a health problem
I waited for half an hour for a reply to a health question which they told me I would only have wait 8 minutes. They took £5 from my bank
and I did not get a reply to my question. I did phone my Bank to cancel the £5 but when I checked my Bank they Justanswer took the £5 out of my account. I am a Pensioner and £5 is a lot of money for me to lose just like that. Can you please help me get my £5 back? I shall try phoning my Bank again to try to get my £5 back. My Bank gave me a phone number to call to tell them I had canceled it, but

Hi I was recently create account with just answer been asked to pay 5 paund fee.
I did entered my card details.
After that been chatting with doctor somehow been offered a phone call instead of chatting, wich I accept. I didn't know I have to pay. After a wile checked my bank been charged 34 paunds fee. Quick I write back to doctor to not call me couse I didn't know I have to pay. However I tried to contact with customer service to explain the situation but suddenly no answer.

Good day, I am complaining about 2 monthly fees that came out of my bank account without my authorisation. The company I am talking about is Just Answer. They are meant to protect and advise consumers, but in the meantime, they are the one who mislead the consumers. When you ask them what is going on a robot, under the guise of a professional person, with a name and photo leads you, again to the place where you have to insert your credit card details... AGAIN! I had to cancel my credit Card to stop them from taking out any more money. They lead you to believe your question will be answered for R65.00 (refundable) but first you have to put your credit details in. Then They have you! they never refund your R65.00 and then they take a monthly amount of R599.00 out every month until you cancel the subscription which is difficult to do as you have to do a history search for info and numbers relating to your first question. I asked them to refund my money but so far they have not. I am now asking my bank to do an investigation into them. Through a Credit Card Dispute form

On 2nd June 2019 I used the Just Answer service about a problem I was having getting an internet repeater booster to work for which I paid £5.00 for a trial followed by £32.18 for a Remote IT service three days later.
I was then billed £38.00 on 12 July followed by a further £38.00 on 12 August for upgrading to Membership status which I never agreed to.
I would be grateful if you could refund me the sum of £76.00 for the aforementioned membership fees as soon as possible please.

I unsubscribed from Justanswer some time ago, there is a matter of $70 refund that I haven't received yet, could you please look into this for me. I haven't used justanswer since my first question and will not be using it in the future, I did pay $2 at the start but then you took $70 out of my account, I am now asking for a refund for that amount.

Used JustAnswer for a solicitor to answer a question about "Power Of Attorney" for the sale of property in the Philippines as the law there is quite different between NZ & the two countries. Paid NZD$8.00 for JustAnswer Trial for a 4 word sentence answer, then asked for a much more involved discussion I then refused showing a further payment of $81.00. THIS WAS NOT AGREED but still showed up as a charge against my credit card but never receiving any further answer about my only question! That's $20.25 per word, come on, get real. This is stealing money from people whom you should be able to trust with your own Credit Card details. Do not answer me back with any of your politics about how JustAnswer works. Put the NZD$81.00 back into my ASBBank Ltd account.

Reading reviews to your JustAnswer does not give your website any confidence to use. These tactics for websites is dead. You suggested something about an invoice but stealing funds from a credit card has the ability to do what you do. If you sent me an invoice first then there is a choice for not paying the full amount. STOP ABUSING CREDIT CARDS! Please get your morals in order.

The offered free legal advice and told me ask questions. I did. Then asked for $5 and my card details. They draw $5 02 July. Than asked for more money, but I said that I am not paying any more for something might be useless. Then I was charged $66 9 July. They emailed some useless text, not answering my questions.
I did not realise this is from the USA. They can not help me in Australia anyway.

Well more than 1 year ago, about April of 2018, we were having trouble installing a new printer. I went online for help. Apparently I submitted my issue to Just Answer (as well as my credit card number? --- I don't remember this much later). I also don't recall if their advice helped with the printer installation, but we did get it working eventually.
Today (Aug. 8, 2019) I examined my credit card statement about an old doctor bill. I discovered a $46 charge for Just Answer. I had no idea who that was or why they were charging us $46 that month (April 2019). I Googled them, found a Customer Service number and called. Mika (sp?) was very courteous and explained that I must have subscribed for a "7 day free trial" (after which our "membership" was continued indefinitely unless we cancelled it). I had no idea that I was subscribing for a continuous service and monthly charge; I would never do such stupid thing.
So, without realizing it, we've been charged $46 every month for almost 17 months without knowing we even had such a "membership" (or ever using it even once in that time). By my calculation, that's about $736 scammed from our bank account.
Yes, "Mika" cancelled my "membership" (thank heaven) and even refunded the last 3 months' charges. But we are still out about $600 for this utter scam! We want it all back! We cannot afford a "gift" of $600 to Just Answer for absolutely nothing!

I used the service on 7/22/19 about a problem with my car I paid $5.00 for service. A one time service. Now on 8/04/19, they billed my account for $34.00 for upgrading my membership which I never agreed to. I thought it was temporary for $5.00.I wanted a refund and they said I missed it by a couple of days. I hope I do not have to contact the PA attorney Generals office.

On the 16th of July I contacted Just Answer, regarding a mistake on a booking made on line. They did not want to hear anything I wanted to discuss without paying £5 for which I had to give my debit card details. Subsequent to that I realised the Hotel had written to me confirming the dates of my bookings. Therefore, I decided not to proceed . Meanwhile, Just Answer kept informing me that a lawyer is waiting to advise me. I did not respond, As I was made to understand on the window that appeared on line that if I do not proceed a refund of the £5 will be sent back to me.
Words fail me to make you understand how shocked I was to find out on checking my statement that Just Answer have deducted a further £40 instead of refunding. the initial £5 which they guaranteed to refund if I do not proceed with the enquiry.
There is no other way of contacting them to explain I am not proceeding and I want a refund, because every time you try to contact them they require £5 payment.
Please help me to get a refund of £45 . I do not find the method Just Answer use of squeezing money out of their clients before a service is delivered to the client's full satisfaction.
