Kapruka.com not delivered requested date & time

I have ordered 3 (three) deliverables for Mothers day and 1st one delivered in the late afternoon on the same day (asked for mid day) and the 2 (second) delivery delivered around 8.30pm (night) on the same day. However my 3rd (third) delivery came after 2 days of Mother’s day, around 3.00pm.
I have tried Kapruka Colombo phone number and they answered only for my first 2 attempts of my calls, however after they recognizing (I believe) my number they didn't picked up the call and put me on hold in each time. I have called them 24 time (from overseas) on their given hot line, +[protected]. Then contacted Kapruka Liberty Plaza branch contact, same story made around 10 times and answer the call and told me that they will come back to me on deliverables, however never did. I am totally disappointed of their behavior. I was totally confused as there are no other means of contacting them to check where the deliverable are.
I have emailed all of Kapruka email numbers on the same day, however no answers until the I am writing this email (that is after 2 days of the event).

Kapruka.com birthday flowers and gift delivery

I have been using Kapruka for years and have always been satisfied with their service until this year. But sad to say that they now have some extremely ignorant staff who don't really care about their mistake. I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers and gift vouchers to be delivered to my mother on her birthday at her office. My mom has been receiving gifts from me through kapruka for the past three years at this same office address with no issues. But this year they never delivered anything on the day and neither did I get any call about it to atleast keep me informed about it. The reason they told me the next day when I rang them was that they had trouble finding the address. The office gets lots of clients and post mails sent to its address with nil issues for more than ten years so I don't understand why it was so hard for kapruka to find it especially when they have done deliveries to this place previously with no issues. When I rang their hotline and spoke to a guy called Jude, he seemed least bothered about my frustration or anger. Just asked so what do you want now and when I said I am really disappointed and would prefer getting a refund said will organise that. Never bothered to apologise for their mistake on not delivering on the promised date. Online sellers and especially vendors like kapruka who deliver items on special occasions need to have some sort of care towards their customers. If they don't really value the fact that people need to receive their bday gifts on their actual date and not another date then they shouldn't be in this business. For the past few years I was extremely impressed by your service guys but now it's a shame to say you guys have lost all the respect I had for the service your'll do. Please don't continue this with other customers and continue to disappoint people who take the effort to send gifts n surprises to loved ones who live miles away. Just hoping my refund comes through after all the disappointment I had to go through.

Kapruka.com order vauteeb908c5 - incorrect delivery of the cake and poor quality of flowers

I am highly dissappointed and very annoyed over the incorrect delivery of my below order.

Its been 2 days now since i made the complaint via email to kapruka but have not received any response from you. My original email had all the pictures of the cake received and the flower arrangement with poor quality flowers. I have attached the pictures once again.

I have been a regular customer with Kapruka and these type of irresponsible and unacceptable customer service is very dissappointing.

Your team has ruined my mother in laws birthday. She had guests home and she was in a very difficult situation as the cake delivered is wrong and not a nice one and the flowers are of very poor quality.

You must understand that people like us who live so far from our families depend on services you provide to make our loved ones happy on their special days and this is not what we expect. You should learn to be more responsible with client orders.

I need the correct cake and the flower arrangement with good flowers delivered to the same address as per my order. You must understand the embarassing situation you have put me in with my inlaws.

Please action asap.

Dear Kapruka Management,
Colombo, Sri Lanka.

On 14.02.2017 (yesterday), I sent a gifts parcel through your service in Sri Lanka and one of receive products having a poor quality and the total inside has been fungus attacked as well in the baby bag.

The order included,
1. A Pizza;
2. A Superman theme Cake;
3. A Thanking card;
4. A Baby Bag;

It is regret to mention here that your service for the order reference number: AT0AF478E228 cannot be the accepted as the required quality.In this regard, my beloved wife has informed to the Kapruka concern parties through 0094 [protected] (Mobile) in Colombo office on the same day itself due to I am working in Qatar at the moment and the action or remedy against this has not been taken up to date ( or replace with the new one soon).

Being a regular customer for your esteemed organisation and this kind of scenarios will be highly frustrating as well.For your ready reference, the two photos of the relevant baby bag's inside has been attached herewith, please.

Your early attention will be highly appreciated as well.

Kapruka.com not delivered the item

We have paid for a jewellery set for US$51.67 on 13th Januray 2017. We have mentioned to call the recipient before delivery and given 3 telephone numbers to contact before delivery.

It supposed to be same day delivery but on the day the customer service phoned and said that they can not deliver the good on the same day.

Five days later- On the 18th January 2017, we had an e-mail saying that item was delivered without contacting the recipient. The recipient never received the jewellery we paid for.

I am very disappointed with Kapruka and I expect a full refund.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible as it has been over a month now.

