And said so. Much to my surprise you took my banking details and kept them to help yourself to my account under the assumption that I wanted to join some kind of a club
I only noticed today that you have helped yourself to my money without any of my authority that is illegal
And please don't rob people that way you are not doing your business a favour as I will certainly be taking this to the ombusman and trading and advertising standards
I enquired about a service there was no question about joining some club and I certainly have never used any of your mechanics

to report this to our office of fair trading and they will take it from there

On January 20, 2019 I was reading info under Legal help regarding what documents to fill out for Power Of Attorney. This site came up and asked if i wanted to submit a question. That was it, i didnt sign any Membeship Forms, wasnt aware of a 7 day trial. I think I may have read there was a small fee charged for answering a legal question That would be the only way they could have got a hold of my cresdit card details .I have had $100 deducted from my account ever since January...over $1, 000! And they still cant send me any varification that I agreed to entering into this so called Membership. Stay aware everybody. They are a scam and know that they are making a fortune out of unsuspecting people who don't even realise what they are getting themselves into. Just such a shame they cant be charged, stopped or refund any monies back to people who have been duped.

I never filled the form for membership. I just went for $1 trial for medial advice, which I paid.
Now I see that they have withdrawn $45, 34 from my bank account, something about Membership. I did a cancellation of a membership that was not aware of, and got an answer within 15 min that my membership was cancelled. I really hope that it is the case. Then I mailed again and asked them for refund, no answer yet.

I am from Sweden and backpacking in Aida now. These money are so important to me. Anyway I got an email from my bank I Sweden, telling me that somebody unauthorized entity is using my card. I found on my card statement a charge of $46.00 on October 6. I never authorized it or new anything about you til then. I called and was told can't be removed I didn't authorize. I diputing with direct express and filed complaint with BBB also social security I want charge removed immediately. I don't know how you got my information but it was fraudulent

I have no idea why my credit card has been charged monthly by Just Answer from July, August and September 2019. I never used this serivce, my email is not connected with any account on this service and it is a total SCAM. A refund should be given immediately and I want to be contacted by the company to find out how this has even begun! So bad! What a disgrace.

Hello, at September 14th I emailed Avid, the company wo sold me a musicnotation program called Sibelius. I had problems reinstalling the program and they gave me a link to your webside. I gave my visa number and could ask a question for 1 Euro. I never spoke to a technician but saw by accident in my visa account that I still had to pay 1 euro. No problem, I will do that, but...I also saw that I have to pay 44 Euro's for membership in september 24th and another 44 euro's for October. This must be a mistake, I never signed in for membership and can't remember making an account. So please help me, this can't be right, I will pay the 1 euro although I didn't contact any of your technicians but I'm not willing to pay for a membership that I don't won't/have. my teenage son was billed $126.77 to ask how many episodes are in the walking dead series.
My 16 year old son who has a learning disability was uploading the Walking Dead series onto his x-box via his microsoft account.
He simply wanted to know more info about the series. Dissapointingly he was directed to "Just Answer".
On the 14 October 2019, He paid $5 for his question about the Walking Dead series which they were unable to clarify anyway.
On the 15 October "Just Answer" with drew $55.77 and again on the 22.10.19 another $66.
I am now going to the fraud of our bank to dispute this and assist my son. The $126 that Just Answer has taken from his account has deeply impacted him as he had to work for $11 per hour to save his money.
Taking advantage of minors for money is just grubby and I will be making a point as a parent to follow this to the full extent of the law.

I was charged £43 for the receiving of a call that I never had, I have the evidence that the call was unavailable and the evidence that the money was taken from my account. I see this is as a false advertisement, as well as a con. I would like a full refund for this call, I can provide the evidence that no call was made. I would advise no one to ever use this site, the advice was very jaded and false, there was no time for the customer, after explaining my situation it was just a generic reply and I feel I should not have been charged for a service I did not receive!

I took out $1 and did not sign up for a membership - I wanted to receive an answer to my question but I did not receive a valid answer and I had an additional $28 removed from my account. When I asked customer service about a refund, the man disregarded it and kept telling me to wait for the "answer to be sent to me in a few days." I have been given advice(legal advice in a civil matter)online, but seemed that the, , advice'' were not right so after a while I've asked for a refund, they confirm the refund(on that time, without knwing the bank closed my account and did not know)and they said they transffered, but the ban said the fund wouldn't possible reached account as it was closed and on the other side, the justanswer says they sent the funds and so on...

I asked a question and paid my £5 one off fee on March 2019. It was not clear I would have to cancel a subscription but did so in April by phone. I have been charged a monthly subscription since. It is now October and having had my bank stop payments and finally an email refunding September payment I am still left very much out of pocket
This is an absolute scam. The so called customer services say there is nothing they can do.

On September 21, 2019, I contacted Justanswer and paid the $5.00 fee for asking the question. When I paid the fee, it let me know that I had to cancel within a time limit, which was 7 days. I followed the instructions on how to cancel, but there was no off option under payment information. Justanswer deducted $46.00 from my account stating that it was a subscription fee. I also wrote a report about the service and wrote in there that report that I was cancelling my subscription because the lawyer had answered my question. I also went on line to try to resolve the issue and they wanted me to pay another fee to talk to someone. I did contact my bank and I filed a dispute.

I now find a monthly amount is being taken from my account. I did not agree to this. I wish the transaction stopped or I will have my lawyer deal with this through the courts.
At no point in the proceedings was I asked if I wished membership. This is a scam and is obviously a good one considering all the complaints I have read. Who can put a stop to this.

I was offered a 7 day free trial to ask a question, which I did. After two days, I finally received an answer to my question. After the 7 days, I was not notified that they were going to automatically charge my bank account $28.00 each month for a membership I did not want! At no point was I advised that after the 7 day trial period, that I paid $1.00 for, I would automatically be enrolled nor was advised how much they were goinig to charge me for continuing membership, that I did now want. I am on a fixed income and cannot affort to have this money taken out of my account, particularly without prior knowledge. I am sure that if I had not been notified by my bank as soon as the transaction completed, I would not have known about the debit until I got my bank statement, and technically I could have over drawn my account. How do I get my $28.00 back?
