I bought a Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator/freezer model # 795.73165.610-serial # 811KR00187. in May 2019 at Sears in St. Louis, Mo. in August 2023, I noticed that the freezer was frosty and later the refrigerator stopped cooling and then the freezer stopped freezing. This items is lest that 5years old. My mother has always trusted Sears products. It was the best ever but I have found out is it the worse brand you can bought and not only that, Sears customer service is horrible. Based on my manual states my product is under the five years sealed refrigerant system. They keep you the line long period of time just say nothing. I scheduled an appointment for Sears to come to fix the problem. I waited all day from 7am to 4pm. They did not show up but rescheduled my appointment for two weeks later. They did not call to let me know why they did not keep the appointment. I have been without a working refrigerator for more than 10 days. I have lost food, milk, cheeses etc. I am so disappointed in the way that Sears is handling my problems. Sears’s problems are not the same as it was 20 years ago. I have to buy a new refrigerator because I can not longer do without a refrigerator to keep my food from spoiling.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of for food which is about $200. Plus the price of a new refrigerator which will cost me $2300. Pp