Kapruka.com flowers/real estate

We have ordered through Kapruka.com few times for many years, up to last year they were fine. They messed up our real estate advertisement last year, did not advertised, I had to blast all the top managers to get it sorted out yet no one seemed to care.
Making the same mistake again, we ordered some flowers for my mother for Valentine's Day . Thought things have changed . We were WRONG!
website said they can deliver flowers only on 16th feb(2016) . On the 16th evening they sent a mail saying they delivered the flowers at +GMT.
Up to today (18th) we have no recieved the flowers l and cannot contact the hotline .i contacted the owner Dulith Herath through Fb, he only responded first time saying he will looking to it, I can see him seeing my msgs, but he didn't reply to me . If owner practice this type of low skills, you can imagine about the company .
We wanted the flowers to be surprise to my mother, now it has become a joke ! She stays at home thinking it will be delivered any day, even calling the hotline all the time thinking they will answer !
What a dilemma for my old mother !
Do not order though this company anymore ! I think they have turned out to be scam artists !

Kapruka.com online product service

Order Reference Number is :AR1ACBA2F14F http://www.kapruka.com/contactUs/orderStatus.jsp I ordered fish through Kapruka and not delivered to a address in Colombo-Sri Lanka. After making repeated phone calls over 5 days, they agreed to refund the money. The Red rice I ordered was sub graded and smells bad when boiled. The Soya packs are expired. The customers must beware of this kind of online service.

Kapruka.com I couldn't contact them and tell about the second charge

I have ordered cake from Kapruka for Mother’s Day. I placed the order and got the notification that money was taken from me, but couple of minutes later I received the second notification. They charged me twice and sent me two cakes, but the second charge wasn’t authorized by me. I tried to contact them and called 10 times, but only machine voice replied. Bad services.

I would like to bring your attention of the poor service that I received from your staff at Sri Lankan outlet. My mother's 50th birthday was on 18th of May & I ordered a cake (CAKEFAB00100)
Flower basket & B'day Candles
My order was confirmed on 16 th of May as mentioned above.
Please check the other documents as well. It was agreed that the products to be delivered in 18th of May. I simply arranged the birthday party of my mother with few invitees in the evening of 18th.Everything was perfectly arranged for the party except the birthday cake which was scheduled to be delivered with your company on time.
In the evening of 18th we went my mother's place in order to celebrate her birthday. When I went there your company has already arrived & they have delivered only candles and the flower basket.
Actually it was a surprised present for my mother which she ever had. When I saw the presents not only my mother, I too surprised. What a shame ! there were only candles and the flower basket.
The Cake was not there & it has missed. I was shocked and I rang up the customer care hot line [protected]) which was appeared on your web site.
The call was answered a person named Mr.Chef (we believe that is his name) He had no knowledge about the products and orders. He was too rude while talking.He told me that he can't do anything as a help he will send another cake within 30 min to our residence. He too told me that the cake was cheaper than the cake which I have initially ordered. Now the time is around 08.00pm. Even after 45min the cake was not delivered.
Again I rang up several times as I was clueless on that time. Mr.Chef answered and he took a very aggressive tone with me at first and when I argued my point he started to shouting me. When I asked him to transfer the call to his senior he refused to do and he bang the Call.
Now the time is around 09.00pm
We have been put too much of considerable inconvenience throughout the situation. Mean while my husband went to buy another cake & he could hardly found a small cake as most of the shops were closed at that time.
At around 10.00pm when the celebration was finished one man called to me that he was informed me that he is with a cake. Finally he was able to find our residence. He was a tuk tuk driver (Taxi Driver) like street boy bring us a cake. The cake was totally different from the Cake which I had originally ordered. The boy who delivered the cake had not any legal document. He was wearing a short and a tea shirt.
Is this the professional delivery system of your company? Just want to Clarify.
The best thing was the company people has given my personal mobile number, my mother's personal number and as well as our home address. They have given him a hand written paper with our numbers.
When we do online purchasing we give our personal details as a matter of Trust/Respect to your company. We believe on you . At this stage they have sent our personal details to unknown persons.
In one of your document you have mentioned as,
" At Kapruka, you can shop with confidence. We use the latest encryption technology, digital certificates, secure commerce servers, and authentication to ensure that your personal information is secure online. "
Is there any online secure after giving our personal numbers to unknown persons, ?
That was the second unprofessional part of this deal. I found this behavior (giving personal numbers to unknown persons) was exceedingly unprofessional & this behavior was caused us great deal of inconvenience. This service is definitely below the standard we expected.
The other un professional part was they took such a long time around 16 Days to refund my money. First half of the money they refund after we call them. & the second part still not received. Please check the other attachments as evidence for this. Totally they should refund US $41 but they have refund only US $22.
This situation was very disappointing. If your staff don't like servicing customers questions don't let them to answer the phone as because this is not the great way to treat customers as a great company.
I trust this is not the way of well known company wishes to conduct the business with the customers & we hope you will choose your staff wisely to service your customers well for the long haul.
Those kinds of behaviors will definitely bring down your good name in the future & such un professional service was not expected from a reputed company like yours.
Hope those kinds of unfortunate incidents will never happen to the daughters who would really like to treat their Mothers' well. As the time they have spoiled can't get back and can't give an exact value for that!

