King.com I want my money back

I just spent 9.99 on a candy crush deal and it's supposed to give me 1 hour of full lives and it didn't. I want my money back or I am suing. The game knows what it's doing and so do it's makers, if I don't get my money back there will be a problem. How do you have a game that doesn't do what it's supposed to and people are spending money on this game so I would advise you to fix this please and thank you.

He does not need a lawyer. Small claims court. They will give hos money back as soon as he files. They are required to send a lawyer to his town were the claim is filed.

I didn't spend thirty four dollars on any candy crush game i did spend two dollars and eleven cent and three dollars ninety ninety cent. I need my money back i don't have thirty four dollar to give away.If i had thirty four dollars to give away i would've givin it to candy crush. Please return my money back to my account please. Just they way it was taken out please.Thank u and i won't be spending money on the site again because of this.

Call them +1 8OO 648 162O, This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened to me over the past 6 months loosing me around 300 lives that friends have sent me, and no one at King has ever done anything about it.

Yet again, after leaving my Candy Crush Saga game with 52 lives, I log in today and find I have none.

This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened to me over the past 6 months loosing me around 300 lives that friends have sent me, and no one at King has ever done anything about it.

Considering the amount of money I spend with you buying gold bars and packs of boosters, wouldn't it be good customer service for you to assist me this time and give me back my lost lives?

For the last several days the candy drops are not accumulating properly so there are no rewards. I will have 35/36 then play a game and then it reflects 0/60 then repeats itself to 35/36 etc. also not receiving the daily prize. I play Candy Crush through Facebook so maybe that is the issue. Have there been other complaints about this issue? Is the issue being worked on?

I am a very good player and usually figure out the puzzles each weekend. This weeks mystery mountain is a pain in the? I have spend hours and have not gotten past level 3...
Really? I have completed this mystery several times, but never with a booster. Your programmers suck. If next weeks mystery mountain is this difficult, I will delete this stupid game and go back to an older game. Please make the puzzle that can be completed. As always loosing at the 3rd or 4th level make you not play or play a different game which is what I have done all weekend.

pet rescus is constantly freezing up, every game sometimes several times a game and the stupid cat keeps saying the same thing experiencing difficulties we are working on fixing the problem...well you been working on it for months...please fix it, I enjoy playing your games but the past several months it has become more frustrating than enjoyable, I don't understand, it very rarely froze up before and now it is constant and it is the only King game that does it and i HAVE TRIED ALL SUGGESTIONS BY OTHER PLAYERS TO FIX IT MYSELF BUT HAVE FOUND PLENTY OF OTHERS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE

I've spent a lot of money on this game and once again i have submitted a ticket for the issue on level 2580.
The conveyor which drops candies is on ROBO . Just dropping and dropping and not stopping this process with no way of continuing to complete my game/level.

I've submitted many tickets and so tired of the generic reply, we need more info.

Then 2 days later they ask if i had any more help! REALLY!

Candy crush game froze I was onlevel 665 or level 656 I deleted the app and redownloaded it. When I-restartedthe game I'm now on back 656 it took months and a lot of my money to get to This level
I've sent many emails to candy crush customer service and nothing has been done this isn't the first time this has happened. I'm hoping to get this matter resolved.

I have been writing for 2 months about the same problem. I’m NOT getting my rewards. ESPECIALLY when I pass a level on first try. I passed over 200 levels in 3 weeks and received very little. This company is TERRIBLE with helping or reaching someone. Please Help me. I can’t reach anyone. Not sure if I’m at the right place. But googled to complain to king.com and was brought here

i had just failed a level and my phone lagged and it used 10 of my gold bars to give me an extra 5 moves. i did not want to use these gold bars. this has made me disinterested in the game as i have spent time saving this gold and when my phone glitches it just uses 10 uselessly. it did me no good and i definetly would not have chosen to use them at this time.

King.com candy crush friends trying to charge me for gold bars I already earned

I'm complaining because I have earned gold bars in my piggy bank and yet now you want me to pay for them to get them out of my piggy bank, if we earn them by winning rounds then we shouldn't have to pay money for them, I love playing the game but if I have to pay for something I already earned then I may move on to another game as sad as that makes me.

All of my candy crush boosters were erased/whipped out. This was noticed 12/24/18 at 5:30am eastern standard time. Candy Crush is on my T-Mobile phone and has been for many years. I am at level 1252 received my free spin this morning. Thus I noticed all of my boosters gone. multi color ball, lollipop, wrapped candy with blue ball, fish, hand, spinning wheel, red ball with check in it.

