shipment never delivered tracking id lx32012725
WORST delivery company I have ever dealt with! My package with Tracking ID LX32012725 was suppose to be delivered on November 21, 2018. On the 21st Receive email that they had tried to deliver the package but we were not home so they didn't want to leave the package unattended. LIE because 3 of us were home all day! 12/1 still no pkg. We have called them multiple times (always at LEAST a 20-30 min hold) each time they say it will be delivered by 2130 that evening or the next day and the driver will call us 10 before arrival.They have NEVER CALLED US! They have both my cell phone and my husbands PLUS details director our house! I reached out to amazon and they helped me reorder the one item I really needed guaranteeing me that they would ship it by a different company...told them I didn't want the item if they would ship it with Lasership. Of course they did anyway and on the day it was to be delivered 11/29 I receive the exact same email saying Lasership tried to deliver but we weren't home! New package Tracking ID LX32367108. They are a scam and we will NEVER SEE the items we ordered! Also sham on amazon for using this carrier after I went to such lengths to explain how terrible my first experience was and they assured me the next packs would be sent by a different carrier! So very frustrating and a waste of precious time I will never get back!
Delivery/shipping
The first and only time I have ever had to use Lasership, my package was "lost" in transit. What a coincidence that my order through Walmart included 4 items, two of which were shipped by FedEx and I had no issue with those. Within the same order, the other two items were shipped by Lasership and they were "lost". I called lasership and spoke with Lagreta, she informed me they never received the package from Walmart, only received the shipping label. I called Walmart to see what happened and Michelle put me on hold and called lasership. Michelle from Walmart told me that lasership told her they did in fact have the package and they just hadn't updated their system yet. So I called lasership back and spoke with Lagreta yet again and was told they had no record of this phone call from Walmart. (recordings should prove otherwise who is telling the truth after I file a claim/suit). All in all, lasership was to quick and eager to make Walmart replace my order as "lost in transit" which pushed back my delivery date. Reviews online show that I am hardly the first person to experience this issue and I wonder how they are still in business. Seems like the packages are being "stolen" rather than "lost" in my honest opinion. Too much of a coincidence that it seems to be an ongoing issue with multiple customers and as I said, my other packages within the same order were just fine and had no issues being sent through FedEx.

Was supposed to be delivered Monday November 19, 2018 and now saying have not received parcel from sender. No new delivery date or anything. Have contacted walmart about the issue. Laser ship still saying haven't received parcel. Walmart is checking into. Walmart says information was sent to you all. It was 2 day shipping. Yet you all claim you haven't received it.
Delivery driver
On 11/2/18 at at approximately 12 Noon I noticed a light colored GM SUV traveling down our street at a high rate of speed. I live in a gated community and the posted speed limit is 15 mph and the roads are narrow. I waved my hand in a down motion to get the vehicle to slow down however it did not until it passed me then stopped. The driver appeared to be a Hispanic male and immediately started to yell obscenities and derogatory remarks at me (f**k you ni**er) and the female in the back also started yelling obscenities. Whether they are employees or independent contractors this type of behavior and reckless driving is not a good way to represent your company. The vehicle did have FL tags and the LaserShip Logo on the back gate. I live on S Panther Trce, Port St Lucie, FL and I later saw the same vehicle, this time being driven by the female who had been in the back, backing out of a driveway on Tulip Blvd (same city) so it should be easy enough to track who had made these these deliveries and take the appropriate action in regards to their actions.
Lasership east brunswick nj
Stated package was delivered and it was not when i called linda from the east brunswick office basically ignore the complaint and ended the conversation. This company is stealing from their customers and nothing happens...the drivers are thieves and the reps help them. This is not the first time this happens and the company has extremely poor customer service from all their employees.
Product not received
I called my local facility and request for my package to be held. I was told the package was there and will be waiting for me the next day. I called at 8am confirming my request and was told that my package was waiting. I got there and was told driver took all packages home and they couldn't get ahold of him. 4 hours later was told package was lost.
Package not received
I ordered a package that that according to my email was delivered at my front door yesterday the 19th of July at 2:04 pm-not there! I called the company and was asked to wait 24 hours to see if it would arrive and if not, call back. I called again today at 3:30pm and was then informed I would have to wait until 8pm to see if it would arrive! Then I could have the dubious privilege of calling back yet again to see if I wanted the order to reship or get a refund. This is the second time this has happened and I am thoroughly disgusted. In the future I will not deal with any company that uses Lasership and urge anyone reading this not to do so either. Why lie and say the package was delivered? I was home all day yesterday and today so please don't insult my intelligence. This company is pathetic!
Package not received
I have reason to believe my package that was marked as delivered on 04/26/2018 was in fact stolen by the delivery driver. The driver marked the package as delivered at front door, my grandmother was home the entire day and never saw a delivery vehicle or a package, neighbors state the same. I have packages sent there more than 4 times a month from all over the world and delivered by various companies (UPS, FedEx and USPS) and have never had a package stolen or not received, my grandmother and her neighbors have lived there for over 50 years without incident. I have ordered over 30 items from Zara in 2018 alone and never had an issue with delivery or a claim until they utilized Lasership. This was $300 worth of items, now gone. I have filed a claim with Zara that they are closing due to Lasership stating that the package was delivered which cannot be proven since I do not have my items and all they have to do is simply scan a package and claim delivered, is there tracking devices on the vehicles to show their delivery routes? Did other clients in my area receive their packages that day? Are there other similar instances involving that delivery driver? I have included a picture of my receipt and purchase history which all were marked as delivered and received except the most recent. Most of these items are no longer in stock for re-purchase, I would like to request a refund.
Employee complaint packing warehouse westdeptford nj
I am an employee at lasership in Westdeptford NJ and I am making a complaint on another Employee named Danielle Johnston, a few of us has caught Ms Danielle Johnston having sex with two other employees in the warehouse bathroom and she also brags about how she takes packages that people order and says how easy it is! Ms. Danielle Johnston is also married but flirts with every guy in the warehouse! This is the same person who is also a lead over people who works slot harder than she does! We are sending this complaint because Danielle Johnston should not be working here and needs to be fired! Danielle has also bragged about her criminal record and how none of the bosses care! Something needs to be done or 12 of us hard working people will stand up and quit!
Delivery service
Our building management requires that all deliveries be brought to the recipient's apartment and NOT left in the lobby. The benches in the lobby are for residents to sit on. Packages left on the benches interfere with the rights of our residents. Our regular UPS deliverer brings our packages directly to our apartment door, rings the bell and has us sign for the package. We do not understand why LASERSHIP deliverers are too lazy to do what they are paid to do, which is to deliver packages DIRECTLY to recipients. It is only in the last few months that these LASERSHIP deliverers have been leaving packages on the lobby benches. PLEASE DIRECT YOUR DELIVERERS THAT WHEN THEY DELIVER TO 505 LAGUARDIA PLACE, THEY SHOULD BRING THE PACKAGE DIRECTLY TO RECIPIENT'S APARTMENT.
Please understand my annoyance. Many of my neighbors receive large packages that the LASERSHIP deliverer leaves on the bench. Some are not able to carry the package because they are too heavy (which is why your company was hired to deliver ).

