Refund of paid seat assignment
I booked a flight from Washington DC to Zurich, Switzerland. it was cancelled by Swiss Air. I got a refund of everythign EXCEPT the $180.00 for seat assignment. Swiss Air states they have refunded that to Just Fly but I cannot seem to get it out of them! They have me $31.70 (?).

Cancellation/exchange
Due to having the symptoms of Covid19, I called the justfly agency to cancel my trip and get credit for future flights. I was told by Justfly customer service that I have to pay $75 cancelation fee as it is their policy. So, for getting credit on me and my husband ticket, we had to pay $150.
They should be able to wave it during covid 19 epidemic. Unfortunately, I was told they can't.
Never will deal with Justfly again.
Not getting any refund for flights being cancelled
I booked flights via justfly.com on 2/27/2020 to go to France in June 2020. Early June, I was advised that my flight was cancelled and I needed to modify it, but they required me to pay additional fees to change the flights that they cancelled. I changed my flights (outbound due 06/23/2020 and inbound 07/14/2020 to outbound 07/23/2020 and inbound 08/12/2020 as they confirmed it will be fine to fly on those dates. End of June, they sent an email to require to cancel my booking as the flight was cancelled. I tried to speak to them to ask for a full refund, but they do no longer answer the phone and only send emails to require to cancel flights. I have no options. They chose pre selected options (refund for outbound and travel credit for inbound). I didn't receive any email confirmation regarding the refund for the outbound trip which is worth more than $2,000. Besides their policy stipulates that I will not get a refund before 18 weeks, but I need the refund now. I booked all flights together (inbound and outbound) and I want a refund for my return too, not a travel credit. In the email confirmation I received or on my account (online), it says that the travel credit is only valid until 02/2021, but when I called westjet, the airline company, they said the travel credit is valid until December 2021 and on the justfly website, it says "February 2022). Having said this, I cannot reach justfly anymore, no way to communicate with them. I am making a claim to get a full refund as soon as possible. I do not wish a travel credit and I have no idea where my money is. Thank you. Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information.
Failed to notify us of cancelled flight - no refund
We booked a flight with JustFly for our family to fly home from Key West on Wednesday, July 24th, but the carrier, Silver Airways, cancelled the flight early in the month. JustFly never notified us, and in fact was sending us updates to check in and confirming our flight home the day before. Our family, along with 5 other people were standing in the airport trying to check in when we found out we had no flight. Had to pay for an additional nights stay, over $3000 in new plane tickets, a cancelled 2nd flight, lost days of work, and food and drinks for another 24 hours. They still will not refund our money and keep saying it is Silver Airways that has to approve it, but JustFly failed and never told us. We have contacted them now over 10 times and I have the email from Silver Airways stating they are not paid if they do not fly, so there is nothing to approve.
Refund
I contacted them within the 72 hours before my flight which I have records to confirm! I spoke to someone and they said they would issue a full refund. I never recieved it! I called them today and was told that I had to pay them 85.00 to give me my refund! I told them to take it out of the refund and they said they couldnt! Customer service is crap! They should ahve their business license revoked and shut down!
Refund of airline tickets
I purchased round trip tickets from SFO to AGP on Jan 8 2020. My flights were cancelled due to Coronavirus. The airline I booked on is not currently flying and told me to contact Justfly for travel credits or a refund. Justfly told me that I was not eligible for either one. I was told by the Airline (Norweigan) that I could fly at a later date (early next year) but they were not 100% sure they would actually be flying. So, they said to contact the booking agent Justfly to ask for future travel credits or a refund. Oh, I also bought travel/flight/trip insurance. I did this and both were rejected. At this point I am ready to call my CC Company and ask for a refund ( as Justfly is not available either by live chat (which they don't have) or e-mail or by phone (have called several times. Cancelled flight
I purchased 2 roundtrip tickets on united airlines (05/08/20 -05/17/20) through justfly.com. Due to covid-19, united airlines cancelled the flights and per their emails, refund was issued to travel agency (justfly). After several conversations with agent from justfly, they are not willing to pass along refund from united to me. An electronic travel credit was initially offered, but had to be used by nov 5, 2020 for the same travel itinerary (flight route ont-sfo-sin). Since I am not able to travel to singapore before the nov 5th deadline, I did not accept the travel credit (which came with a rebooking fee charge per ticket from justfly).

