I want to express the disappointment when I purchased 5 Rice Krispies Treats-Birthday Cake Boxes of 14 individual wrapped treats. When I opened the box I was surprised that all the Birthday Cake Treats were in PINK. We had a large Birthday Party for a boy.

I had to take all the Treats and cover them in Silver paper and put a paper sleeve over the Silver Paper. It took hours, which I was running on limited time.

First your box does not say the treats are in PINK wrappers. Stop and think do you know that Boys also have birthdays.

Your boxes should have new Art work and stipulate that the treat wrappers are in PINK. You also need wrappers in Blue. Don't forget the hoys.

Last week I bought a package of cinnamon brown sugar French toast When I opened the package this morning for breakfast and there was only 3 French toast the package said 6 the numbers on the package are [protected] and K205055001/NLI#16624 the package was bought at market basket in Danvers mass

Where is the quality and quantity control?

The last 9 months, I have yet found any strawberries in any given box of Kellogg's Special K RED BERRIES, just tiny flakes at the bottom of the bag. Does Mexico (where this particular product was made, have no strawberries?)

Estimated boxes purchased 6 in the last 9 months, from various retailers.

Please address this issue and please replace our purchases with something Kelloggs would be proud of.

Your Cinnamon Pecan cereal is WONDERFUL... Please keep it up!

I Purchased a box of Eggo Thick & Fluffy French Toast from Target in Bethel CT on Saturday, April 2, 2022, which advertised 6 slices, our box only had 5 slices, very disappointed childen who had to split theirs to make it even.

I understand machines do not always know how to count, but items should never be short of what is stated on the box. Three children eating each wanting two slices..

I purchased this product on 3/28/2022 at Kroger's. When I opened the individual package there was loose crackers inside, but no cheese in between the crackers. To look at the package it appears there is cheese, the holes that are on top shows cheese but there is nothing in between. Somebody in quality control missed this package. The Kroger store I purchased the crackers was on 7580 Beechmont Ave. Cincinnati Oh. 45255. The price was $3.29. The expiration date is Jan. 07/23. To Whom It May Concern:

I have a very sad daughter, who has just learned of the recent discontinuation of her favorite cereal. It was more than just a breakfast, it was an after school snack, a dessert that seemed better than an ice cream option for parents, and a reason for family celebration.

We are using this opportunity to practice our persuasive writing skills.

Reasons why M. feels Smart Start should still be on the store shelves.

1). It's the best cereal because it's crunchy.

2). We call the white bits, "jackpots" and whenever she or her twin brothers would get one, there would be a mini celebration at the table.

3). It was the perfect combination of jackpots and flakes

4). We called it "mommy cereal" because she would only crave this when she was pregnant.

5). Smart Start has been a family staple of ours for years and we are currently working through this emotional realization.

In conclusion, we think Smart Start should not be discontinued.

We also would like to politely ask if there are any boxes available to be shipped to us? Perhaps this is a couple left in the warehouse that could be sent our way? That would be able to help us cope with a seamless transition of no more Smart Start in the morning and for our family jackpot celebrations.

I would like to inquire about the quality control of your Town House Pretzel Flip Side Crackers.

I have purchased this product because my wife and I enjoy the crackers very much and wonder why every time we open the box 30% of the crackers are broken. It seems that at the retail rate of this product and it being a superior product, that Kelloggs would try and get the cracker to us in one piece.

Please try and do better.

After purchasing a box of frosted mini wheats (18oz), I found that the cereal had almost no frosting on them. Was it just a bad batch or has the product changed? I had to put sugar on them to make them taste a little better but it still was not the same. I called the comments phone number on the box, but was hung up on which I found extremely rude.

Out of the last 5 boxes of Special K I have had 4 that were crumbs and a few flakes. I want to keep trying to get a box of flakes but it is getting expensive buying cereal I can't eat. I will stop eating Kelloggs cereal if this continues. I don't think I will try any other Kelloggs cereals. I'll try another brand. There has to be somewhere I can get good cereal.

I purchased a box of 12 strawberry pop tarts that are good until Nov 2022. EVERY package contains broken pop tarts that fall apart if you try to pick them up! I cant even toast them! Cinnamon is my favorite but store was out, I knew I should not have purchased them! lol They were purchased at Dollar General in Lagrange Ga and the box was not damaged at all. proof of purchase [protected]. I opened a package of brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts while working & tore a piece off to eat. Luckily, I looked before I put in in my mouth. When I saw it, I tore the package all the way open & saw they were covered in mold. I had another pack with me & opened them to discover the same thing. I've never had this happen before. I will check when I get home to see if I still have the box.

Reaching for a late night snack ruined my entire day and night. Went to grab healthy raisin bean cereal instead of oatmeal or candy. Poured me some in a bowl added my whole milk and started to eat away. 7-9 bites in I noticed little black sticks in the cereal. I kept eating. Few more scoops in I noticed they were tiny bugs.. I have never thrown up so bad in my life. The cereal, my dinner... My throat hurts from throwing up. My wife and kids woke up and starting helping me right away. I wanted to make sure it was the cereal so I put some onto a foam plate and sure enough you can see them walking around. You can even see some maggots types of bugs on the raisins themselves. I feel like I still have them walking around my throat.

Please. Why is your recipie for Rice Krispy Treats so small? I can't read it from your cereal box even using both eyeglasses AND a large magnifying glass. I'm so frustrated. Sorry

Our family has for years bought your Town House Crackers and have been very satisfied UNTIL now. I have bought 4 boxes of your family size Town House original crackers for our and every single box we have bought has had crackers that crumble the minute you take them out of the box. As you will see in the pictures they are already crumbling in the packages. Our grandson has autism and is very picky about what he eats. Your crackers are one he loves but now we get tears because they are just crumbs. I am so sick of buying a box and every single box is the same. I don't know whether it's the store or the way you package them but you need to be ashamed and Walmart needs to be ashamed to stock products like this on their shelves. Yes, I have complained. I want a decent product and I don't care how you get it here.

broken club crackers in box second time bought crackers, at Giant food Store .probably from same batch my name is John Keller address below

I purchased a double pack of unfrosted strawberry pop tarts on 11/5/21 from Walmart. Upon opening the sealed box I found an unopened pack of pop tarts sitting wide open with red assembly tape applied. The red tape reads Assembly tape applied by the manufacturer. Why would this be allowed to leave the plant unsealed with just a piece of red tape wrapped around the package assembly tape. Needless to say I didn't eat any pop tarts from that box at all. I purchase Kellogg products all the time from cereal on down, this is the first time I have ever encountered anything like this from one of Kellogg's products and I hope the last.

I enjoy eating this cereal, it is more tasteful than regular Raisin Bran. I just did not expect to find a tiny bag in my cereal. I am glad that it was in my cereal and not my grandchildren. Can you imagine laying in bed watching your favorite movie and as you feed yourself a mouthful of cereal you find a tiny wrapping in your mouth? Takes all the fun out of having cereal as a midnight snack.
My son said it was my wake up for not turning on the lights, but I expect everything to be in its place, including my food. I just ask that you be more mindful of your product. A bag under half an ounce may not cause serious damage to an adult but could be fatal with a child knowing how children can be.
I'm sorry to say that you just lost a customer for life.
