Cannot get refund for canceled flight
Our Norwegian Air flight (reference # [protected]) in May 2020 was canceled due to COVID. Because we booked through JustFly, we cannot process a refund directly with Norwegian Air, but I cannot talk to a representative at JustFly to make the request. I wrote a letter to JustFly and they still insist I call Norwegian for the refund. Our refund can only be processed through JustFly. Unfortunately I have missed two phone calls from JustFly because I did not recognize their phone number.
On my most recent call to Norwegian, the agent gave explicit instructions on how JustFly can navigate their website to apply for a refund for us. I would process this refund if I could but I cannot; only JustFly can apply for the refund due to us.

Hard to talk to a human
The worst experience if one gets for sure is trying to reach justfly by phone. If you want to make a new reservation, you'll get connected in a flash. Any other reason — you press digits till your beard grows to a foot if you are a male. If female the hair on your head will grow up to your knee. With any doubt. It is a joke - fares are good and if you are real luck you may fly to/fro without any hitch. If not — you are sunk.
Pay a little more on other sites - better still buy directly from an airline.

I booked business class round trip to Lagos Nigeria and back to DC. I moved my return date twice. The second time I moved my date, they charged me over $1, 200 USD. I paid. Each time I moved my return date, I asked them if me seat would remain business class and they said yes. Only for them to bump me down to economy after charging me that much, during a time when airlines are not charging anything to change flight date. After begging and pleading for over 12 hours on the phone for them to give me back my business class seat on a different date, I've just been told that they have passed it on to their emergency department and the emergency or escalation department as they call it will contact me within 72 hours. I'm still trying to wrap my head around what travel emergency up to 72 hours after it happened. 24 hours is already gone and I'm yet to hear from the escalation department. I'm missing appointments, I miss my 4 year old son... I have used all of these to beg for JustFly's mercy and I mean literally but yet, I get no sympathy based on company policy. The last agent said if she helped me, it will cost me an additional $4, 000 USD, when a one way flight to Washington DC from Lagos on business class is just $2, 200 for the same airline. I am beyond angry and frustrated! And when I express this frustration, instead of helping me out, their staff hang up the phone on me after refusing to get a supervisor on the phone. If I don't hear back from them by midnight tonight I'm going to have to pay another $2, 200 for flight back home

Want to get back my ticket price, that I payd to justfly. All situation is covid related.
All covid 19 restrictions I checked on usa homeland security web page at the time of canceling my ticket.
Then I was promised a waucher, then was a time with no response regarding waucher, and now, after multiple calls, justfly reps is directing me to lot airlines

Return leg of overseas flight cancelled due to covid 19, almost a year ago and no answers about any refunds.
I booked a round trip flight on Air Canada online with the agency JustFly.com. JustFly booking # 177-379-682, Air Canada Confirmations # SIOQ5A, Departing Minneapolis January 26, 2020, returning from Buenos Aires April 25, 2020. The return flight of my round trip to Minneapolis to Buenos Aires was cancelled due to Covid-19. I called both Air Canada and JustFly in anticipation of my return flight date to secure a return but got no replies whatsoever. I was able to purchase a one way ticket with another airline for an additional $1,507 (Eastern, Confirmation # JCFOTZ, delayed for April 2 to April 3rd, 2020) to Miami, thanks to a tip from the American Embassy in Buenos Aires, and buy another ticket for $121 from Delta Air from Miami to Minneapolis (Conf # GFVE4Y, April 4th, 2020). Air Canada abandoned me stranded in Buenos Aires and said to address any complaints with the selling agency: JustFly.com. But JustFly.com does not field any claims either online or on the phone. Since my return I have been trying to get some compensation for the unused portion of my Air Canada return flights ticket, and not even mentioning the additional $1, 628 I paid to return home to Minneapolis.

