strong odour, it is itching and it has brown, yellow cloudy appearance.
