I've just learned that I've been paying for Kogan First on a monthly basis for the last 20 months, and I never signed up for it to begin with. I only discovered it because I was reviewing all of my subscriptions to close down anything I don't use. I've never received an invoice or statement for this, similar to what you would received from other services, and the charges were on my credit I use for all of our day to day spending, so it would have gotten lost. I was shocked to find I've lost over $150 to this service I never signed up for. I would imagine it's one of those tick boxes that might have been ticked by default on a purchase I made almost two years ago where you offer a free trial, then it automatically kicks into a subscription because I literally never actively signed up for it. If this is the case, it's a dirty trick.

I would like a full reimbursement of the money lost over these last (nearly) two years, or credit to use on your site. I think this really is shameful. I've just gone through this with Dick Smith, where I was automatically signed up for a subscription service when I made a purchase and I didn't want it at all. At least with them I found out right away because they send a monthly invoice for the charge.

Desired outcome: I want full reimbursement for the money spent on Kogan First (or equivalent in credit) over the last 20 months because I never signed up for it. It took almost two years for me to find out I even had it.

I have a similar thing with an unauthorised deduction for some "subscription". I cannot get anywhere with the Kogan "help" system. They have no csll centre! What thieves they must know they are thieving so they ensure there is no way for customers to contact them effectively.

KOGAN is 100% thieve. They deduct first membership fee withou properly infoming customer. I will never buy in Kogan again

Same thing here. It really wasn't obvious at checkout that I was being signed up for this. Its a deliberate scam and they should be held accountable. Still trying to get my money back.

Kogan has signed me up to their membership without my knowledge, on being notified through paypal that they have deducted $99 is how I found out. Kogan have decieved me and been very underhanded as to the way they get you to sign up. I will never recommend or purchase from them again.

I never sign anything with Kogan. I have been deducted $99.00 without my knowledge. I have tried contact them but there’s no response. Don’t buy anything from Kogan

How dare they, l brought a then l see they took $129 some supplements from my PayPal account, there is no way l would sign up for a subscription. It is impossible to talk to anyone at Kogan, PayPal are trying to get my money refunded, l am a single mother and taking money from my account has cause me a lot of stress. I will never buy from Kogan ever again, what kind of a company needs to rip off people, especially pensioners, l am disgusted, and it is impossible to get to speak to anyone at Kogan. And as you can see in the reviews, they do it ALL the time. I want a refund as does so many other people.