When I was googling to find a one way fly ticket from Las vegas. NV. to Fort Lauderdale FL, justfly site came up with a fly that I was interested in and I click on it, then, the site offered me alternative dates with better deals and I selected one, I followed the steps and when I submitted the payment and got the confirmation number. the site gave me the option to see the itinerary and its when I realized that the departure point was Detroit Michigan and not Las Vegas Nevada that, that was was I was looking for. Within the next 5 minutes I was calling justfly to explain them the mistake I just made and that I just needed to modify my departure point to Las Vegas.
Representative Angel, answer the call and explained that they will charge me $75 in order to do that or to cancel my reservation to which I replied that it was very unconsidered and more like a deceptive accion in a case of a modification within 5 minutes. (you can verify this information with the time of purchase and your phone records).
No need to express how upset and disappointed, this interaction made me feel, specially when I explained Angel that they still were going to sell me a fly ticket because I needed, That it was just a matter of changing the departure point and also I express to Angel how this charges would negatively affect my current financial circumstances due to been unemployed from COVID19.
Wish she ignored and repeated that they needed to charge me the $75 for this changes. At this point I decided to ask Angel to please let me speak to her supervisor to which she reply that there is not supervisor available. Then I asked Angel for her information because I needed to file a complaint and she told me all she could give me was her first name (Angel) no last name and not agent number available either.
In my opinion I have done all the efforts that its required to modify my reservation and still $75 have been charged to my credit card.
I need assistant getting those $75 refunded to me

Unethical business practice
I had to reschedule my flight because of the Covid 19 situation. The airline, JAL had no fare change, as I contacted them before I contacted JustFly. I confirmed the new flight information with JAL, and actually confirmed seat assignments, but was told I needed to rebook through JustFly. After explaining my situation to 2 different people, I was informed that there was going to be a fare increase. I asked for supervisor, and was hung up on. I called back, explained again the situation, referencing both the JAL website, and emails, and the JustFly website and emails stating no fare increase...but was again told there was a fare increase. Again I asked to speak with a supervisor so I could forward the JustFly email to them. I was again hung up on.
I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I in any way recommend them to anyone I cared about! Unethical...at the very least!
Airline tickets
I got my PAL flights tickets from them from LAX to Cebu, Philippines. My return flight flight to LAX due to Corona Virus my flight #[protected] PAL Confirm#TLA8S0 was cancelled for April 23rd, 2020. Now there are flights back and they want big money (672.00 each, to give me a flight back. I would pay a much smaller amount but this is taking advantage of the CO-VID 19 virus. So called travel credits
I had two flights booked through justfly. One for march and another for april of this year. Both of these flights were canceled by the airlines. Per justly in order to receive any travel credits, I first had to "officially" cancel my flights. I show I have the credits; however, when I tried to rebook these flights using my travel credits, I was told I had to use and take my trip by next month. Never mind the covid-19 issue we are having the travel restrictions. I was rudely told by customer service, "use your credits by june or lose them". My advice, don't just complain on this site. Visit the bbb and file an official complaint.
Refund for service never delivered
I purchased a round trip ticket to Israel Nov, 17, 2019 for flight March 31, 2020. The flights were cancelled and ElAl sent emails that they would offer either credit for a reschedule or refunds. However, if you did not buy from their website, you needed to apply to the "travel agent" for the refund. I first tried doing this on their website. There was not an option for flight cancelled, so I had to use cancel. Never got a response and on subsequent visits to their website, it did not show that the flight was cancelled or that I had requested a refund. I have tried calling on numerous occasions and first I speak to someone, who then puts me on hold for a while, and then comes back and tell me I need to speak to a specialist. Then I am put on hold for the rest of the day, until the call drops. I tried contacting my credit card company (Chase), but the purchase was made so long ago that it is not even available to dispute. Forget about trying to reach a human being by phone. And leaving a secure message, just received responses that are not specific to my problem. I had purchased flight insurance, so have also applied for that. After this experience, if I ever fly again, I will book straight from the airline. My husband booked his ticket with asaptickets.com and has had the same frustration. Except the last time he called, he was told that he needed to speak to the original agent who took his call.
Refund for 2 airline tickets
I paid for two airline tickets to and from Greece scheduled to depart April 13, 2020. Due to the Corona Virus, the airlines cancelled all but one leg to the trip which was from ABQ to DEN. I made numerous calls to JustFly in order to reimbursed for the tickets per the DOT policy. JustFly said that airline would only change the flight dates but I had to use both tickets for the same destination through the same airlines; and I had to rebook by January 2021. When I indicated that I wanted a full refund, the JustFly agent said she would contact the airline and JustFly would send me a response via email. I waited ten days without getting a response. After multiple attempts to get JustFly on the phone, on April 21st, the agent said his support team would get an answer from the airlines and return my call in 2-3 hours. 30 hours later, I still have no reply and no refund.