Tom Mara of LaserShip cultivates an innocent, good-guy, good Catholic persona. He’s as fraudulent as they come. He may not be the best at his sales position since he was recently changed out of his role, but he’s tries to hone his skills at pretending that he is the guy that he portrays. It’s as if he is playing a character in a play, with very thoughtful displays of his personality. He completely puts on the innocent or especially sweet act, which is easy to believe. He spends much time trying to convince you or others who he is trying to pursue or impress, that he’s so virtuous -- you quickly see the cracks as they become apparent. You shouldn't take your first impression of him or any of them at face value. If you don't know a person well, they can mislead you into thinking they are innocent or sweet. The only real way to know a sociopath's true personality is by getting to know them well. But if you listen to your intuition, you may get the feeling that their persona is just too simple to be real. Non-sociopaths are genuine people and not a perfect picture of a simplified personality.
WARNING: PLEASE BEWARE OF Predatory, philandering, sick men there, including but not limited to, effeminate Tom Mara who feign victim when they're exposed, outed or confronted.
I would just like to warn anyone looking for a position with this Company. Most of the people there are unskilled labor just trying to make ends meet. It's very diverse, which is a good thing, but then you realize, people are stuck there, with little to no education. LaserShip counts on this ignorance or lack of the ability to see that anyone has the ability to go somewhere where they can prosper and thrive.
I would say this isn't a company for anyone with any integrity. It's especially not fit for females. Predators to the Nth degree. All in management, sales especially.
Remember Uber, in the news recently? You NOW have an idea of what LaserShip is like. A bunch of dim-witted, philandering, Neanderthals who haven't realized that growing up and not cheating on your wives is not that bad. Beware of all of them, who pretend that they're family men and the ones who, especially project that they're so virtuous -- that projection is the red flag. They really wear who they are on the sleeves, so just watch and listen, but only if you have to work there; otherwise please stay away.