Justfly refuses to rebook a SAS flight using my voucher credit according to SAS policy.
I booked a SAS flight with Justfly for round trip travel to and from EWR and HAM for May, 2020. SAS canceled the flight due to covid and issued a voucher credit which expires Jan. 7, 2021. SAS policy is that I need to rebook by Jan. 7, 2021 for travel any time 12 months from Jan. 7, 2021.
Beginning Jan. 5 for 3 days, I tried to rebook a SAS flight to HAM with Justfly using my voucher credit. Justfly refused to rebook a SAS flight for Sept., 2021, claiming I needed to travel by Jan. 7, 2021 in order to use my voucher credit. Justfly insisted that SAS send Justfly a waiver to use voucher credit for travel past Jan. 7, 2021. SAS informed me that Justfly needs to contact SAS for the correct policy on voucher expiry. I am unable to book a flight with Justfly using my voucher credit due to Justfly's misunderstanding of SAS policy on the correct usage of voucher credit.
As a result, I will lose my voucher credit because of Justfly's refusal to use my credit to rebook a flight according to SAS regulation policy.
Desired outcome: Justfly needs to rebook my SAS flight for Sept., 2021 using my voucher credit of $398.94.
JustFly- Did not pass on refund from Air Carrier
We used JustFly to book a European vacation which happened to be around March 2020. As you know the Covid emergency was just hitting but were assured from the airlines and the health notices that we would be able to fly. Long story short, we were caught in Finland and found that Iceland Air had canceled our flights with no rebooking. Since we booked through JustFly we were treated like dirt and had to attempt to rebook through JustFly. All Customer service numbers were busy, no answers. We had to scramble and rebook flights back to the states. Once back in the states we attempted to use the flight insurance we paid for to get a refund and was told that Covid emergency wasnt covered. We then followed their arbitration process to attempt to get a refund for the portion of the trip that was cancelled and not rebooked and in 9 months have been unable to get a response from JustFly. To make matters worse, we called Iceland Air and they showed us evidence that they REFUNDED the cancelled trip to JustFly who have kept the refund without passing it back to their customer.
These are the types of situations where consumers get to see the companies that are customer centric vs. the ones that are sleaze balls who hide behind a disaster. JustFly is a dishonest company and are thieves.

Hi Complaints Board,
I purchased cancellation insurance for 30.00 in early December for an anticipated flight on 27Dec20 to Phoenix, Az. I called Justfly Christmas evening to cancel.
They told me I would not get a refund, but a 'hold' of my funds to use from when I purchased the insurance to Dec 2021. To 'hold' my money would be 75.00.
Most companies like just fly are waiving the fee or the fee is much smaller than 75.00. This is way, way too much money.
I will fight this to the AT of California (companies US headquarters) BBB, and FTC.
Desired outcome: I would like the fee waived.

When Covid was discovered and it was confirmed that all flights were canceled. I hav confirmed with Norweigian that the refund was provdied to Just Fly but I have not received my refund.

Covid refund
I booked a flight with PAL for April 2020 via Justfly but I had to cancel because of COVID. I went through the process of cancellation on their website. I kept checking the status of my refund and it kept saying processed but it has been more than 6 months. I have not received my refund yet. I try to call customer service but every time I couldn't get a hold of someone. I just need my refund. Anyone who knows how to get ahold of anyone from Justfly? Thanks!
Cancelling the booking
I booked a ticket for India for 14th of Dec coming back on 7th of Jan to see my ailing father, he have been fighting with cancer since last 4 months and due to Covid, no body can fly. On 28th of Nov, his condition deteriorated and changed my ticket from 14th of Dec to 3rd of Dec until 31st, I paid almost 1150.00 on original booking and then Justfly charge me another $ 1400.00plus for the change in date. Some 1200.00 plus due change in fare while there site was showing difference for $ 800.00 if you search the same flight which they changing to and $ 200.00 for handling fees. So, I end up paying almost $ 2600.00. Today, British Airlines send me few emails to fill the personal health information and clarify that I can't fly on on OCI Travel Document to India, it have been changed recently, I need a Special emergency visa. So, I can't fly. I approached Justly for the refund and they are saying I am not eligible. On the phone they are directing me back to the website and no one is listening.

