I made a purchase from King Candy Crush Soda on the 24th of march 2017 for extra moves after my account was deducted and I had confirm with a password it didn't get my extra moves. After I had paid for it online with my mastercard account card.This isn't the first time it has happen. My account keeps getting deducted for the purchases, but I don't even get the extra moves that I purchased. The game keep cheating me of my extra moves and I can't finish the game and had close it down and start again without the purchases that I made. What can be done about it. I would like my deductions already paid reimburse.

Level 1640 in candy crush.
I have passed it more than 20 times and it won't advance me to 1641. Every time I win, it says level complete retry or next and he target number goes higher and higher. It starts at 36000 and goes past 136000. I have restarted my phone and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and the same thing happens.
How can I move to the next level?!?!

I am in the levels of the 1700's. A couple times in the last few months when u have had those extra games like the collection of stars and it doesnt fully close and i have to close it all down and reopen. When i get back in all my bonuses before play are all wiped out. And its not a little amount that i lose. Also i have bought the lowest special payment around $15 a couple times in the last couple weeks and havent gotten the full gold and only some of the extra bonuses. I love this game but the faults are starting to frustrate me into thinking of uninstalling.

Several times I have had strange messages about being charged and not receiving my gold but within seconds it's on there. Tonight I bought gold and got this message but never received the gold and I have reported it everywhere I can find and still don't have my gold or my money back. I'm very disappointed because I have had so much fun with this game until now! Please fix this! I haven't even complained when the game crashes and I have lost 45 gold bars adding bubbles to beat a level or just to get 3 stars!

I spend ALOT OF money on this game because I've never had any issues, but 2 days ago I lost 100 gold bars and even more than that in boosters I had already purchased. I also beet several levels and am not getting the 10x multiplier for any of the contests and even though I've made it to level 1118 my avatar is stuck at level 1093 and won't give me any of the rewards I've already won. I've sent SEVERAL messages and haven't heard a word. Today, Sunday, March 12th 2017, I was playing level 4 (I'm playing level 942 on my iPad) and got quite a good score. When it had all tallied up it said I had reached second place. Woohoo! How exciting. I decided to see who was in 1st place so I could try and beat them in a later level.
I was very shocked to see the name of the player who was in 1st place. It is extremely disturbing for someone like me to read a disgusting name like this but I have young grandchildren and it would be extremely upsetting for them to see something like this.
I would like you to remove the disgusting name currently in 1st place in Candy Crush Saga. There needs to be respect as you have stated in your mission statement.
2 unauthorized purchases from my bank account when store said it was closed.
3/11/2017 money taken out of my bank account in the amounts of $15.99 plus tax and $6.99 plus tax. Error message said store is closed try again, which I did with no luck. Now the money has bee taken out of my bank and no purchase given to me on Candy Crush. Yesterday the error messages said

Why when I submit 'yes' to confirm an amount do you think it's then okay to take double that amount! I finally made the 3 combinations required for level 1721 after at least 50 tries. Bomb and striped, bomb and wraped and 2 bombs.
The board was cleared as usually after succeeding you goal.
And went I went back to the game
I brings me back to the same level as if I havent passed it.

I was trying to exit a game last night and it made a big purchase for me, I have bought the .99 and now the 1.99 bars several times. But would never buy anymore then that. On y phone it just requires a new humb oribt so I'm not sure if while I was hitting g the x with one thumb that the other was on the home button but they won't return my money. I want to unlock more levels to continue playing candy crush and not wait 60+ hours to do so. In the past, I would happily pay $.99 to unlock the next level. Recently the charge increased to $1.99. I have played this on my iPad, iPhone, via Facebook on my Macbook Pro laptop, and via Facebook on a PC laptop. During a competition round where you have to beat 6 levels on 1 life I accrued many bonuses such as freckles etc. during which I also acquired 20 ufo bonuses as well. It was tuff but I like to build an Arsenal for future levels. As I noticed only today, all of my ufos are gone. As I have left complaints before and none have been answered I expect this to end up the same. I really enjoy the game, but very time things like this happen it frustrates me and I go months without playing. If you have a look at my progress, you will see I'm a bit of an addict. Which is why it's a shame when things like this happen.

If I confirm a £1.99 purchase WHY do you think it's okay to then take a further £1.58! It's theft & I would like you to investigate & provide a reason immediately or I will be taking it further!
