rc book not received
Pl. note that I purchased new Car from your Piplod Showroom on 7.06.2017 and received my RC Book from PAL RTO after one month. There was error in printing in RC book so it was given back to Mr. Amir Ali for correction on 27/7/2017. After about 4 months I have not received back my new RC book. You are requested to do the needful on priority. The details of my Car is as below:

not proper service at makarpura vadodara centre
I sent my car for service in the month of may-17.after receipt all service related to car done as per report and invoice. They have mention in report that car CNG fitting outside so problem is not after service. But as I experienced my car is frequently stopped during running and change of gear.
Also as on today I have show my car to same place for power steering, speedometer and audo meter failures, the service man told me to send the car after diwali laabh Pancham i.e. approx one week time. It means at service station no spares available.
Against this I shown this problem to KD Motors, Bhuj they confirm to compete the case within 3 to 4 hours with replacement a of a CHESS Sensor of power steering.
So please confirm the status and inform to manager for resolve the problem s of customer at the same time.
vehicle service
I have given my Ertiga car for service on 14.08.2017 to Kataria Automobiles, Makarpura, Vadodara. The remote of the music system was also sent with vehicle. But after service, I have received vehicle without Remote control. I have contacted Kunjkumar, he has told to send the same on next day. But same was not sent back to me. I have reminded many times but till date Kunjkumat has not sent the same.
This is very unprofessional approach.
Kindly send the remote control of music system.

Dear Sir, I have given my wagnor for Regular Service at Kataria Automobiles Salatwada Vadodara after service I found so many problems like cleaning washing & major problem is response of your officer. There were some changes/replacements require in car we have requested him to do the same but officer response was not satisfactory. I have recd call from customer care & I told them that I am not at all satisfied from their service.
I have purchased car from Kiran Motors and service was alson done over their but on special request from Kataria Sales man I have renewal my insurance policy from Kataira last two years & also on my reference 2 Ecco car purchased by relatives from Kataria Automobiels Makarpura (Buyer name : Dharmendra Joshi).
Really such bed service is not acceptable from company like Karatia.
In spite of our so many calls to change one break light your representative not responded.
Requested you to take this issue at your Salatwada Service center & resolve my problem asap.

regarding delay in car repair under insurance
Dear Sir,
I offered my car for repair under insurance to ' Kataria automobiles Pvt ltd, at palanpur gam, opposite sai tirth Apt, Adajan, Surat, gujarat" on dated 07/06/2017.
You can verify this date of repair on 'job card' at workshop if you want.
I am writing it today on dated 22/06/2017, after 15 days because till date no work has been under progress except survey.
Only car survey has been done. And since last 10 days car job has not started due to non-availability of car parts, as informed by your workshop (bodyshop) representative.
Whenever I asked for how long it takes to start the car repair, they gave me answer of within 02 days but its day number 15-Fifteen and still car lying in workshop yard unattended.
This is really frustrating.
Pls do the needful.

poor time management

I had purchased Ertica zdi in kataria automobiles in domlur branch. The refund was not given as they had promised. We had tried reaching them many a times but they didn't respond to me properly. The service is very poor
delay in delivery
These people delibrately do the delay in delivery in order to do frauds in the discounts and schemes ongoing in the current month. They will not give you delivery of the car in the same month is promised, coz in next month the discount and other benefits may be lowered or not offered at all.

I own a car, purchased by my firm RR KABEL, Reg no DN09 F
0371 Chasis no 121569. Recently I had an accident for which my car had went to
service with Kataria Automobile Athal, Silvassa, against Insuarnce claim. Total
bill came to Rs 37472. In same I was informed that Radiator and Condensor were
replaced. I had informed that my Safety door lock too is damaged and door do
not close automatically. Niether the same was repaired, nor did it considered
in Insuarance. Last 20 days I am following Mr Yadav ([protected]) but he is not
responding for Door Issue.I had also complain immediately on 2nd day that there
is some abnormbal sound coming from Engine side/Bonnet, but I just being
informed that due to no manpower or Holiday period no workman are there so we
will call you in 3-4 days, but alas since last 20 days there has been no
call.due to no central lock, I have to face lot of problem. Also always in fear
due to sound from Bonnet. Also for information, the parts replaced in my car
are not shown to me, neither the old rejected parts are shown to me. I doubt if
they have just repaired the damaged parts and have claimed of new parts. Apart
from this one door part, has been completely rusted, same has been shown to
Katatia Service VApi - a year ago, but no action on same is done. How can a
part of Car which is powder coated gets rusted so badly. I have never in my
life had seen such in any of car. Expect a +ve response on my complain

I have given my Wagon -R car for 4th servicing in the last month. After the servicing it was observed that car starts jerkingwhen speed lowers down. Immediately I informed kataria services vapi about this problem. Mr.prajapati attended the problem and told me that he has not observed any problem and went back but the problem remained unattended. After three days I again informed about the same problem to Mr Prajapati and then he agreed to take the car along with him and now he has informed me that there is some problem with the car ignitor and it will cost me Rs 2100. The problem was not there before servicing and it is clearly the mistake from the services side. I have already paid the servicing charges but for problems which arose due to poor servicing how am I responsible for its payment.
I buy Maruti wagon r car from katariya automobile Rajkot on date 1/8/2023. Pls check full video of the deal the DSE cleraly said me your refund amount is. 1480000. But now he refund only 121000.