I ordered a cake online to be delivered outstation for my sons birthday on the 8th May of this year. I paid the money thru Cargills food city. cost of the cake and the delivery charges. As it was not delivered on the day I ordered and there were 2 missed calls, I tried to contact the number several times, but failed then suddenly I managed to get connected and a girl spoke to me but the call was disturbed and couldn't here any dam thing from my side. I tried the next day i.e on the 9th May and same thing happened. After trying for so many hours a male answered the phone and as usual the call was disturbed and with difficulty I managed to speak and he asked me for some number and I told him to hold the line for a second, then when I reached he has cut the line.

I sent so many e-mails regarding same and there was no respond up to now, . I am so disappointed and so dissatisfied of your poor service. This is the first and the last, I will not recommend your service to anyone.

Please refund my money back as I don't need your service any more.

Kapruka.com delivery of damaged and dry flowers

My fience has sent a dozen of fresh roses for the valentines day and they delivered it in a box and all the flowers were pretty old and most of the petals were damaged and dry.

i called the customer care and they said they will arrange a redelivery but i did not receive any flowers nor they pick up the hotline number when i call.

very disgusted and disappointed by your irresponsible service.

I just found out how pathetic my fiancee is. It turned out that he did not want to spend that much money on me. He asked for a discount on the flowers. He asked if they could send him older flowers and get a discount on them. That is why they won't redeliver. I got what he paid for. At first he denied it and I believed him. But later he confessed to this and told me that he was not going to send me flowers anyway but only did so to get into bed with me before we were married.

Just found out how cheap my fiancee is. It turns out he asked if they could give him a discount on the flower if they deliver older flowers because he did not pay full price. They told me this is why they won't redeliver. It turned out that my fiancee only sent flowers so he could get into bed with me before the wedding.

Kapruka.com did not deliver all the items

I ordered a cake and a bottle of whisky for my dad's birthday from Kapruka .com. They delivered the cake but not the bottle of whisky. Called the Colombo office about 5 times during last 3 weeks, everytime we call, they say they are going to deliver it today. It has never been delivered until now. Ordered on the Apr 17, 2011 for next day delivery. Today is May 9th. The biggest problem is no one answers the USA/Kentucky numbers.

yes they did the same thing to me. The martini bottle is not yet delivered and now it is over a month. Apparently this is a normal thing with Kapruka

Kapruka.com payement details are available to everyone

When I asked to not give info about the sender they have given all info to receiver. I wanted to make it surprise.

I did not put sender's name but I had to fill the payment details. They have given my all details from the payment page. That means it is not secure to give them the credit card details because it is available to all.

Do not go to Kapruka if you want to deliver anything in Sri Lanka.

Ordered pizza for birthday party in advance. They didn’t deliver the order, it was an embarrassing situation as guests were waiting to celebrate the birthday. Finally we had to take them out for dinner.

Call center was not reachable, next I had to call the support team but all they said was sorry. …

Accept an orders for products not in their inventory. Then give a ride without refunding. I ask the prostitute media to stop campaigning for this scoundrel. They are not even close to be called a IT company. Their capacity to run as business need to verified.

I am a very disappointed customer.This is not the first occasion, they are never on time & less coordination on confirming the order. Also call center staff is very impolite. But the sad part is they do earn the money. I wish there are companies would give a better run to Kapruka.

My sister is pragnent and I wanted to give her a good Thai food lunch . So I ordered and she said she couldn't eat the lunch . She could only tasted pepper in that food. Very bad quality and asked me not to order anymore. I been using kapruka since 2008 but this is the first time we were disappointed with the product...

I have placed an order for a birthday gift (Flowers) to be delivered on 10th March 2016 by 9 AM but the gift is not delivered even until 3 PM to the Birthday Person. Almost 3/4 of the day gone and what is the point of delivering the flowers in the evening for a birthday person !

I'm very disappointed and frustrated with Kapruka 's service !

Kapruka's delayed delivery service made an unpleasant situation in my family and I feel very shamed to talk to my family people !

Kapruka...Please don't promise anything to your customers, if you can't keep it !
