I purchased my refegerator 2/22 and had multiple issues with it. I've had 5 service calls. This morst recent the fridge valve is broken thererfore leaking water. This is the same valve they replace before! Technician stated that per Kenmore it’s a defective valve and recalled part. He said he was trained to bypass the problem and the valve is no longer needed. That the issue was fixed by bypassing the part. I’m not understanding as he said the valve is used to regulate the water but not really necessary. How is that possible?
The second issue is that 3 valves are not working and not cooling the fridge. Since the fridge is not cooling my food has been going bad. I was told it would be weeks before as they will need to order the parts. When I contact Kenmore customer service they are rude and state nothing else that can be done untill the parts are received. Again this is the 5th time it has been serviced. I explained I have grandbabies and need my fridge and they did not care said I have to wait, At what point can it be relaced?
