economic kitchen bundle
On the 1st of October being Independence day I ordered an economic kitchen bundle with order number [protected] and tracking number [protected]-1794. The goods were delivered today marking the 4th day of October. After unwrapping the item, I was quite glad to find out that all the pots were delivered with fitting lids, while going through my purchase I noticed that the kettle was delivered without its lid, I'd really appreciate it if I can get the lid as soon as possible.

I have a complaint on an item i purchased/ordered for on Monday 24th September 2018 with order no. [protected]-8396. I Got a message on Wednesday 26th September, 2018 that says "Dear OLADIMEJI, your package [protected]-8396 will be delivered within 1-3 days. We will call and text you soon to arrange delivery"
Meanwhile, I placed another order yesterday to be delivered at the pick-up station in Yaba and i have gotten a message that it is ready for pickup and surprisingly i got another message about my previous (Monday) order that its now going to take 2-10 days to arrive. This i find very inconvenient as i placed this orders in order of preference.
Please kindly contact me to give me feedback on what is actually the problem as this product is needed latest Friday 28th September, 2018.

Until now I have no news when I will receive the right order for my "Modern seats with pillow". I am repeating the modern seats are grey ( not blue or other colors) and pillows are grey and white ( no other color, like horrible pink flowers which you delivered last time) . Dear Jumia Egypt,
no one helped me until now. Your services in Egypt are a big disaster. I was planing to order many thing from your company, but after my first order which I haven't received yet, I canceled all my potential items from card. I am still waiting for right order number [protected] .
I hope someone will deliver it with right colors as they are in the picture. At least after my million phone calls and emails someone could apologies. I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order. Next time I will order only from "Souq" and "Cosy Bean bad", the 2 companies which function in Egypt. To buy a sofa, I will go directly to Art house in Egypt, I will pay more, but I will sefe my nerves and time to talk to idiots from Jumia.

I bought a handset from yourselves and i received it on 18/7/2018 i started using it a day after that it was working properly till 5 days passed handset started to freeze on pages and lags started occur from time to time so i called 19586 and explained that i have a problem and if that's normal to occur in the 1st 14 days and you apologized and arranged a pick up for the phone after the 1st 14 days passed you courier came on 2/8/2018 without notifying me that he was coming that day so i told him to wait till i reset the phone to factory setting, i did that and he took IT and i was waiting expecting YOUR call to tell me how am i going to receive my money i called them everyday since then and some of there customer service agents told me that i am going to receive my money cash the same way they took it and that she can see on the system that i am in the refund phase as my request was accepted and i was relieved and waiting for my money, after that another one told me that they stopped that and i will take it through *mail box* i said it's okay what's important that i will take my money !
2 days after that i called again asking where's my money and every call you have to tell them the whole story due to there lack of communication between them, guess what the agent told me he told me that your request was declined as the phone is working very well i tried to explain that i am a heavy user and that occurring in the 1st 14 days of a brand new phone is not a good indicator for me if you think that's normal please tell me he apologized and they seem to have no manager on the floor to fix this, i called again asking for a manager to fix this there was no manager again and he told me that he will raise another request for me with more specific details of the problem i told him that's fine and waited again and
On Thursday 9/8 i found my phone ringing their courier is telling me he will be on my door step to give me the phone back again without notifying that he was coming !
I called them asking how am i receiving that phone again the girl replied please just take it and another courier will come and pick it up again !

By Tuesday 14/8 i went to there headquarter in fifth settlement to give them the phone and complain a decent guy showed up and i explained everything and he assured me that i will definitely take back my money and that will be fast and i just have to wait till Thursday for a call from them before 12 o'clock to go to there place and take my money, i said finally my problem is solved and i can travel and get another handset

I made a purchase of Digital Usb Tuner satelite receiver and make the necessary settings and installation but it use to appear on the screen as No Signal.I fill a return policy form and submited it.I receive a text message showing that the item will be pick and i agree to that.The next day i receive a phone from an agent that he will be coming for the so when he get to my location he will give a phone call.I waited for the agent from morning to evening but he did not come so i gave him a phone call and told me that he could not come to my area so he will call me the next day.This has been continueing for a very long time and i use to call their custormer service but still my problem is not solved.The item is there without any benefit of it so it means i have wasted my money without any thing.

