I bought 2 packet of 20 cigarettes from

Tesco, little lever, Bolton, greater manchester, UK on 16/10/22.

The cigarettes keep going out once lit. I have wasted most of the cigarettes due to having to light another one as I don't like re lit cigarettes. They are expensive and I'm not happy with the product. Im hoping it's a faulty batch. I believe this needs to be looked into as I am considering switching brands

I have been smoking lambert’s for as long as i can remember,but lately i have noticed how many cigarettes are pierced by sharp twigs pretty much.i have opened a few and there is a lot of very hard bits and it looks like the sweepings from the floor.the quality of tobacco isn’t the same as it used to be.really poor quality………………………………………………………,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I brought 20 L and B real blue super kings co op in Wrexham and when undone pack there was only 19 in pack as 1 of the cigarettes was snapped in half in the pack I have put pictures on this page and would ether like refund or another packed . I would not normally complain but when paying 10.38 I expect 20 in the pack and not 19

I purchased a packet of 20 original silver in b&m store in high farm, Wallsend, tyne&wear at around 9:15am today and 3 of the cigarettes have large black stains from the filter to tips which looks like ink and due to this I feel unsafe smoking any more of them I, did not notice until I had smoked a couple, I am rather unhappy at receiving these as now I must pay for another packet which are not cheap and for all I know I could have smoked some sort of chemical which could be worse for my health than usual, I have smoked your brand for nearly 20 years now and would not smoke any other.

Packet of lambert and butler blue, Damaged so much that it was un-smokable.

With the cost of living crisis ever rising, I would expect every cigarette in my packet to be able to smoke. Might switch to a different company as this has not been the first time I have been short changed by lambert and butler. Including cigarettes that have tobacco that has fallen out of them. Maybe have a look at your factories!

The price of cigarettes is extortionate but when you purchase a packet and the cigarettes are defective is just enraging.

The butt of the cigarette had white paper line through it and let the smoke escape.

Others had holes in them where the tobacco pierced the paper.

Last 3 packets in a row now are not smoking properly , part way down they just go out having to re light them like a roly , they are burning one sided also. Bought from a petrol station in Burscough serial number off side of the current pack is [protected]

I purchased a packet of lambert and butler. Opened the packet as usual and the cigarette are bone dry and really harsh to smoke.

I have been smoking this product for over 40 years and find that the last 200 I purchased once you get close to the filter tip it falls out, and as this is dangerous especially when driving, it makes me think that these cigarettes are being produced in some other country which are producing inferior products and enhancing the profits of imperial tobacco at a danger to smokers of this product

I recently purchased my cigarettes after smoking a few noticed what I thought was a cigarette upside down on further inspection I found that there was half a cigarette with most of the tobacco fallen out and the tip wasn't even attached was just sitting at the bottom of the packet. I have in the past noticed that the tobacco is loose and just thought it was a possible one off but this hasn't been the case. I have had a few packets where the tobacco has been loose and fallen out.

I have been smoking lambert an butler siler an the past couple of weeks we have found that there is ink down at least 5 packs of the cigarettes we have also notices they are not quite the same leaving a funny taste in your mouth i ha e not been able to smoke them at all

Its not just one shop that they have been purchased at its been a couple

Hi I’ve been buying your cigarette’s for over 15 years and never had an issue. Today after buying my usual packet before work i noticed after I had taken two or three out, that the tobacco has fallen out the majority of the rest and is lying at the bottom of the packet. Obviously due to the price of cigarette’s now this seems unacceptable to me. If someone could please respond to discuss the matter. I have photo’s if requested. Thanks.

On the 5th June 2022 I purchased 200 Lambert & Butler Bright cigarettes from London Gatwick North Terminal. When I got home I started smoking one and as it neared the end, the burnt end fell off onto my rug. Thankfully it was not my carpet! This happened with everyone of the cigarettes so there must be a fault with this batch.

3 out of the last 4 packets of Lambert and butler blue that I have bought had defective cigarettes in them. The filters have not been attached to a number of the cigarettes. At first I found it quite funny and used a rizla from a friend to doctor the cigarettes back together so they could be smoked but then the same with the next pack which started to annoy me. Next pack was all ok but the third was the same with defective cigarettes. These things are going up in cost so why is the quality going down?

I was lucky with the first pack in that I was with someone who had some rolling papers. The second pack I had to go buy some rolling paper meaning my 20 cigarettes ended up costing more than they should of if I wanted to smoke them.

I brought a packet of Lambert and Butler cigarettes today at around 6 pm. I took these cigarettes home and smoked 4, I had to cut the butts off as I was given blue instead of the red I asked for.. inside of the butts was black mould. It's bad enough being a smoker and knowing the risks and complications that can impact your health without the added health implication of smoking black mould into your lungs. I'm going to pursue this issue through every legal means I can..

I am writing to you to complain about your cigarette packet! Lately I have been buying your packets and when I open them the lid keeps on ripping.

And it has been causing my cigarettes to break as the lid is ripping and in my pocket the [censored]s keeping breaking. So I have been loosing so many cigarettes per packet because of this!

There must be some sort of fault with the packet and it is costing me money because of this. I hope you can get this resolved.

One of the cigarettes most have some sort of chemicals init as wen I had a drag of the cigarettes it instantly felt like my throat oesophagus and mouth was on fire It made me feel physically sick the fire feeling didn't leave for ages either I need to no if ur going to deal with or do I need to send the cigarette to trading standards I would like a response as soon as possible my email address is [protected]@gmail.com

Ive baught these cigs for years and for some reason you have started to put holes in the filter! Do you think its fair i pay that much money for cigs and you put joles in them all of a sudden! Im not happy and would like some compensation please

I purchased 200 Lambert and Butler Bright from duty free at Gatwick Airport on the 05/06/2022 and whilst smoking one the end of the cigarette, still alight, dropped off and burned my rug. After this I have smoked them outside but everyone one of them near the end of the cigarette drops off still alight. Please contact me on [protected] because this is not on. Hiya.. 3 times now, it's happened. I've bought lambert & butler from different stores. I'm always around by different shops, from being on the go all the time. 3 times my pack of [censored]s have looked fine on the outside of the packaging I have had damaged [censored]s. One of the times a cigarette have got stuck to the silver foiling coursing it to tear. I'm just disappointed, I am a smoker and been smoking for over 20 years .