After completing level 1251 I shut down my phone [protected] and went to sleep 12/23/18. On 12/24/18 I awoke around 5:30am and turned on my phone and immediately go to candy crush to receive my free spin. I received a lollipop. When I went to look I noticed All of my previous boosters were gone. I have 0 under my multi color ball, 0 under my wrapped candy with blue ball, 0 under pink spinning wheel, 0 under the swap hand, 0 under the fish, and 0 under the red candy with a check in it. I had a large number of boosters which I save and use when I am having a hard beatng a board without help from my boosters. Please find out what happened. I have paid a lot of money into candy crush, Thank you

I know you don't care but I'm very upset & pissed that Gaming King increased the charges to by tokens. I refuse to by anything and I don't care if I have one move left. You have plenty of people playing without needing any more money from the players. I call it GREEDY.
Many times I have been cheated out of my rewards and I never went to you and complain or requested a refund...

King.com blocked my account after I requested to withdraw $10

I have been a King.com player for 11 years on the Web version Royal Games. In the 11 years I have only deposited, never withdrawn winnings. A few days ago, I withdrew $10 mostly for a test to see if they would pay me. Today, 12/14/18, I got an email telling me that my account was blocked and that I had to send them my Driver's License or Passport holding it next to my face. WHAT? My account is blocked, I cannot even play the games for free just b/c I tried to withdraw $10. If you google this, there are reviews all over the internet describing the same issue. Withdraw and you are blocked from your account. Even those who send in ID's with their face next to it are often never unblocked and sometimes there account is shut down after they try to withdraw. I told them to keep the measly $10 and unblock my account to which I have had no reply to date. This is a scam and a fraud and there needs to be a class action lawsuit. This company needs to be investigated.

I've lost numerous games that were sent by friends and had them wiped out a couple of times. Now, I don't receive any games sent my way and I know, full well, that I should be getting games sent to me. I've seen quite a few other players complain about these same issues for many months with NO solution on your end to fix the glitch. Some response would be nice, fixing the problem would be great.

I dont understand whats going on I have been playing candy crush saga for yrs THRU fb why am I not able to play its it frozen or something it keeps saying Logging on to a Social Network then it goes to Download and it just sits there and the game wont come on is there a problem on your side? Hi my phone keeps shutting down seconds after I start a game of candy crush this dies not happen with any other app. When I go back into candy crush all my boosters are gone it is a problem with my phone I have messaged candy crush 3 times on messenger and I haven't got a reply it's very frustrating and I have lost everything except the level I am on.

I play candy crush on facebook and frequently purchase the gold pig when he is full. It cost 3.99 per purchase and this is the second time that I have purchased and not received the gold bars. Today I purchased 60 bars and used 21 of them. Then I suddenly had no gold bars. It ridiculous enough that I am spending money on this game but extremely frustrating to not even receive what I am paying for.

Not only was there a decline in the bars on the piggy bank purchase, everything else has gone up too! It has been priced to high and now it’s almost double! Besides that they have been adding extra charges to my credit card! There’s no way to communicate with these thieves! Maybe if we all stop playing, they will learn a lesson! I know I’m out! Candy Crush, it’s been fun, it’s been real, will play No more, so you can’t steal! I hate a thief!

I've been playing candy crush for over 5 years! For the most part I thoroughly enjoyed it! But recently I've noticed some one is tampering with my game! I've had candy balls disappear, I've had my game wiped out, I don't receive my prizes when I should bombs fizzle no true explosion, yet if I go offline everything is true to play as it should be! Why? My whole candy crush disappeared at one point a year ago I had an arsenal of candy saved all gone ! Now I'm forced to use every thing I have that has never been the case with crush, I feel as if someone is having a game with me at my expense as if to say now you have to buy more! Which I have always done but now it's constantly! At one point for weeks all I would get on my free spin was fish! I did complain about that and it stopped! Please don't tell me it's computer generated I know when someone is tampering with my game making it very hard suddenly to win! I started playing video games back in the 70s when they first came out! I'm not new to the gaming industry! Please fix this problem I'm not amused! But will go further if I have too! Thank you

King.com level 1781 candy crush only 18 moves

I have been stuck trying to solve 1781 level with only 18 moves. I have removed 3 of the 4 requirements several times but the 4th doesn't drop in the 18 moves provided...it is supposed to have 40 moves. Am I just stuck for life? It's very frustrating. Help please! 18 moves is simply not enough to complete this level. I'm not a wordy person and I'm stretching this to meet the requirements. Thank you! I have watched the help videos but they have 40 possible moves. At this rate I guess I'm just finished with this game. It is... or was...my favorite game. Please tell me how to fix this!

Common sense dictates reducing a level, in this case 1781, from 40 moves down to 18, is just bad sportsmanship, it can't be done in 18 moves, which of you who made this rediculous reduction completed it in, 18 moves, no one did because you can't, you know you can't, yet you did reduced it by 22 moves, despite being aware it could not be done with the 18 remaining moves,
You have ruined the entire game, it is been done intentionally to make revenue, it's pay or don't play.
It's bad business. Fix it.