One of your drivers. Decided to go around me in a merge lane and push me into oncoming traffic.. When honked at he gave me the finger. Not real professional carrying a company logo. If this is the service you hire my company will find other services. This happened at 11:56 am on 2/16/18 on SR46 Sanford Florida, By the airport. The packages are tracked so you will be able to find the driver.. White van LS logo's on doors. Light skinned male with short dark hair and glasses.
Walmart.com order
I have contacted Walmart's customer service twice, because according to Lasership, they delivered my box to my apartment (which they did not). I do not understand why any reputable company would use Lasership. I am reading bad review after bad review. Walmart is sending replacement items once more (3rd time) and according to the customer service representative at Walmart, they do not know who will deliver the package. This doesn't make any sense.
This is my third unacceptable transaction with Lasership. The latest is from a Walmart order using them and the other 2 were from other vendors and the items were either "lost" or "undeliverable".
This one takes the cake though. The first "delivery could not be completed- Unable to leave package". At the exact moment the "attempt" was made I was sitting not 10 feet from the front door on a sunny afternoon in a well-marked residence in a very regular neighborhood where I get deliveries 3-4 times per week. No one came.
I complained via chat with Lasership and via chat and phone with Walmart and was able to order a replacement immediately for the fairly pricey tablet I was supposed to get and was told if I did get the original order I didn't need to return it and could do whatever I wanted with it. In that sense I was supported by Walmart thank God.
To my surprise I happened to check to see if the tablet might still be delivered. Likely due to my fairly aggressive complaint they actually delivered the package the next morning. There it was. A nice Walmart box sealed, undamaged right on the front landing labeled properly and listed at 6.7lbs.
It seemed a little light when I picked it up, though, and when I opened it I found bubble wrap, no packing slip, and a party size bag of Lay's wavy potato chips! If I wasn't so incredibly insulted I would have laughed harder.
I double and triple checked with Walmart about the replacement order to NOT be shipped with Lasership and the CS woman was very helpful at communicating with the warehouse and local Walmart where the final delivery would come from. She escalated the inquiry to the compliance auditing dept and read back her entry.
My intent was to let them know number one they are being ripped off and second I said I will not shop from their website unless they no longer use this horrible shipping company at all. We'll see if they are serious about not losing more and more customers. Laughing about the chips was fun in a twisted way and I complained they could at least have been "baked not fried". Amazon sometimes uses them too if they get overwhelmed and the same thing happens. Big companies like these should suck it up and find better alternatives and spend a little extra to not risk losing customers, product, and good will.

I ordered a package containing suits and shirt from Zara.com which was about to deliver on 29 december. Lasership telling me that they deliver the package and signed it by someone named as "Lad" whereas I don't know that guy and my name is Akib Jabed. Besides, they could have leave the package on the leasing office of my house but they didn't. My other roommates are out of states. When I call them, they tell me to contact seller and the seller tells me to contact them.Its a horrible situation.
Shipping
Was in my leasing office today...Lasership delivery lady comes tearing in, yelling "where are they"...all leasing agents we're helping other people. She said she was dropping off a package for a resident, they asked her to wait so they could confirm said resident really WAS a resident. She got huffy, rude, said she couldn't wait, and threw the package on the table on her way out.
Highly unimpressed with their delivery also. I've never had a package shipped with Lasership delivered on time or even match with what the tracking delivery time said. Once the tracking said it was delivered at 7pm...but it was only 4:30pm when I checked.
Package not delivered
I ordered some items from Amazon for same day shipping. Was home all day and got a notification that my package was delivered. No one buzzed or rang my apartment. Nothing. I walk downstairs and there's no package. It said it was left in the front door but nothing. This is the second time in a row, in a month span, that my package was "delivered" by Lasership and I received nothing. I despise Lasership and have called them and complained and all they tell me is that they'll start an investigation. Never hear back from them.
Delivery service bad
This is the third time I had a problem with my package. 1st time they I rece, ived email from amazon stating my item was delivered. After an hour it was left at the wrong door. Then they left it again in front of the wrong door, This time I saw it. Tonight my package is missing they said it was delivered and signed for. No package. You need to find better delivery people because this is really ridiculous.
Damaged delivery and property
Package not only damaged, contents ruined...paint leakage all over porch, walkway, driveway, front door and more. Called twice, emailed, got a response and emailed again wanting to speak to the claims dept...I have been completely blown off. Terrible service all the way around!

Lost package
I was supposed to attend a halloween party this past Saturday (oct.28).The package was supposed to be delivered on Oct 23.
I was home all day and didn't receive a knock or package. I was told by the seller to wait an extra day, still no package. I put in a complaint for lost package Wednesday morning and was told to wait 48 hours, which put my function at the next day. I received no call so I called lasership.
They told me that the investigation was complete and I needed to contact the seller. I asked how it was complete and I heard nothing back, I was told the driver retraced his steps amd said it was delivered to me and to call for a refund. I explained that I took off work that dayto make sure there was no issue so I know the driver is lying. Again told to get a refund, asked if I could talk to a manager because that isn't acceptable.
Three different occasions I gave my number and said I will get a call back.
Never received a call, so I called again today and after talking to one rude employee I was able to get someone that wasn't rude at all, but told the same thing.So I gave up, but had to write my experience
Unreliable. They don't deliver on time
What a horrible delivery service. I wish Amazon had chosen another way of shipping, not these [censored]s. I used to read many bad reviews about this service and wasn't happy finding out they were going to ship through them. Oh well. I chose an expedited shipping on the same day. But as you guessed, they didn't deliver it. Moreover, they marked my package as a delivered one. I contacted them and asked what the hell was happening, they apologized and scheduled the delivery. And only THEN i GOT MY ITEMS.
But the whole process took them one week instead of one day.
You decide whether to use them or not. I will definitely not.
