I have bought packages and did not receive the boosters or the time. I only received the gold.
On 11-12 i paid 19.99 usa money for the special pkg and only received the gold all 3 times. Please issue a refund. As a long time player and a person who had bought many a pkg I have never complained. Please resolve.
When you buy a pkg for 19 you get gold, color bomb, usually the sucker to hit things and fish and 8 hrs of play time. I only received gold. Either issue a refund or please issue what I paid for

I've got an issue with Pet Rescue Saga I'm on level 948 and after many many tries to solve the puzzle I decided to use my one booster that is supposed to solve the puzzle for me. It didn't and it's not the 1st time this has happened to me it happened before some levels earlier. This game used to be fun but it's not so much fun when it seems things are stacked against you. Now because I've waited too long the play screen went away and just the background is left. There have been different levels where I did what I was supposed to do but they didn't send down enough animals to save so I couldn't finish the puzzle it was at a stand still. Something isn't right with this game lately. Please fix these things. I'd like to enjoy playing this game again. I've included a photo of what I'm left with because the play screen disappeared. This has happened a few times as well. So discouraged.

I suspect that this game, Pet Rescue Saga, will yet be another game I can do without.

On 8/12/2021 I purchased 10 gold bars for $1.99 and the bars did not populate. This is the second time in 1 month that this has happened. The previous time I spent more money, somewhere around 6.99.
I have only started to purchase boosters and this doesn't give me much confidence.
I would like my money either refunded or given to me appropriately via the bars I tried to purchase.

I would like to bring to your attention your games are scamming people and you need to get it under control.
You're taking people's money and it needs to stop. I've lost a least $20 maybe more, I think I've calculated at least that much. I'll select $1.99 for 10 "bars" and only receive 5 or sometimes none at all and have to hit it again.
At this point I'm fed up! You need to please respond to my inquiry and fix the issue. Additionally, I would like some refund or some sort of compensation for this issue.
If not people should really be aware of what your company is doing to people. I enjoy you game(s) but honestly I suppose my choice is to quit, obviously. But I also feel it's my obligation to bring to light what you're doing to people. I can't imagine what some poor sap is spending/ losing on a daily basis from you. At least I can afford it but I bet there are many who can't. You should feel shame.

For the past week or more, I have been unable to play Candy Crush Friends Saga. It opens and I get the Daily Reward. Then when I hit play, it takes a long time to load. Then when I choose "Recommended" Friend and "Play", it looks like it is loading but then drops me out of the game completely. When I re-enter the game, it does the same thing. I have also had a few times when I do get to play that it will not let me watch the ad and then get the extra turns. It just acts like it is loading (circle spins) or it drops me out of the game completely. I am using an iPad with iOS 12.5.4 and it can not be upgraded to a higher iOS

I play Candy Crush Soda Saga and got drawn in and started paying to get more moves. I tried to make a purchase and got a screen : "Purchase failed. Store unavailable. Try again." Not until I got a bank memeo that my bank account was low did I realize all 10 of $16.99 charges had gone through. There werealso other times it happened. I have requested a refund but was told Microsoft needs to refund my money. I cannot get in touch with any one from Microsoft to help get it resolved. Microsoft should be aware that King.com is not a reputable company. King.com knows that there is a problem with their game. This happened to me before and King.com investigated and gave me the game credit. It was not as much money as this. I want a refund.
