Cigarettes burning too quickly and taste difference - 100 bought.

I had purchased Lambert and butler tobacco and I have had to buy a different product as everytime I made a cigarette they would spark and explode I have been burnt by it and could have caused a fire if I had never seen were all the sparks went I am scared to buy anymore of your products if it happens again and the outcome could be worse as I am disabled and was very lucky someone was in my house when it happened because if they weren't there would have been a fire as am wheelchair bound

Out of shape cigarette
Hi, I opened a packet of L&B real blue today to find the end cigarette on the left of the packet, I can only describe as squashed and out of normal shape? As you can see from my photos the packet is not damaged on outside so can only presume it from packaging process? I have never had this before which is why I contacting yourself s about it.

I purchased a 20 pack of Lambert & Butler Bright(gold) from Morrisons, Wakefield 14.5.21, on the last few cigarettes in the pack I noticed an incomplete 1 and it was missing the filter, at a cost of over £10s per pack this is not something I expected and hopefully this will not happen again, I dont usually make complaints but as they are now so expensive I feel this needs attention and the issue rectifying, I have smoked this brand for over 20yrs and hope to continue doing so, but from now on I will be sure to check when making future purchases. I would appreciate some assurance this will not happen again, many thanks

I recently bought a packet of the lambert and butler longer lasting superkings and mostly all that i light keep dying out half way through and have to be relit never had issue with this before with these cigarettes so do t no of the is a issue with them if possible I would like a refund or another packet my email address is [protected]@hotmail.co.uk thank you very much

I have smoked Larbert and butler for over 20 years and I was very happy with these until the last few months, I have purchased several packets since last month and I'm finding they taste different and are snide like cigarettes which now come in packets of 18 (20) and the tip of the cigarette keeps coming away from the actual cigarette, if this continues to happen and nothing 8s done about it, I'm filing a letter with pictures of the packets of cigarette and sending them to trading standards, for the disgusting price of cigarettes these days I wish to attract get what I pay for .

Real blue
I purchased 20 Lambert and Butler real blue and when I went to take 1 out of the packet I found the tip wasn't connected to the cigarette. At almost £10 a packet I would have thought they would be fully checked for things like this.

A pack of lambert and butler silver
When opening this packet of cigarettes the ones at the front looked different. When I took the first one out the paper was falling off, I checked and about half of them were like this as soon as you touched them.. the few that seemed OK. I lit one am before it could burn enough where I would have to flick it the whole tip just fell off. This burnt my top, the blanket and my skin.

I have been smoking l&b blue for a while but bought 2 packs of 20 l&b real blue at £9.99 a pack to find at least 10 from pack 1 had big lumps of tobacco and pack 2 filters kept falling off every time I tapped the ash off very upsetting as this was not only on faulty pack but two bought from the same shop.

I have had 3 damaged cigarettes out of a box.
They were damaged at the bottom and I only took photos at the last.
At £9.78 a box I'm not at all happy at losing 3 out of 20 cigarettes.

20 lambert & butler real blue
I have smoked these cigarettes since they came out pritty much, ok on price ect...
I only purchase 1 pack per day most days but I recently had a couple faulty 20 packet's though! Very Few i managed to save but didn't think of complaining, then purchased another packet which where worse!
I have taken pictures of these if need to show you, if necessary! most of the top filter bits were all ripped and some were split in half full filter! Therefore these were unable to be smoked so ended up having to bin them and then had to re purchaced a new packet same day, from a different shop just incase it was a faulty batch and maybe not just the packet's

Brought 200 cigarettes and the filter keeps falling off like it's not clued properly burned a pair of trousers. Maybe the machine is faulty . I noticed a few complaints from others this is a costly problem to your customers. Never had a problem until recently but will be changing my brand if it keeps happening.

Good evening Today I broke a cigarette by accident and decided to roll it in a paper but then to my surprise I found a piece of green string from inside my cigarette I have smoked lambert and butler for a lot of years and expected better quality control than this luckily I had broke this cigarette otherwise I could be smoking the string this also starts to make me think how many other cigarettes of yours have unknown substances in them I look forward to hearing your reply
Original silver cigarettes/substandard
On opening pack of 20, 3 cigarettes were separated from their filter hence receiving 17 instead of 20. In addition I have had a lot of cigarettes with bits of wood in the tobacco hence not being able to smoke them.

I have been smoking lambert and butler for 12 years as I have colitis and I bought 40 at morrisons in Troon and they taste off or no taste what so ever .
This is the first time I have ever had a problem with the band but there was no silver foil on both packs of 20
Hoping to get a quick response and resolution to this as I believe you have a gd product
