I have been smoking L&B cigarettes for as long as i care to remember however i am really disappointed to find 2 small pieces of rubber band inside 2 cigarettes

Please can you explain how this has occurred?

They do look like tobacco but I can assure you they are definitely rubber as I can stretch them

hi there. this message is not to have a pop at anyone or to tell you anything wrong you have done. i have been smoking 6+ years I am 25 years old. i buy a pack of 20 every day. over the last 4weeks I have bought 2packets thst hsve been off. they have had a tiny hole/slit at the bottom of the [censored]. its happened twice within 6weeks. i was wondering if you could get my 40 [censored]s back please.

Have recently switched from Amber leaf to your tobacco and all was great until I started to shred the tobacco and found a long blond hair intertwined within it, pretty disgusting in my opinion, is there no health, safety, hygiene in your tobacco packing area, safe to say I’ve gone back to Amber Leaf.

I have used this brand for many years and have found the quality to be disappointing for a few months now I.e loose tobacco so cigarettes not full and loose tobacco at bottom of packet and also sharp pieces in cigarettes which have created holes

I have purchased many packets from different stores and have found same problem I am very disappointed in the brands quality

Friday 10th June I have found a half of a bug in my [censored] I have been smoking this brand for nearly 11 years an not once have I seen this its disgusting I couldn't even try to think where the rest of the bug is I have took pictures of the shel an ill attach it to here I am thinking about going further with this It's absolutely disgustingI would like compensating about this

I have found a big Chunk if what appears to be cardboard in my tobacco. This is not tobacco leaf as you may expect but some sort of paper/card. It not only raises a question about contamination but also the fact of getting less for my money when net weight includes this.

Price is disgusting but the main problem is the cigarette box that it comes in is absolutely disgraceful you can not open it without having to destroy it.

I have paid for 200 [censored]s, which is what I buy every month to last me.

First pack I opened and lit up a [censored] smelled of burning hair.

I ripped opened one of the [censored]s and it also had hair in it.

I have bought 200 [censored]s ever month for the last 10 years and what do I get someone's hair in my [censored]s.

I regularly buy Lambert & Butler 30gram rolling tobacco. For the last few months I have found quite distinct white human hair throughout the tobacco. This is now in every packet I open and I'm extremely dissatisfied with having human hair in my tobacco!

After buying your product regularly I think this is disgusting and the quality control is obviously extremely poor.

I will be seeking legal information regarding this because it's beyond a joke now!

I’ve bought a packet of your cigarettes an I have damage cigarette

There was 21 ciggerrets in the packet and my ciggerretts were ruined

I have had issues with box totally ripping down each side and not keeping the cigarettes fresh and contained I have ended up throwing cigarettes away due to them tasting stale

I have been buying my cigarettes from the same shop for years 20 cigarettes I buy some from Asda a this week and get 21 cigarettes in a pack and payed the same price as a 20 pack

The sticker that is now on the side of the pack and attached to opening is an absolute disgrace!

Rips the top every single time leaving you with damaged pack then damaged cigarettes.

It's not bad enough the price raises so much every year that you have to go and ruin the packaging also?

I bought a packet of lambert and butler blue from my local convenience store on Malpas road in Newport. The packet clearly starts 20 on the bottom right corner but when I opened the packaging there were only 19 inside!

Hi, I have purchased a 200 pack of these cigarettes and every packet I am opening has got brown staining on them, which I do not want to smoke as I don’t know what it is. I have tried a few now and it seems to make me cough a lot and this doesn’t normally happen with L&B Blue cigarettes when I purchase them in the UK.

I actually bought these from Tenerife airport on my way home from holiday. Can you please look into this and explain what it is and can you resolve it please.

after trying to smoke these for 2 days only putting them out 40 seconds later due to some BLACK ASH type substance weaved into the filters greatly stopping air or smoke to pass through freely?

One tryd to cut filters in half only to find its the entire filter.

now there smoked as a camel with out filter on.

photos of these filters can be uploaded along with a demo of it in real time.

un-smokable & un enjoyable 100%.. blew over 32 australian dollars on these, wont do that again huh

1st April today I bought a 20 pack of l n b 5 cigarettes were snapped in box I tried to return to vendor costcutter in coventry but they would nt replace saing to e mail you guys to resolve this issue many thanks 😊

Hi this isn't a complaint just a query

I purchased some lambert and butler original silver 21 from my local store in the uk.

I have not heard of this brand before as they usualy say original silver without the 21, so I was wondering if it is a genuine brand please ?