If there is a 0 star, I would give justfly a zero star. This company is scam. My flight was cancelled due to COVID 19 from IST to IAD by turkish airlines and I was charged $400.00 fee for two tickets by JUSTFLY when I asked them to cancelled since the flight was already cancelled by TK. After reviewing the website what I understood so far this company make more money in scam than selling tickets. Never ever buy ticket from justfly. You have to pay a heavy price. Just filed complaints against JUSTFLY with US Department of Transportation and Federal Trade Commission with the evidences.

Airline tickets cancel because of covid
We booked 10 one way tickets with Justfly for the 4th of July holiday. All flights were cancelled because of covid flying into Canada. We were told we would get some money back plus travel miles to use. NEVER have heard back.

No refund when flight cancelled and unethical behavior
I booked four adult tickets for a flight from Seattle, Washington USA to Cairns, QLD Australia on 12/29/2019 for 09/06/2020. Booking reference [protected]. My flight was cancelled.
Even though I didn't cancel the airline did, JustFly is not refunding my money. They insisted that I take a credit for a future flight (which I didn't want to do) and pay $35 per person for processing to even get the credit. This credit also has to be used by 12/28/2020.
I expressed my frustration that there is no way I can know if I can even re-book by 12/28/2020, since I would be re-booking for next year around the same time of my original booking which is why I wanted to be refunded instead. Also that its not my fault that the airline cancelled the flight.
I should not be punished and lose my $3, 587.40 + $140 when I'm not the one who cancelled the flight or putting restrictions on travel.
JustFly has also been emailing me about COVID-19 travel waivers and refunding my tickets since July. But their site has never worked when I tried to look into just refunding my tickets. It would appear to have except my information but it never send me a confirmation email. I called to inquire about the travel waivers and was told that it should be working, just try again. But it never worked, so I have just held onto to them hoping that everything really won't need to be changed.
JustFly customer service has been very unhelpful, unresponsive, and as of 8/31 was just down right sketchy. When I called yesterday, every time I told the representative that I was calling to get a refund because the flight was cancelled, they would hang up the phone. This happened three times then when I called the third time the phone message was "We're sorry you're calling after business hours, please call again". It was 8:32 to 8:45 in the morning and I was just talking to people! I called back at least 32 times in a 15 minutes but I didn't get through, like they flagged my number and added me to block call list. When I did get through I got sent to an apparent new automated system that they didn't have the first 36 times of calling that day or the previous 6 times on other dates.
Please, I would just like to be refunded.

I booked a trip on 02/28/20 with justfly for my wife and I and our three children. The trip was from columbus, oh to asmara, eritrea. Because of covid-19, we heard that you have to quarantine for two weeks once we get to our destination, so we attempted to cancel our flight but couldn't since it was non refundable. However, as time progressed flights were cancelled and we were informed that our flight is changed from may 31 to june 03. It was a problem as it was that we had to quarantine for two weeks once we get to our destination and two weeks once we come back home preventing us from going back to work or school right away. The flight that it was changed to wasn't even to our destination. My original flight was to depart from columbus, oh on may 31 fly to toronto, then to addis ababa, ethiopia from there, finally arriving in asmara, eritrea on june 02. Return flight departing on june 22nd from asmara>addis ababa>chicago>columbus oh on june 23rd. What they changed it to doesn't even make sense. Departure june 03 from toronto (I don't know how we're expected to get there), arriving at addis ababa for a layover of 1167 hours (that equals to 50 days and our entire vacation time minus the flight time). Then flying from there on june 22, to chicago and that is the final destination. Our return flight stayed the same even though we're neither going to be in asmara nor are there any flights from asmara. We have been trying to get our money back for couple of months now. Between justfly and ethiopian airlines, we have been getting a run around trying to get our money. We request a refund.