Ticket purchase refund due to coronavirus
I purchased 2 passenger round-trip business class tickets from Newark NJ to Paris Orly from justfly.com on "La Compagnie" airlines. "La Compagnie" canceled the flights due to coronavirus. The airline authorized justfly.com to issue me a refund ($2, 000). When I contacted justfly.com, they claimed they hadn't heard from the airline. I waited 7 days, re-confirmed with the airline that they has sent the authorization. The airline asked me to have justfly.com request the authorization again. To date, the airline has not received that request. In addition, justfly.com told me that when, and if, I get the refund, they would subtract $33.90 because I paid for seat selection and they do not refund seat selection fees. So I am paying for assigned seats on a flight that doesn't exist.
Airline tickets
I booked flights in January with Justfly. My Frontier flight changed days on me and I spoke with them and they refunded my flight. They had to refund it to Justfly as it's a 3rd party. I called Justfly and was told no refund, called again and told I may be eligible for a refund but I needed to wait at least 2 billing cycles to see if my credit card was refunded then transfered me again when I said I wasn't waiting more than 2 months "to see if my refund occurred" as my flights were cancelled so I want my refund that Frontier already told me I would get since they changed my flights by days and I need the mo ey to rebook. This is not acceptable and is horrible customer service. My last call they transferred me and I was on hold for almost 2 hours to what I assume was a dead line as there was no music. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and furious that I have spent hours to get the refund I was told I would get from Frontier.
Payment not received
We booked airline tickets on Finnair for Dublin, Ireland (JustFly booking number171-192-491). The flight was canceled due to the Coronavirsus. I spoke directly with the Finnair airline (Confirmation Number S2W853) who told me I was entitled to full refund. Since we booked through a travel services company we needed to contact them. Justfly was been unresponsive and will not speak to the airline directly. Justfly says that it needs a waiver code but Finnair says it doesn't issue this type of code. They have put the authorization directly on the documents that Justfly uses or sees.
My flights are canceled and I need rebook
In octobere 2019 booked a flight with justfly.com from ewr to vno and return, leaving 05 04 20 conf # uqcbph, book#[protected] my flights 910 909, 744, 745 canceled becauce of covid-19. I read through the new rules, policy and stated there is any reasons why should not receive arefund. Please change my dates of flight for the next year without penalty
Unauthorized charge
On March 19, 2020 you charged my credit card 75.00.
I never authorized this charge.
Any dealings between you and myself has been billed through Affirm and paid in full to Affirm.
I request a full refund on my credit card.
And I never received credit for my seat charges or insurance reimbursement that was on my original flight.

The airlines did not return us the full amount only half of the amount and the additional charge of 200$ for cancelation
Flight tickets booked from March 3-March 23 to Europe were canceled by us in accordance to Covid-19 and after trying to negotiate for full refund, credit or voucher non of these were agreed with.
The airlines refunded us only with half of the amount plus a charge of 200$ penalty fee. Hereby I'masking for help returning us the fair amount since the situation is not our fault.
not receiving a refund
I made my flight in February before there was a worldwide pandemic. Due to the events that have taken place there's been a shutdown of various businesses and employees not being able to work. In order to stay a float and in need of money I was in need to cancel my travel plans for a full refund. I thought this was possible since I purchased the CSA travel protection plan. Now that I call back to try and get a refund they state that it's written they don't need to refund me even though I purchased a travel protection plan! I read through the policy and stated there's nothing in the policy that states any reason why I shouldn't receive a refund. The Rep states I need to be a "economy" traveler and all I was is just a "basic economy" traveler and didn't qualify for a refund! I asked to have them show me verbatim where it states that in either policy. They kept giving me the run around and eventually without any warning places me on hold while I was still talking! The Rep obviously couldn't provide an adequate answer for my questions and couldn't provide a suffice reason to refund me even after going over the policy that I purchased that should've covered me. HENCE THE REASON TO PURCHASE A TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN! In case of emergencies. This was the absolute worst experience a company like this can give. They need to help individuals instead of taking advantage of them in these types of worldwide emergencies