i usually buy from jumia egypt but recently when i face a problem with them. i knew that the staff is not good especially the technical staff my problem begin with buying a mobile from jumia order number [protected] .after i received the mobile .i found the screen look strange .i called them to return the mobile .they took it and then they called me and say the mobile screen is very good and we will refuse to return it then i asked about the guarantee they say go only with our paper.i said to myself the technical know more than me so its ok . after two month the screen became worth so i decided to go to the guarantee and the guarantee service said to me that the screen is defective and they will change it as it is factory defective.i called jumia but no one took action. they should return the mobile as thier technical staff say that the screen is good and the customer service who refuse to give me the guarantee.how i trust them again.they should return the mobile and charge the technical staff and the customer service its price
crown star manual blender (an incomplete package)
I am by name yahaya Rofiyat I order for crown star manual blender on Jumia on the 6th of July 2018, it was received by someone on my behalf at Lagos, then when the product are complete the person sent it down to me at Kainji Niger state, so when I opened the package I discovered that 1 out of the manual blender is not having cup inside the carton so I need your reply and I need it fast please.
automatic remote gate kit for sliding gate
I placed an order on # [protected] for one automatic remote gate kit for sliding gate, the product is always shipped with oil inside the engine system and the manufacturer always advise that the package should not be place on the side but always upright.
When I received the product there was oil all over the carton, which means the product package was resting on the side or turned upside down.
The oil spilled over the electronics of the system and affected the performance. But my experienced technician worked on it and fixed the problem.
My advise to you is to always advise the dispatch men to handle an item with caution stickers on them and not to lump packages together inside their van

I purchased the above phone with
consignment- MPDS-[protected]-1329(bontel e10) on Friday, 27th of July delivered by R-isah Muhammad and to my surprise, It has been hanging persistently and the apps keep malfunctioning unlike the purchase of Techno f5 I purchased about 2-3weeks ago which has been functioning properly.

I am kelvin I bought a merchandise on 21of July on a Saturday, a water dispenser and it was to be delivered to me within 2-3working days...then on a Wednesday I got an sms telling me that brayo the delivery man will be dropping my merchandise on that day... But since that day he has been postponing I until today when I met him, in ruiru and he told me that it was given to someone else...but I never got an SMS or a call... And now it has now been a week ...is this how Jumia deliver there service to the client?
verification for high amount of selected items
Trying to make payment for 6 items, with a total amount of N11, 122. (VAT included ).From different sellers.
But I have been charged to pay N17, 242 which is a ridiculous amount for a selection of just 6 items!.
The amount keeps increasing on each item added to my cart. This is rather outrageous and am discouraged towards adding more items to my cart for further purchases.

Hi i recently bought a phone on jumia order number. [protected]. Although delivery time was effective and on time i have to complain that jumia is providing low quality products. the phone arrived and was immediately put to charge as the norm. unfortunately the phone was not charging well. the phone depleted charge rather than charged. I called Jumia immediately on the same day and requested on a return. I was then informed on the policy of return or refund. the next day i called in and confirmed my want for a return. I waited and the item was picked. i eventually called and inquired concerning the refund on when i should expect a refund. Unfortunately Jumia rep kept giving excuses on how he product a was under review ad would be repaired. I repeatedly rejected the repaired product and went ahead and informed them that i needed a refund rather than a refurbished product.
Unfortunately Jumia seems not to wish to hear what the customer wants because today i was contacted by a delivery person to deliver the phone i therefore rejected the return and informed him that i wanted a refund.
I would like to get a refund and stop this return that has been planned by Jumia. Please assess this kind of behavior and caution Jumia suppliers in the kind of products that are supplied.

Hi im mitchelle I ordered quite alot from jumia from nait equipments to products beauty and stuff the online is fun but when it came to delivery the rider is very rude I dont know why buh he delivered each time buh ask me to go to him even after giving him direction and once escorted him to the apartment. I bought an economy kitchen bundle from Jumia anyways it was delivered in time but when I would be opening the package I found a type of fry pan with the worst quality ever. I can't even imagine the type of vendor who would be willing to sell that to a person.
