I have gone from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7, my levels 1, 207 were still in tact when I put candy crush on my new phone but lost all my rewards that I had saved! And I have played candy crush for years and purchased things many many times!
I had saved over 100 of almost all the rewards!
Seems weird that my levels stayed but not my rewards.
There must be something can be done!

I play our Candy Soda Crush game and one of the players in my group uses the name "N**ger Lips". This is very offensive and I'd like the player to change their name or remove them from the group I play with. But honestly it is an inappropriate name to be used for any game, in any country at any age. They use the pig icon and at least at this point of time, they are number one at level 261

candy crush saga getting off while playing
On opening the game it takes a while. It does not open in first time loading. It takes two to three times to open. After opening the whole thing closes down sudden ly. Also I see that playing chances of 5 reduces to 4 or 3 without completing the turn. Sometimes am on the verge of winning & the whole thing closes down & number of time reduces without completing the game.

I am very unhappy with candy crush sage, first it blacks out when gold coins are bought so you have go and start again and miss the chance of finishing with another five gos. Not Happy! 2/ I've bought coins and had the money taken out of my visa but not had them handed into my account. Not Happy!
3/ they have a bonus completion were if you pass a game you get candy shop to hopefully get in top 3 to win, but I did that and it went to the next game but did one give be the bonus candies. Not Happy.
I am now going to cancel my visa payments to candy crush until they can mend this.

I just downloaded the Candy Crush Saga app for Windows 10 last night and there is a character player in the game that has a smug little avatar named fukme. In my opinion that is totally Unacceptable! Please remove that person from the game. Thank you. I'm adding some drival here so that me complaint is over 350 characters so that it will get noticed. Do you folks actually get that many complaints that you have to ignore the short little messages? I'am an independent and do not work for any company. Believe the word is - retired.

Over weekend I purchased a large package from Candy Crush, it contained 6 hours of play and 6 each of several of the special candies to assist when needed. However the correct amount of special candies did not register. I did not play the game in case someone need to investigate what happened and therefore, lost the 6 hours of play as well. this has happened in the past and I have never complained, but this was too much money not to receive what I paid for in the offer.

Candy crush will use my boosters and I did not check mark that boosters to be use. You used all of my boosters in a level that I had the hardest time to get past. I space them out and yes I know that I did not pay for them but I did earn them by playing by your rules. I don't expect to get my boosters back but I want you to please leave them alone for my discretion to use.

I was playing the " collect the stripes " contest last week and won by a landslide. I received no prize. The site congratulated me and told me to collect prizes "now". The site was frozen. I have been continuing my candy crush saga on my kindle fire 3. I am at level 252. I used to be able to continue playing even when offline and not on facebook. My soda crush still enables me to do so. A couple of days ago, I was playing candy crush and the game restarted in the middle of the session, and it brought me back to level one. When I am online, it brings me back to level 252. When I get home, I open it without internet and I am back at one again. My soda crush doesn't do this. What is wrong with candy crush on android?

I am on level 1879 and have been for quite a while! The object is to collect 3 lemons and remove 75 frosting . The frosting is not a problem but the lemons are! The three frosted ticks which turn into the lemons needed are not all turning to lemons - only 2 are lemons and the third turns into frosting which makes the game impossible to complete! I'm not just talking now and again this happens but EVERY TIME i play! I have tried to buy the ticks to obtain more but will only give me the option of buying more gold bars! I have to quit the game every time i get a frosting instead of a lemon. The game is challenging enough without having to repeatedly lose lives when the 'required order' will not be reached. I feel i have been 'cheated' with this level and would like it if you would look into this for me please.

Twice this afternoon Candy crush saga have said I haven't completed a level when I had. On one level you were asked to score 200000 and I had over that. On the level now it asks to clear all jelly and three cherries which I have but it's saying one more cherry and there isn't one as all thee have been dropped, I have paid money on both games and to my thinking you are taking money unjustly

Level 880 - I scored 1242460 points and only needed 800000, and it says that I failed. How can I get past this level if it is flawed? I've had trouble on other levels with this type of time limit to reach a certain score. The picture of my score is attached to show you the proof. I just want to go on to the next level. After your most recent update, whereby I was unable to play Candy Crush for 2 days.
I had to delete the App & re download it in order to receive its update.
Once I had performed this & entered into the App, I began to play.
Unfortunately... I was very, very upset to learn that I had lost all of my Sweet Boosters!
I had added up quite a few over the time that I have been playing it!
Please could you ensure that this isn't repeated, it's very distressing when you've used up a lot of your tim to get past levels & save up Sweet Bonuses, only to lose them!

Since the latest updated version 1.91.0 10th Jan 2017 I have not been able to open the game. As of 11th January the game continues to crash every time i try to load the game. If I go to App store to load the update from there it is the same story. It doesn't get further than showing the King homepage and loading then crashes.

Everytime I click on that ball and then click on what I want to use it FREEZES. I have reported this before and now I am not going to play this game any longer - there are other games out there!

Your app wont not load on my cell i tried closing the app and opening it up again but nope it wont open, then i check on line on what to do it said to turn cell on and off again, that didnt work, so i read to Uninstall, so i do that to find all the lives my friends sent me which was 554 lives i had are gone? I find that wrong and want my lives back, i was saving those lives for when i was in the hospital for my operation and my friends all helped me get those lives so id have something to do.
