Sunday morning November the 5th at 4:00 a.m. almost breakfast time I went to Crystal's to get some food and wind up having to get their regular menu instead of the breakfast menu anyways I ordered a number five I think comes with the cheese crystals and chili cheese fries well the chili cheese fries were not even on my order they left them out I got four cheese crystals that were horrible they were the worst meat I've ever eaten at a fast food restaurant they were like salt pork hamburgers I mean it was atrocious and the bad thing about it is I went back to get the problem resolved talk to the manager in an employee although they handled it well and it looks as it was going to be taken care of they instructed me that they didn't have the authority as the other manager and I would have to come back and see her early in the morning that she's the only one that can give me a refund so they kept my receipt there at the cash register and told me it would be there when I came to see the other manager in the morning which is a girl named nakia I went back to see that manager and it was a horrible experience she was the only one at the store this was the November 6th at about 7:30 in the morning first off she didn't really care about taking care of my complaints nor did she even act like didn't pertain to her anyway whatsoever I was basically bothering her you know in her time you know I don't understand how she can feel like that she is the manager at the store she is the person that supposed to take care of the customer service issues but I guess she didn't get that in the employee handbook anyways not the fact that she was just rude she was just flat out a horrible person because all she did was look at me and weird ways I guess because I was in sweatpants and I'd walked to the window like I was so homeless refugee and she didn't have time to concern for me but anyways I told him my situation she instructed me that she couldn't do anything about her seat well I just heard the receipt was left there at the register and I was just here you know 8 9 10 hours ago something like that and told her everything that happened and she said she couldn't find me a seat told me couldn't do anything slam the window in my face and laughed at me so finally I got to open the window back up and I asked her if I can get her name and the number if she could touch with the corporate she told me that if I want to get in touch with cork it I can corporate I could talk to hey Google maybe I could find somebody that can help me there anyways that's my experience and I will say it was the most horrible customer experience issue I've ever had with a company or corporation I never thought somebody could be so rude and make somebody feel so disgusted when all they want is their refund for the horrible meal they received and are didn't receive half of it wasn't even there thank you I hope this is resolved then have a good day
