hi yesterday at about 10.20 am. I was coming down Ashford Road in Eastbourne on my mobility scooter going toward the beacon centre. I noticed in front of me on the pavement coming towards me was a just eat delivery cyclist. He was on his phone not looking where he was going. He did not see me untill the last minute. Luckily I managed to stop quickley before we colided. I shouted at him to get off the pavement. Before he killed someone. This is not the first time I have had to avoided your cyclists on the pavement. Once one shouted at me to get out of his way. which I refused to do as it is illegal to cycle on the pavement and the way he was rinding it was lucky he did not knock me down as we went passed.I am registered disabled so that is why I use a mobility scooter. Which is allowed on the pavement. The way he was riding was irresponsible and dangerous. I could have been a child walking along that road. PLease can you put the word out to your delivery cyclists that it is illegal to ride on the pavement rule 64 of the highway code
Desired outcome: I do not want anyone to get the sack just ask them to be more careful and not ride like lunatics
